Tikka Shikka Restaurant

We had ordered Chicken Kebabs, Puri Paratha, which was not crispy at all even after requesting them, Chicken Kadai, Butter Chicken Masala and a few beverages.
The food was just okay, and the atmosphere was not comfortable at all.
There were cockroaches roaming around. A few landed on our table, got in our food and also on our belongings.
Staff didn’t offer to let go of the payment or even offer a discount, we paid in full for something that we didn’t enjoy.

We have been here twice, the food especially the kebab and seekh are the best. Though the waiting time between and ordering and service is quite a lot. So beware if you are very hungry, this place will make you wait. But in the end the food quality is good, the owners are quite friendly and you have discounts on entertainer which is a bonus

The bhutta (corn) is amazing I have recommended it to several of my friends and they just keep going back.

We entered Tikka Shikka expecting to eat a plate of kabab and hop to the next restaurant like planned, however, the service and excellent servers to come help me such as Mr Subash who was there whenever we needed him really made us stay for the whole dinner.
The food was nothing short of excellent, the chicken was so tender and moist, and their flavorful butter chicken was to die for.the atmosphere was also quite interesting, with old indian style posters and siting areas outside which were adequetly cooled helped create an even better experience for my family.
It is a must have especially their kebabs, their chicken tandoor (boneless) and their butter chicken was amazing. An all round amazing experience

There food is really amazing we tried paneer butter masala and naan, it was really superb, the way of presenting the food was impressive and the service is excellent and the staff was very friendly over there.

Was staying nearby and am so glad I found Tikka Shikka. Stopped for lunch but was a little early but had a great egg omelet wrap and came for dinner that night. Had butter chicken and rice and it was incredible and a few other small things.

Aman was so nice both times: incredible service and she had great suggestions on what to get. So nice

We liked the food. Chai was not as we expected.met and spoke to the proprietor, who was very approcable.

I ordered the lambe paav and kabab platter for suhoor combo came here to eat suhoor. Drove from RAK to Karama to try the Bombay food was very very disappointed.
Kebabs were so bland no salt no taste at all. Bombay not even near no spices nothing
Masala Lassi without masala and salt gave it back.
Kheema baida roti again filled just with onions couldn’t eat more than 2 bites.
Ordered some other roll haven’t even tried took it take away as I am sure that would spoil my taste buds too. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to Bombaites like me who miss Bombay food.

Wonderful restaurant with open air atmosphere. Fast service and reasonably priced. Butter chicken was yummy. Lal paneer tikka was different favours to your taste buds. Definately worth it.

What an amazing place to dine in. We went for dinner after Argentina’s win in Final.

First of all location of the restaurant is amazing, paid parkings are always available.

Second the staffs are so polite & professional, they took good care of us & and explained about their speciality.

The daal tadka was best daal tadka I had in recent times. I was literally drinking their mint chutney with tandoori chicken.

Mutton Bhuna Ghost was so amazing, we loved their rotis, like homemade.

Worth visiting this place, I will visit them again for sure.

So expensive and no taste, its not worth the price of 36aed the daalgoasht (LENTIL MOTON), they used beef not moton. Never ever recommend this restaurant.

Stumbled upon this restaurant in Karama Dubai. Must try the chicken frankie w egg and tandoor chicken legs. Amazing taste and flavour. Well packaged and hygiene maintained.

On our visit to karama we shortlist this restaurant after looking in the review for light meal specifically for Frankie rolls, ordered paneer and a chicken, chicken tested ok, but paneer was bit of a bitter in test and felt like the paneer was stored outside the fridge that I can feel it's distinguished smell, or perhaps that was peak time I'd the summer? When I went near the restaurant to order the food there It gave me feel of some railway and bus station in India as the smell of mixture of phynael and guthkaa, it wasn't that turn off for me but bit if surprise as I didn't felt something like this in Dubai or perhaps there are places like this and I haven't been there,

Their menu has unique Indian names with bit of funny kind of meaning but they are kool, my review and it's rating based in my personal experience, I wouldn't go back there for Frankie rolls anymore, but rather will go try other menu items if I run out of other options in karama.

What surprised me was the Mutton Tikka boti that I ordered for a price of 30dhs. When it came to my hand, looking at it was not worth paying 30dhs for something that is available everywhere in Dubai for the price of only 15dhs. Same taste, nothing diffrent. It's just the hype thats been created by friends and family and acquaintances of known individuals and reviews. I usually eat out everyday from different restaurants in Bur Dubai, Karama, Deira, Gussais, Barsha ect. The price for the tikka what I gotnis not worth for 6pcs of tikka. Try Shahi Mughal resturant better and low price between 13dhs to 20dhs 8pcs. Try Karachi Darbar better and low price. Try Hyderabi House restaurant Al Barsha, amazing food no hype on reviews and stars. Tikka Shikka is my first time and last time. Not worth paying the amount when I can get better food for a better price.

I cant rate the restaurant even one star. Highly charged Pathetic food. One thin chapati cost 4 dhs. Seriously. Highly not recommended.

After seeing so many bad reviews regarding price and portion, I feel bad for this place. People forget that there is inflation everywhere and a regular cheeseburger or shawarma even has higher prices than the past. So in my opinion, for the quality and FLAVOR served, the prices are reasonable. I had the best tikka roll in ages! It was freshly prepared, served hot and crunchy, and to DIE FOR! I am definitely coming back to try other menu items!

Tikka Shikka, one of the newly opened restaurant in Karama serves 7 different types of chicken tikka with remarkable flavors.
Recently visited to try there Iftar menu worth of AED 49/- includes fruit chaat, starters, main course with 2 paratha & a dessert.
Taste was good & service was quick, Recommended for who loves Tikka!

Usual food with unusual twist. I like the way the food was served and also the unusual twist of taste with each dish.

Recently visited this place, it's a small and cute joint in karma, very limited seating place but best part you can enjoy your yummy food with their Dine In Car Offer. Where they will provide you a lap table and you can enjoy all your favorite kebabs while sitting comfortably in your car.

Chenna Style Onion Pakoda - crispy and crunchy onion Pakodas, loved the super crunchiness
Rose Lassi - delicious
Mango Lassi - refreshing
Veg Paneer Frankie - Quite good in taste. (Very filling too)
Kaala tikka - no they are not burnt but very well charcoaled and great in taste. Chicken was tender and flavorful. I enjoyed them with malabar parotta
Peela Tikka - lil spicy yet very delicious. Marination was very nice. I enjoyed with Lachacha parantha
Shahi Tukda - A little extra sweet then my flavors but overall good in taste.

Overall it was good experience you should definitely visit them for delicious Kebabs.

We ordered for mutton seekh kabab and chicken frankie. Juciest and most succulent meat ever. It's a true hidden gem. They have shifted out from Naif road and are in karama now.opposite kulfilicious.

Small place.so if you are a big group.just order through Zomato.

Sitting, however, gives you the chance of an awesome conversation with the owner Uncle.

Highly recommend Very delicious and fresh food, pure north indian food must try Chole bhatoore, it's just same like I used to eat in punjab, staff is very friendly nd professional love this place

A beautiful cozy place with a concept of car din in. Sit in the comfort of your car and the staff will serve you sweetly. Recently when I got the invite, I was super excited to experience this and it was a delight to be at this place. On a serious note, the food is delish and the name Tikka Shikka is true to satisfying tikkas.

Juiciest whole leg tikkas in so many flavours all made live in front of you! All natural. No artificial ingredients or colours. Even the chicken is from local farms and raised on natural-feed without growth hormones.

Today, I was invited at @tikkashikkadubai restaurant for a food review. This dhaba style restaurant is located in the hub of Deira, Dubai.

The place is aesthetically pleasing to eyes and is based on a bollywood theme. Their interior is very lively and full of vibrant colours with filmi dialogues on the wall from famous bollywood movies twisted in their own way.

They presented their indian thaali which included veg, non-veg, starter, sweet dish and fresh paratha. The food was served fresh and hot. The spices were very people friendly not too spicy neither too bland. My thaali had:

PAKORA
MUTTON QEEMA
KARI PAKORA
MASALA RICE
FRESH PARATHA
MALEEDA

For me, mutton qeema was a showstopper and was a perfect combination to be served with fresh paratha. My overall experience was good.

I want to mention here that the staff specially?? Was very friendly. She made sure everything is served properly and kept on asking if we need anything else.

Tikka shikka, is one of the uniqe restaurant in dubai. The ambiance and the interiors of the restaurant is amazing, well decorated with wall stickers and lights.

Gulabi tikka is one of my favourite, its juicy tasty as you see in the picture. When they served food on the table i cant wait to try all because of the aroma.

If you are a foodie must try the menu here, its really unique

In terms of Quality of service taste prices and presentation one of the best Restaurant of Dubai.

Excited to see it's Expansion in Karama Bur dubai or Al Nahda and other Areas.

The restaurent is situated at very known place that is Naif square, you can get an easy transport of bus from and to, to the restaurant. Also apart from the public parking, a private parking is on walking distance of 20 meters. I will rate 4 out of 5 stars.

Ambiance (4out of 5 star) : The restaurant has an amazing upstair sitting, all the walls are decorated with very interesting dialogues there. You will not hear any traffic sound or disturbance there.

Food (5 out of 5) : The taste and quality of whatever food we had, was amazing, you will get the good taste in each bite. We tried Paneer tikka, lasuni tikka, which was very crispy and tasty.

Budget (5 out of 5) : You will get very budget friendly dishes here, if you are 3 guys and taking 4 or 5 dishes with lassi, you will get around 60 ~80 aed bill, which is very less in compare to the other restaurant. If you are two people, you can eat amazing dishes in 30 aed only.

Availability (4/5 stars) : The availability of seats are very good, there is enough sitting available to accommodate big families as well. Due to covid you will not find rush now a days. The availability of dishes is little problematic here, some dishes written in your time menu, but still it is not avail able due to raw material.

Overall the experience was good, taste and food was amazing, tikka is their specialty, Menu card was not good, just like a printout papers, and few dishes were not available.

Tikka Shikka is truly a Hidden gem of Dubai. This place is very pocket friendly restaurant located in Deira and has amazing decor. Their food is prepared from fresh ingredients and even the chicken which they served was organic, naturally fed and bought fresh from local farms in Dubai fresh. I personal favorite Is their Sab Taste Karenge Platter because it has 7 different varieties of marinated chicken served with 7 different condiments. My favorite marinated chicken was palak tikka (spinach tikka) it was deep fried and yummmmmmmm. This platter not only appealed to my eyes but also my taste buds. I also tried their hara bara kebab, chicken katti roll, lal aloo for starters. Their butter paneer, keema paratha and chicken haryali for main course and Shahi tudka for Dessert. This Shahi tudka instantly took me down memory lane. I was taken back to the first time I ever ate delicious shahi tudka with my beloved grand mom at my cousin’s wedding. Apart from memories, this dessert also tasted very similar to the one I had years ago. I had been searching high and low for shahi tukda that tasted similar to the one from my childhood and at last I found a match! It’s amazing and weird how time flies but flavors and taste can be your time machine, taking you back to your fondest memories. If you have ever eaten this desi dessert, you already know how good it is. Recommended to anyone who would love to try variety of fresh grilled chicken at a budget friendly price.

This place was in my bucket list from long and planned to take away from here.

I have ordered Chicken Biryani, Butter Chicken, Naan & seekh Kabab. It was really a very pocket friendly place.

First of all ambiance was really very nice and amazing which is full on Bollywood theme.

Chicken Biryani: Biryani have full of rice lumps and really taste and flavor was missing. 2/5*

Butter Chicken: Yeah it was not butter chicken normal we have in north indian style but really liked it. 4/5*

Naan: Very Soft 4/5*

Seekh Kabab: Very hard, no juicy, completely bland disappointment with this. 1/5*

We visited Tikka Shikka last week, a must visit for all Indian cuisine lovers.

A place with total desi vibes. Starting from its colorful exteriors and interiors, the bollywood touch on the walls and the ambience adds the flavor of the to its being purely desi!

Talking about the food, they use only organic chicken, vegetables along with natural ingredients.

We tried their chicken katti rolls, chicken briyani, butter chicken masala, cheese and garlic kulcha, their Signature crispy Palak chicken Tikka, dry fruit gulab jamun, nimbu pani and mango lassi. It was totally a treat visually and on the taste buds.
