The contact number that is provided is never answered, and very bad experience with buying tickets when the website is stating limited availability and you select the ticket it says tickets not found at all categories so why there’s a limited availability from the beginning why they can’t just put tickets sold out.

Do not sign up for their news letter. It is impossible to unsubscribe, I have been emailing them for months, got a false confirmation after a month that my data has been deleted but still getting unsolicited spam from Ticketmasters.ae.

Stay away from any company that does not recognize your GDPR and your basic right to protecting your personal data.

Awful service, Bought 2 tickets for a show, show go canceled, never got the refund. Called multiple times, no answer.

Booked 2 tickets, event was rescheduled, requested a refund, they deducted the same amount again from my account without any notice. None of 3 numbers work. Its a scam, never book.

Very badly organized events! Rude employees and show zero respect to anyone that complaints have has any concerns.

Great company when it comes to sell the tickets, but when you face an issue you will have very bad response from them and last thing they care about is customer satisfaction, wonder why they still operating in this why,
My recommendation is, if you find another company that it host the event chose the competitor not this one because you will regret it if you face an issue.

Purchased a ticket for an event that got cancelled because of Covid19. I asked for a refund, and I am still waiting for it 50 days later. All they say is refund has been processed like a robot would do, without checking what went wrong in their process. I suspect they are lying to keep some cash flow out of their customers pocket

Pathetic ticket sale portal for Riyadh BTS.automatically cancelled my que almost 5 time when it near to complete.and one time complete and then held at the payment stage. Available seats also not clearly shown on the provided map.

Very bad experience purchasing BTS tickets.tried to buy my ticket and queued more than 5 times and all FAILED either because poor host or unclear seating. Their website is a mess it was worst online ticketing service I have ever experienced

We didnt get parking although we bought gold tickets for over AED1000 the security mentioned we had to buy them well in advance but ticket master didnt offer this during the booking!

Horrible service. I really dont understand how such companies are not shut down by authorities for their slack work and service.
1- Their website does not provide you any clear picture of the location or any details required for the ticket you are purchasing
2- I purchased the ticket through a phone call and they said I would receive a confirmation email and the event is today and I havent receive ad anything yet.
3- I have been calling since yesterday 4 PM and the lines are just busy
4- I sent them messages on twitter they just dont respond.

Thank you for making me decide that I would never go to any event that will be through TICKETMASTER
