Very lively and impressive, there was an event taking place during our visit (Emirates Burj2buri half marathon), with all the trimmings, concert stage where Joe Girvin played, various stations for games, clothing, food and drinks. You could even buy beer 0.5 and a glass of wine for 70 Aed. All in all it was a great visit.
The statue rises into the sky and you can take a great photo with the huge flag, the Burj Khalifa and the three finger statue together. Very impressive.
There is a beautiful meadow area where you can sit and relax, from which you can also watch the fountain.

ساحة مفتوحة بها هذا النصب التذكاري الرائع ، وهي منطقة مفتوحة زيارتها للجميع ، وتوقيتها على مدار الساعة وكل أيام الأسبوع ، وترمز شارة الأصابع الثلاثة إنها تمثل الفوز والنصر والحب. أما صانع هذه الشارة فهو: نائب رئيس الدولة، رئيس مجلس الوزراء، حاكم دبي لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم ، وتحيط بالمنطقة أرضية مسطحة عشبية خضراء ، وهو موقع سياحي مميز لالتقاط الصور التذكارية مع هذا النصب.

Funny statue for taking snaps. It is located in Butj Park which has the most amazing location of the whole city with views over Burj Khalifa, Dubai Fountain and Dubai Mall. It is a great spot for a short break.
