The team aren’t friendly have repeated small French Varlla to the cashier more than 3 times he was insisting to let me pay for Standard.

Today at 2pm the staff on cash counter is very rude, please train them how to respect customers.

The place is amazing as usual.
However, the cashier Sam is not a nice one at all.
Didn't like the way he took my order or how I received different drink coz of him.
I believe he was trying to raise up the sales rate.

Staffs are amazing and the manager is irresponsible because requested many times to reduce volume of the sound and he keep acting that he is going to do

not at all recommending for meeting or any discussion better takeaway or do meeting next to timhortons there is starbucks better

There iced Cappuccino is a level different from the rest. Even Starbucks does not come close.

I am regular customer of Tim hortons.

But while using Sheikh Zayed road branch I had very much bad experience.

Customer was sitting in the cafe for approx 1 hour and more without ordering anything and disturbing other customer with too much of noises. I requested staff to ask customer to lower the voice but he refused that he cannot do anything and ask me to change the sit but customer voice was too loud that can be heard anywhere I sit in the cafe.

How cafe allowing customer to sit customer.without any order and sitting ideally and disturbing other customer and staff also not supportive in that regards.

Hoping that this will improve quality and service.

Best Tim Hortons I've been to! I've been to several Timmies in Ontario, Canada. And also the Manchester branch. I can confidently say that this Timmies is the best I've been to! I visited here daily during my business trip in Dubai a few weeks ago. The staff were all very welcoming, hard working and you can tell they aim to please all customers with the orders. The food and coffee here was amazing, I especially recommend the Kit Kat donut.

Special shout-out to Rubal (I hope I spelt his name correctly). I believe he's the manager there. He was really lovely to me the whole week and very professional. Thank you so much to all the team at this Timmies who served me so well during my stay in Dubai!

The ambience is nice. A good place to either take your laptop and work, or relax, or grab a quick cup of coffee.

It’s nice place with a good sea view and it’s so nice to spend time with there with ur family or your friends and they are serving a nice coffee

Everything is great just wanted to put review on the behavior of staff they are too loud and shouting talking out loud which disturbs our meet with friends. Thank you

Just had two coffees sat there for about 2 hours but they don't reheat your coffee whatsoever which is a little dissapointing honestly. Coffee was above average. Love the doughnuts there though!

Tim hortons dubai hills mall the drinks cold and hot beside pink Berry is very bad is the worst not like dubai mall which is perfect and concentrate drink

We visited the beautiful Tim Hortons branch; it was very bright and cozy, and of course we had their amazing hot vanilla and black coffee.

We also ordered mini KitKat, and they were great!

Tim hortons szr branch (to starbucks) Auh 30,7: 55am came in and ordered my fave 2 bagels with cream cheese, cashier all the time keeps on talking with the other staff who prepares the food hence he is also talking in front of the sandwiches, with so much chatting the cashier missed on asking the rewards and I am the one who reminded her and then chatting more missed to handover the payment machine. There were only 2 customers at that time, seems will take long so I went to Starbucks got a coffee and went back to Tim, guess what they prepared only 1 bagel and the other lady is still there waiting for her sandwiches, again more chatting while working and in front of the food. My bagel was toasted a lot longer than the usual hence ended up hard and tough to chew. They are so slow and not focusing, best tim hortons still is the JLT branch even for drive thru its super quick.

This is mine & my husban'd favourite place in Dubai. Located in SZR caters to best coffee & donuts.

One of the best customer I've received so far had a staff of this branch standing on the footpath calling in customers his behaviour and customer service was remarkable and to be surely appreciated. Glad to see such people representing the companies.

Be it Ras al Khaimah or Dubai the staff at Tim’s doesn’t know anything about the offers you advertise.

Tim Hortons is my Favorite Coffee place! I always love their french Vanila, but yesterday after a long day I wanted to go somewhere that is on budget and I can sit to unwind!

The location is open till 3AM and loved the comfortable chairs to sit down and unwind while sipping a Mint Lemonade thats slushy!

Loved it and would highly recommend for those who are thirsty due to the heat and humidity in Dubai!

Really quiet place during the day. Their coffee and drinks are even better than the other branches.

Not the same as back home in Canada, but decent enough! Was able to satisfy my iced capp cravings

They have an awesome deal of buy one get one free for french vanilla coffee and timbits (20pcs or 40pcs each) using Etisalat smiles. Enjoy

Funny enough, this is the first Tim Horton’s in Dubai that actually felt like I was in Canada. In addition, fantastic location with a nice view. Very friendly early morning staff who were accommodating and provided quick service especially considering she was on duty all night during the night shift.

One of my all time favourite coffees.the time I step out. I always have to grab a Double Double on the go.they have an excellent variety and I like the new innovations that come up.very interesting

Good experience.good social distancing.would have been better if they keep the sanitizer in a conveniently visible place. Have to ask for tissue seperately, otherwise people at the counter are busy in selling than customer service.

Amazing location and they serve delicious doughnuts and tasty drinks, I love the toffee doughnut it's one of my favorites over there would totally recommend grabbing coffee there while enjoying the amazing fountain.

Prices are increasing rapidly - the price for small hot french vanilla is AED 16. While the same drink is sold for CAD 1.99 in Vancouver. Which means AED 5.84.

WiFi lasts only one hour, came to do some work with my laptop but had to move to another place after.

It’s just few blocks away from where I live. I like to sit and chill for awhile every time I crave for sweets. View is amazing. I love their donuts, it’s just that their iced coffee lattes are too sweet for me. Asked for less sugar but according their staff the only solution they can do is to add more milk. After so many trial and hopes on it (purchased 4x). I ended up ordering iced americano instead. Well why not, I still satisfy my cravings
PS - Additional points I like is that everytime you buy a mug, they’re gonna give you free coffee which is awesome

One of my favorite coffee shops in town. After my long maternity break of no coffee this was my 1st stop for coffee ️

I always love to sit outside the coffee shop. To feel the cold weather and to see the nice view in front of the cafe.

Coffee is still the same, but service is getting worse and worse and can’t say anything about sandwiches- got very unlucky for the third time.

Yes, of course it is one of the best, however what I am pleased about is the feeling.
I had my breakfast sitting outside the restaurant after witnessing a beautiful sunrise at Jumairah Road (One of the best places in Dubai). It was a pure delight to my taste buds and I was thrilled to be served with great hospitality and charm.
Also, it is quite an affordable place.

As I was very early in Dubai for sightseeing shops were still closed.just 20 minutes before opening they were friendly enough to assist me with a coffee and some French bread. Service was great so I came back later that morning to enjoy my lunch. Friendly staff and nice food for a cheap price! The doughnuts also look amazing! Free WiFi for an hour too is very helpful!

Serving a cold coffee.specifically cold brew coffee should come with the question with ice or not. Jamming a glass with lots of ice and then pouring the coffee is going to dilute my coffee and enjoy it less, my advice. Make sure they don't do that to your cold brew coffee, otherwise the place is nice.with the social distancing still holds the a great vibe.

Very nice place for going out for coffee. Tim Hortons has got a variety of hot, cold drinks, sandwiches and desserts at a very competitive price as compared to rival coffee places. It's also available on Smiles. The place can do with more hand gel for sanitation and more coffee drink selection.

I love their bagel with cream cheese because it is very simple and that is what makes it delicious. I will always support them because they also recruit people with handicap and that is very kind and generous from them. We often take our breakfasts here with my family. The prices are very fair. Keep it up Tim Hortons!

Nice place, air conditioning did not seem to work that well as it was extremely hot. Staff were polite, though the tables did take a bit long to get cleared. The coffee was good and loved the ambiance so overall a good time:)

One of the best locations to enjoy the french vanilla but this outlet charge an additional tax as it is in hotel. But nice sandwiches and good place.

This Tim hortons cafe at sheikh bin zayad road. There is best view of burj khalifa from Tim hortons cafe. It's nice view at night.

Who doesnt love tim hortons tastier donuts especially the nutella one best hot or cold shakes and coffee and best served food one of the best cafe in the world and none can say the opposite except if he is jealous or a competitor lol! Ordered the Breakfast Bagel, and was served the Turkey, Egg & Cheese Bagel. After having to argue the case, was served a Breakfast Bagel, lukewarm, stale, with a gingerbread latte that didn't seem recognizable as coffee. The staff are pleasant, but I'll not be back. Completely unremarkable.

This sturbucks beside tim hortons in finacial center used to be a nice place for coffee tea or cold drinks cozy with nice view of sheik zayed road always bc especially weekends but now coz of so many construction beside it its crazy dusty u cant sit outside

Average coffee with great location near to the metro station and the residents around. However nothing really special.

This is an observation only, with crowds (6 people or more), the staff is unable to cope with the same efficiency as they do with individuals.

Everything on the menu is super and I love their donuts. If you're confused about ordering just ask for help from a barista.
Most of the time they have coupons for studends and deals for customers. Make sure you ask for those to save your money.
Do try their donuts and muffins.

Tried their smoothie earlier on today (strawberry flavor), it was quite delicious. Highly recommended spot to chill & read a book or hang out with a friend.

I forgot to take the name of the Filipina staff this morning. She was simple and to the point. The place is clean, pleasant to sit and enjoy the look of the Sheikh Zayed road.

I am usually a black coffee person but if you have not tried the French vanilla at Tim Hortons, you are missing something.

Ok coffee, good sandwich (had the chicken shwarma wrap), would have been bettet if they'd cut it in half tho, and no potato wedges with my sandwich meal as they didn't have any. Was given a packet of crisps instead but not the same. I've noticed a trend in THs for some items always being unavailable.think its time to switch to Cafe Nero.

One of the famous coffee shop and restaurant chain in UAE with many branches across Dubai. The coffee shop is very famous for it's sandwiches and coffee. Good for a short break during your busy days as well as extremely good for those who love to spend time by sipping coffee while day.

Kane was a fabulous crew. Brilliant at guest services. Only awful thing is that they don't have a quick maintenance help for fixing their washrooms

English Toffee was my preferred drink, but unfortunately is not available anymore. This canadian chain of coffee shops is going to be addictive to you. I love the vibe of most of their coffee shops but the best of all is their coffee, is mild, full of flavor and as I said before ADDICTIVE. If anyone from Tim Hortons is reading this, please bring back the English Toffee and open more shops in Dubai.

Nice and peaceful place to sit and have a snack. Brilliant service. Excellent quality. For food, I just tried the wraps and they are pretty decent.

Twice now they have not given the full order for takeaway. The place is not even crowded. There are 5 staff members there and they still let the summer intern do a check. Same intern has got it wrong both times. Very very disappointing.
