Don’t have anything bad to say, I liked. I got even better car with the same price I booked. Stuff is very nice, no delays. Drive safe guys and will not be any problems.

I’ve rented a car from this company I’ve paid the deposit, and never got it back this company is a joke be careful, they still your money, what a shame.

Very very bad experience to deal with this company, they just want to get as much money as they can from everyone in every step.
If you respect yourself don’t deal with them.

Reckless customer service advisors, it is normal not to find service advisor during working hours out of brake time for the reason of (wait for him till he comes from lunch), friday timing brake finsh at 2: 30pm and telcall representative tells you come any time even you ask speceificly about friday brake, service advisor simply tells your car is ready at the wash area and after you scan the hole garage searching your car you find it still not washed engine &AC runing & 3 cars ahead waiting in rows, then the best thing to do is to leave angry without getting full service done

Worst service ever! My husband rented a car for 2 weeks. The battery was dead. We called the call center the guy said that we need to wait between 1h and 2 hours to send someone fix it…this is not an acceptable service! It means you haven’t done the car service before renting it! While writing this message we were still waiting after 1h30 and no one is answering the phone!

The most terrible experience. The worst cars. Dead battery in less than a week. Malfunctioning AC. Expired tyres. Broken seat belt. Already started the booking with a car different from the one I booked with a promise to replace it within 48 hours which never happened. I tested positive for COVID after only one week of my booking and respectfully requested that I return the car and they refund me the remainder as I will stay in quarantine for 14 days and they refused saying we will not refund any bookings. This is a fraud business in collaboration with the company they use “Selfdrive.ae”…. Steer clear from any of those two companies as they are the worst I’ve seen in my life and their cars or service are not worth half the money they are charging.

DO NOT USE!

I’ve been chasing the refund of my deposit back for the last 2 weeks. They told me it would take 40 days so I have waited for 40 days and didn't receive my money. I called their customer services number and spoke to an agent who said he would investigate it and call me back, which didn't happen. Now we approach 60 days and still my deposit has not been refunded. I advise to stay away

I have signed a quote for my new lease to start on 28 August (I have not signed the lease yet). I was told there would be a aed2000 deposit and I agreed to that.

I have been with thrifty over the last year and on the day my premium is meant to go off each month, I receive a call asking if it's fine to charge my card and I receive a receipt after.

This time, my premium went off 4 days before I expected, I did not receive a call confirming they could charge my card, and I did not receive a receipt thereafter.
I called thrifty yesterday morning requesting the receipt (which they agreed to send) and they still did not receive it by this morning.

What's more, on my previous lease, the deposit was always BLOCKED on my credit card, which a was happy with. This time, without warning, they CHARGED the 2000 deposit to my credit card, which I was not expecting. Which means I either have to pay interest on that 2000 or find a way this month to pay an extra 2k on my credit card.

I would like to cancel my lease with Thrifty before it starts on the 28th (I have not signed the contract yet).
I want to cancel because the level of service has dropped in the accounts department and because I was charged the deposit instead of having it blocked like they did all of this last year.
Update: my complaint has been resolved and I change my rating from 1 star to 4 star

The worse rental company I have ever dealt with, they charged me 5000 aed extra for no reason. DO NOT DEAL with them!

I wanted a half star for this branch. I waited for 1 hour and after they took all the money they wanted they never bothered to tell me my car wasn't ready and when I asked them to refund my money they offered another car I waited another 10 mins and the car comes and it was filthy.bad customer service and cars very upset
