They are says it’s silver, I never so it silver like this.
I don’t like this company at all! 1) quality not good and they are don’t have certificates 2) 1 months I wait when manager call me back 3) 3 months I wait when company fix problem 4) staff NO KIND AT ALL! 5) they are lie

I must say my outfit was a complete tourist style one (jeans, cap, sneakers, backpack … in summary nothing not even close to girly/fancy) so, I literally looked completely out of place to be honest; first they looked at me and concluded I was “window shopping” (which was logic), but then when I explained it was my birthday and I wanted to give myself something nice that I could wear daily, they were awesome. They started showing me pieces matching my request and I tried them. They also brought some coffee and cookies and sang “happy bday” to me…. Very sweet from the personnel (other customers also sang, that was funny). I found the perfect piece for me and enjoyed everything. If you go to Dubai mall and visit Tiffany and Co, ask for Mohammed, he is awesome and made my birthday memorable (I was feeling a little depressed and lonely before entering).
You ain't arrived unless you've had breakfast at Tiffany's. My favorite jewellery store. Their iconic key design is a must have in your collection. Overpriced and decadent.
Worst experience in dubai mall we wanted to buy a ring we waited 20 mi without anyone taking care of us while half of the staff was available. Go to cariter opposite they know how to take care of their customers.
I tried to enter the store and was told by security that the store was full and I would have to wait. Looking through the window, I saw 3 customers. I felt very unwelcome. I have been to many Tiffany stores and have never been treated this way

I called at 11: 15 to tiffany and co wich is located in dubai mall but the guy or should i say gay that im talking to is very rude and i wasn't finish by telling him something I heard him say bye and drop the calls I was wondering if how you can hired an employee that doesn't know how to response properly to the caller a person who don't know what good Manners is you shouldn't tolerated this kind of act of your employee such a disappointment
Overall, Tiffany is Tiffany, gorgeous place with variety of options and a world class service.
Im personally a big fan of their perfumes and wedding bands.
I would usually rate it 5/5, but on my last visit today i received a horrible service for buying something that was supposed to be really simple. The person offering the service seemed to try to push me to go to other places rather than helping me choose.
But still, in general, Tiffany one of the best service on the gift shops category
Store location, outlook are brilliant. Jewelleries are as usual beautiful but very costly due to brand name. Only thing that bothers me everytime is the condescending attitude of the staffs. They don't welcome you in a friendly way, its always like suspicious look and showing superiority. But the moment you buy something, their tone and words become so sweet and they even carry your bag around. Such a brand should focus more on customer experience, not just on Jewellery. Because I believe luxury jewellery brand like Tiffany is more about whole experience, not just paying for diamond and gold. If that is the case, then then there are thousand different cheaper brands in market.
Terrible customer service! It is a pity for the brand. We bought on 29th 2 products that we asked to be personalized so we were asked to return on 1-2 of January. We returned on 1st and only one was ready, returned on 2nd and still just one ready so we had to take it as it is since we had a plane next morning. I don’t recommend this store and shopping experience to anyone

We were assigned with a sales person whose name was Mr. Murphy. I would like to reiterate the fact that you need to really really understand the concept of handling a client and answering his/her needs.
My experience with my fiancé was not a pleasant. We had asked difference between two variety of rings, The answer was a blunt. ”they r just different type of diamond”. A customer needs to know what is he paying for!
As a result, we ended up at Cartier.by the time we got out.we have understood what a diamond stands for.finally customer service is the difference between how a customer chooses brand.
I want to say big thanks to Jessica from Tiffany&Co, Dubai Mall for the excellent customer service and help with making one very special day in my life! We stayed in Dubai for 2 days and my boyfriend decided to propose me at Tiffany’s. Jessica made all preparations very quickly and in the best possible way! I was very impressed and so excited! Jessica is very warm, attentive, helpful and professional, she is a huge asset to your boutique!
