Dear All, I would like to share my Experiences with Thumbay clinic Dubai Branch With Dental Dr Maliha Tahir, She were very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Maliha really took his time to explain my Teeth conditions and she have Done we good Scaling and treatment. I had a great visit and the doctor Meliha demeanor has really put me at ease, She well Trained and Experienced Person, so I highly recommend Thumbay clinic Dubai.

Dr. Gori is the best doctor at Thumby clinic Mateena.this clinic services are so great and staff are well treating patients.

Their Working Hour on Friday Afternoon Starts 2pm I Came On 2: 15pm Now It's 2: 35pm Nobody At The Reception Counter. Approx 20 Paitein Are Waiting Since 2: 00pm.

Despite booking an appointment, there were no signs of medic staff except reception at 10am. Passage to rest rooms was blocked by cleaning equipment with dirt on floor as you can see in the pictures.
Nurse when arrived was coughing and sneezing.

Really impressed by Dr Nidi Biri and how she has handled the issues i have had with my teeth over the last 2 years. 2 route canals and crown and some fillings, she has taken her time and done a torough job and i have no complaints at all. Very professional and skilled at her job, would recommend her to anyone who is have anytype of dental problems.

I had this bad experienced where in i need to go back the next day for my medication which is antibiotic to treat the infection i had in my stool, they said the doctor who seen me and requested the laboratory is not available and other doctors won't allowed to prescribe the medication. Considering that it's an infection, antibiotic should be started right away, why do u need to let the patient wait for a night to start the antibiotic,? Come on, do something about this Thumbay clinic Diera. What if the client is so weak, can you still say the patient to wait for the doctor it's because his or her doctor is not available knowing their are available doctors who can do it.forgive me but it's kinda disappointing.

Dealing of staffs are not bad & not better,
medium level. Most of them dont know to smile. But not rude.and the main problem is only one nurse is dealing everything on the above floor.
While she do the primary checkup for the patient, no other staff is there to deal with other patients documents. So mostly waiting.
Minimum 1-2 hrs need to spent here.
I was extreme fever and i couldnot wait that much, but as there werd no way i waited there.and the other thing is doctor will write for bunch of medicines & checkups for benefit someone, not the patient.
I didnt have body pain she wrote tablets for body pain also. In the pharmacy, i heard another patient also tell the same.
What i wondered is she wrote for sinus x-ray, as i didnot have any symptoms of sinasitus.

I visited the Dentist Dr. Nidhi Beri, Initially I had my inhibitions as I am not very comfortable with a dentist! But this Dr. Nidhi was so gentle with my root canal it was almost painless, and I ended up getting not just mine, but my whole families teeth jobs and check up with her.
Highly recommend Dr. Nidhi for her expertise and gentleness with both kids and adults.

I felt humiliated when I visited this clinic because obviously they have racial discrimination. My girlfriend and I were comfortably sitting in the couch when the maintenance approached us and he let us stand without further reason and he gave the sit to his fellow nationality.

I can wait and understand the long queue but the disgraceful of the housekeeping man was beyond unreasonable.

It's very very bad service am seen In UAE we are only 4 patients waiting more the 50 minutes for just register. Reception it's very bad deals with patients.

DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME

PATIENT CARE IS GOOD. THOUGH INSURANCE SUBMISSION HAPPENS IN TIME, APPROVAL FROM INSURANCE TAKES TIME. PATIENT HAS TO SPEND 1 TO 2 HOURS IN THE CLINIC.

Services can be improved by adding more nurses. Good clinic with all facilities available. Add their WhatsApp number and you get regular updates.

I wanted to give this review for a long time as I have seen lot of other reviews which talk bad about the place. Trust me its not what is written. I have the most basic insurance received from my company. I tried to visit Aster with it and they refused saying they would accept the insurance only with GP paper and I cannot see the GP in their clinic as I have a basic insurance. Some how I landed in Thumbay Clinic. The clinic was full with patients, supposedly they accept all basic insurances. I was hesitant to enter but I had no choice. The reception staff gave me a token an I was asked to wait. I could see the staff trying to smile even under pressure and were quite friendly to the patients unlike my experience in the other clinic. Then I was asked to go to the nurse who took my blood pressure and temperature and I met the doctor. Both the doctor and the nurses were busy with a lot of patients but did take an effort to be polite and smile at us. The doctor was descent and gave me the treatment and some blood test. I came to the counter where the guy explained me that he has to take approval for it and i have to wait for 15 to 20 mins. I agreed and waited. I had seen people fighting with the staff just because they do not have the patience to wait for their approvals. Still the staff was kind enough and tried to convince. It took more than 20 mins for my approval but everything went smoothly after that. I just have one request to the patients visiting the clinic. Have patience as you have basic insurance cards and you are not the only people the clinic is catering. They are trying their best to help you. I would recommend this clinic but have patience if u visit. It is our insurance who makes us wait, not the clinic.

Good ambience and clean clinic.services is good. The Doctors are professional, well experienced and answers patiently to all your queries

We were there few weeks back for check up. We had an appointment for ultrasound twice, both the time they cancelled the appointment. We called the clinic for update, each time they said the ultrasound machine is not working and we were told that they will call us back for the next appointment, unfortunately no body called us back until now. Very very slow and poor service. And their priority are the patients who is not under insurance even though you have booked the appointment they will cancel it and replace your place with someone who is not under insurance.
