I have send one pacerl in TIME EXPRESS ALQOUSE BRANCH. Very good packing and he behaving very friendly… My sea cargo parcel was got in 23 days, No damages and no missing any items.i payed in normal sea cargo price but my parcel is got in express service. I am very happy with time express cargo alqouse brach. Thank you

My parcel was collected on October 16,2023, and it is now January 23,2024, but it has not yet been delivered. They never call back, despite their constant assurances that they will, saying they will give an update over the phone. I chose this courier service because my friends recommended it to me stating they provide excellent service.
However, I now regret it.
Just their careful packing earns them a single star.

Services are extremely pathetic no one bothering to reply on their WhatsApp properly its been 20 mins they read my messages no reply and after calling 6 times someone answered the call transfer to other extention and no answer tracking my parcel is kind of mission impossible horrible customer lservices I've ever experienced not recommended and I will ask my service provider not to use their services even online tracking is not working

After 11 days package is delivered.too slow not recommend to anyone.extra money also need to pay (879 INR) while receiving the package even though it is an educational documents.

I saw many negative reviews about this cargo. But my experience was fine. Delivered timely in India, can track the shipment easily, customer care is reachable during the given hrs. They had offered better rate than other similar cargo. The pick up guys too behaved nicely.

We booked air cargo from sharjah to India, which was delivered even before the promised date. Amazing service with great price.

I sent a cargo on 11 Oct and was told it wud b delivered in 30 days. Later I called they said it would b delivered in 40 days. After 40 days still not clear on the delivery. I had sent earlier twice with this company but this time I'm really disappointed.

Worst cargo service. Poor customer care, zero response and zero accountability. I am disappointed that my online shopping was routed through this ridiculous company and was returned back without any reason. I hope I never have to deal with Time Express cargo ever in my life again. I had no choice but to give one star.

I have used their device 3 times, to 3 different locations. They delivered before the time promised. All items were intact and no damage, the staff there are knowledgeable about all the procedures and guide you well.

Very poor service what they are saying they are not following. I paid all the amount in Dubai and they again charged in my home country and they didn't delivered at my door step. The peRain who went there who is not professional and he starts arguing.this is called service.

Worst cargo service in Dubai I had sent cargo on Dec 20 and they promised me that sea cargo will take 30 to 35 days but when I called after 35 days they told its under custom clearance and so many phone calls finally i received my cargo after 45 days and in Wrost condition carton box has be torned and they have restitched it
some items and chocolates is missing
Somebody has eaten the chocolate and waste paper has been put in the cargo box itself
Some fragile item has been broken into pieces in all the box I had told them to put a sticker of fragile but its useless
it was a horrific experience in my life
I suggest pls don't send your valuable thing and hard earned thing in this cargo you will loose it

My cargo was sent on the 24th of Jan 2021. I was told after custom clearance within 7 to 9 days. They keep calling my mother asking if she received the cargo. When they have not dispatched it from the office for delivery why call. I made several calls from morning told she will reach off and update us. Its now 12: 50 pm in India and she still on the way to office. Worst ever experience.

Never book there service, They don't respond to your email and messages. Air Cargo Shipment is still to be delivered almost a month's time by the time in my hand.very very disappointed. Please shutdown if you can't operate, I wish the owner experiences my situation. Such a terrific loss I'm facing now.

Almost 21 days. They committed 14 days. I have received custom clearance on 5 nov.whenever I am calling next week they are saying.
They are not giving proper answer about my query. They are hanging phone everytime.i don't know what is the name of that guy.

He didn't replied and he disconnected my call.
Why your company is charging for air cargo and delivery is like sea cargo.
This was ist and last cargo through this company.
Better go for some other company for cargo.

Time express cargo have collected my cargo on 24 sep 2020 and I didn't receive my cargo till to date (16 nov 2020). Whenever i ask them for the delivery, they always say next week repeatedly. Dont send your cargo in time express cargo. Dont waste your money an time. This is very bad service. Very bad.

I sent corgo on August to India. Till now I didn't receive. When we send the email they didn't give us any reply. I think they lost it some where. So no one trust them. Very worst company.

75 days before my cargo booked dxb to India.
Many times check our outlets but not use, our side only one answer no problem sir just 2days, only 3days delivery.but no use customer service very poor service.

It will take forever before you receive your shipment and they cannot meet their initial confirmation date. Poor customer service. They said that they are leading freight cargo in the market but this information is very misleading.

Its been more than a month and 2 weeks now to receive my Cargo through this Time Express Cargo, and I haven't received yet. If we follow up, they will either ignore or give some reasons which doesn't make any sense. This service does not deliver Cargo on time. Sharing my experience.
