They never pick the phone before 10 am or even later and on website it says they open but i went at 9: 52 am and its still closed. But Sakina i think her name is or the lady who is there is extremely good at her job and goes a extra mile to help.

I called for an eye drop which is not available at any chain and it wasn’t so even at Thumbay.but the lady who took my call - Sakina - tried her best to look for alternatives and help. She went beyond what she needed to - great attitude and it’s really appreciated!
