Good decking products but unresponsive management. I did decking around swimming pool in private villa.
Ordering was smooth. All terms and scope were clear. They provided good pricing. The color selection is very good. I recieved a custom color which was plus. They care about details and plan things very well. Installation time was quick.of delays in finalization which is in my case due to coordination with other parties.
The quality of material is very good. The overall finish and look of the decking is good.
My only concern is aftersale support and completion snags which was slow. Getting a response from their management was really slow however after many calla they did the job.
Update after 12 months: the decking is still look good, the color is still fresh on floors. However the bench parts which had glues in it has fallen off around corners on a seating bench. I did report it to their management and they fixed.

Update: after two years, the bench starts to fall off again.very bad craftsmanship around corners and verticals. Their fix was really temporary ans useless.i do not recommend anything vertical or has corners. Floors are ok but i start seeing some curves and bending in some places. Overall i would not recommend it to my friends and family.

Bought 3 years ago. Still in mint condition. Some communication and delay issues initially but got sorted out.

I ordered flooring 2 months ago and today received material.it doesn't seems to be new but used and i believed they have stolen from somewhere or purchased from scrap.

You’ve checked their beautiful advertisements on different roads of dubai same like but you don’t have any idea how worst they are.they only collect deposit and then start ignoring you.stay away, friendly advice.

I’ve seen their advertisement on sheikh zaid road and I thought they are good company, but they are totally opposite to what i expected, they are just group of cheaters, nothing else

I placed the order and submitted deposit. I received delivery too late and lost that project also and when I received items. Totally different from samples.

We have recently ordered some decking for our pool and the wood delivered was split and all different colours - clearly the end pieces - which would also explain why the delivery was delayed a few times. We have been trying to contact Timberwolf to complain for a week now but without luck. We have sent numerous emails and every time we call we get the same response - Mr Wolfgang is busy and will call us back. We are still waiting to hear back. We’ve never dealt with such unprofessional and dishonest people before. It’s actually shocking.

Did a pool decking for my villa pool. I must admit it looked nice when installation was complete. Ordering was smooth. Installation was quick. However aftersales was really disappointing. Getting a response from their management was terrible too. They are welling to come to you for a sample ASAP and wherever you are. But after they get your money just ask them to come for 10 minutes to check something wrong they will make it a big deal.
