Anna, your Russian sales assistant tried to upsell me items I didn’t want, when she finally got the message that all I wanted was the earrings I came for, she sarcastically called them “cheap” when I said I loved them.

The classism and vulgar treatment of customers needs to stop.

If I want to spend $500 or $400,000 - what business is it of yours? Be kind, have integrity, and don’t pressure.

I had the best experience with shopping at the store! I went there to pick a gift for my Birthday, Ziad kindly assisted me and showed all my preferred options, helped me to find the right size, so that it was easy for my husband when he came there next day) Very friendly atmosphere in the shop! And great jewellery!

We visited Tiffany’s in the mall in October & we were welcomed by Rania fakir when we entered the store, Rania was really helpful, professional and we were a party of 6 and really looked after, Rania took the time with me to really understand what I was looking for, Rania was extremely helpful & knowledgeable and it was a lovely experience to visit Tiffany’s Dubai mall. Hoping we can visit again soon

The store and staff in the Mall of the Emirates was amazing. Great service and unbelievable welcome and a nice smile. Coco was the lady who served me and she was perfect. I spoke to the store manager also who was attentive, understanding and very professional. All in all I am very happy with the staff and the store. Thank you

Every time I visit Tiffany Mall of the Emirates, I am happy not only to receive unique jewelry, but also for the service and attention.
Nestana, the employee at Mall of the Emirates store, deals with me in a very elegant manner, provides me with wonderful service, and always invites me to important events and updates me with new collections.

My favourite boutique! The best client manager is Ichrac Ayari. She always offers their aromatic coffee, delicious chocolate and fresh juice while she assists me. Every visit to Tiffany&Co in Mall of the Emirates makes my day so special. My last purchase was the watch from the new collection. Ichrac has found a rare small size for me which was ordered from their stock and it arrived just in couple of days. It’s the most beautiful watch with an iconic Tiffany colour I ever had. I am so thankful to Ichrac for introducing me to this new collection and helping with this amazing choice.

It was a pleasant experience. The staff is smiling, polite and friendly. After clarifying what we were interested in, they invited us to sit down and immediately offered coffee (the child was offered juice). Many thanks to Ichrac for the help in selecting the goods and for the service!

Absolutely TOP NOTCH service from staff in Dubai Mall. Ilya in particular, was brilliant. Very knowledgeable, kind, attentive and seriously nice young man. His knowledge about Tifanny jewellery is incredible. We felt greatly taken care of. By him and also by the store manager Stephanie, that's one fine lady. Highly recommended this store run by professionals with very high standards.

Tiffany & Co beautiful jewelry, as ever. However, do better please with your service. Some of the staff are busy looking at their phones - distracted. I asked for a necklace to be fixed and it was returned WITHOUT the engraving. Now it has to go back again to be engraved. Pay attention…

I have been a customer of Tiffany & Co.for many years. A recent visit to the store in the Mall of the Emirates, Dubai reminded me again why I love the brand so much. I needed to exchange a product and the customer service provided by Myrna was amazing. She coordinated with the store management effectively and made the whole process seamless and pleasant. I have no hesitation in recommending Myrna and the Tiffany Mall of the Emirates store for a delightful customer experience.

I appreciate Myrna for being helpful and patient. She treated us more than just a 'sale transaction'. She struck a conversation not only with me but my kids too. She offered service even after the sale.something never done by any of the sales associate from previous purchases at other Tiffany store in AUH. Look for her.if you ever visit MOE branch!

Read a few of the negative reviews, I was slightly apprehensive as a result.
I went to the store and had the best of experiences. I was met with warm smiles upon entering. Saoussen was the sales agent who assisted me. The experience was perfect, Maximum attention given to my ideas and needs. A super listener who's product knowledge was amazing. The options presented were clearly based on the customer. There was no attempt at upselling. The focus was on the right gift. A super experience. I am not sure if I have ever had such an enjoyable shopping experience and I do enjoy shopping! I had a follow up with Benjamin regarding a sizing issue (gift was bought without recipient with me) Benjamin assisted me with the sizing issue. I had similar wonderful treatment from Benjiman. I would likely purchase from this store again due to the the staff. I almost forgot to mention, when Benjamin found out an item was not available due to closure of the Atlantis branch, he still managed to find the item asap. I was driving home from the visit and he already messaged he found the item for us!

Sales person has to be a patient with clients. O my god, you are so lazy. If some client asks you to assist, you should at least give an answer. Think of us like a buying client not browsing client. Worst experience ever.

Worst customer experience and worst product ever.
We just had to return to their store for a 6th time: a pair of earrings we bought was defective, they replaced them for new ones, sent them to the workshop twice, after all this they keep presenting us with earrings that are very obviously defective.
You would think they would take a moment to check the item before asking us to come back yet again, but no, not one of the employees bothered.
On to a 7th visit in a few days. What a joke.

Very bad customer service on Valentine’s Day.
Was happy to buy, until i Waited 10 minutes for wrapping.

Was expecting a way better experience.
