Initially I put a 5 star review. But after 3 months paint job started to come off. Such bad quality. Now answer from the owners even though its supposedly under warranty. I went to the workshop and they have disappeared now! Be careful with these guys.

I advise you to avoid these guys if you value your nerves.
I’ll tell you the whole story of my interaction with Maxim, who, as he claims, has 24 years of experience. I probably forgot to ask in what area this experience was, maybe then everything would fall into place.

In general, I came to Maxim for my first appointment. He promised me everything he could, if only I would give him a deposit. Wrap the car, polish the headlights, wheels, cut threads on one wheel, dry clean. And he promised to do all this in 4 days.
After 4 days I called to find out if I could pick up the car, to which Maxim replied that they were doing additional work that they promised, and because of this they were delayed. On the fifth day, they cut the thread. On the sixth they polished the headlights, on the seventh he simply didn’t pick up the phone. On the eighth I brought the car, unpolished, without threads, all covered in dust inside. And the most interesting thing is that there is a jamb on every part. Bubbles, somewhere torn, somewhere already peeled off.
Maxim said that he would redo everything in four hours. You just need to bring a car. I gave the car back, realizing that four hours wouldn’t do it, but ok, let it be two days. Two days later I called, Maxim said he was working on it, checking everything carefully, personally monitoring it. We'll give it back tomorrow. They didn’t give it back tomorrow, nor the day after tomorrow. They gave it back on the 6th day. Moreover, Maxim attacked me that he cannot work normally in this mode, you see, I am rushing him. So why, Maxim, do you give 6 times less time frames? If you had just said a week, I wouldn’t have touched you. This “professional” said that he was nervous about my calls, so the quality was worse.

They brought the car. The wrap is worse than it was. There were no adjustments. Everything is in the waves. Mileage +120km. What did you do with the car? Secret. Maxim began to promise that now give the car for two hours, they will fix everything.
I asked for the money back, because I already understood who this Maxim was. There is a type of people who lie for no reason and are not responsible for their words. Apparently in Dubai he gets away with it easily.
But Maxim’s skillful language again gave me hope of giving him the car for adjustments. At the same time, he promised me compensation for every day of work (guess if he paid?).
He promised in two days, returned in six. On the fifth I call him, he says we’ll be back at 14. I called at 2 p.m, he said we’ll return at 4 p.m, I called at 9 p.m, he said we’ll deliver it at night, but they didn’t deliver it.
And he yelled at me that I was rushing him. Pfff. Maxim, they are in a hurry when they ask faster than you promise. And I ask you for your own words.
In the end, he gave the car away. Not a single detail has been adjusted except one. The man who glued this one part brought it, I asked how much it took him to make it? He responded in 4 hours.
What did they do to my car for six days?
At the same time, the mileage is +110 km, 30 of which were in sport mode. That is, they drove a car. From the car collection point to the Maxim garage is 6 km. For some reason they connected their devices via bluetooth.
At the same time, several sensors stopped working for me; apparently they were damaged when the film was cut off with a knife. What's under the film - that's what I'm afraid to think.
Now Maxim does not pick up the phone and does not answer messages.

Don’t be fooled, friends, by the “eloquence” of this shameless man who promises a 5-year warranty. This is the catch; you don’t need this guarantee for nothing. You will never contact him again if you value your car. It’s better to get it done right away by normal craftsmen so as not to pay twice, or even three times, since Maxim will also have to fix it.

DAMAGED CARS!

1. I had given him a mesarati they CRACKED the window of my Maserati and my Mercedes as well as leaving SCRATCHES all over my cars, they damaged my steering wheel and interior of the merc!

2.i had to give them the cars back 4 times to do things properly and in the end they didn’t manage. They couldn’t even adjust a logo on the front bumper, instead it’s not in place

3. THEY DRIVE YOUR CAR FOR FUN! He came to pick up my car 3 times in a green bmw which isn’t his, as well as draining Salik in worth of 400 aed from my account plus over 1500 in petrol charges

4. I gave them my Mercedes to fix a leak which took them 2 weeks and they have not fixed it it’s still leaking

I could go on and on but DO NOT LEAVE UR CAR WITH THEM THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING

Absolutely useless place. Very rude and arrogant staff. They had an offer on Groupon for window tinting but when I spoke to the chap to make the booking he trys to charge me almost 1000 aed more than the price advertised because he will have to clean the windows prior to applying the window tint. What nonsense. I've had window tinting done many times and they always clean the windows prior to application. That's just part of process in fitting tints. Just for that kind of dishonest service I would never use them and would also urge others not to do so. There are so many more honest window tinting companies to choose from.

I specifically told you I had removed the old tint already. I also said that I didn't want the rear window done. There was a very small bit of residue that was on 2 windows which was approximately 2 inches in size and this was very easily removed by window cleaner and a cloth which I said I would do before bringing the car in even though this is standard practice for you to clean the windows before you apply a new tint. You still rudely said that you would still charge to clean the windows and it would be 800 aed to do so in total you would charge me 1200 aed. You had an offer on Groupon for around 300 aed so you wanted to charge me 800 to clean the windows that were going to come to you clean and then charge me 400 aed for a job that's advertised for 300 aed. You my friend are a liar and a fraud. Please don't insult me by telling lies to try and make you and your company look better. Your ethics are terrible and your a very rude person. You need to learn some customer service.

Fast and professional service. Very responsive, and competitive pricing. Most importantly great end result with SUV tinting ceramic & paint work.

The service is excellent, I did my Porsche Panamera round tinting and its very professional. The money I paid worth it becasue they did the high quality fim and super fast. So I plan to start work with them on full car wrapping with ppf material.

I took the car in for partial polishing, headlight polishing and tinting (light). Russian-speaking guys work there. I didn’t have to explain it with my fingers. In general, I liked everything!

Wish I knew about this shop sooner!

Max is very responsive and helpful. Very passionate with the work he does and explains in detail the various tint options available and benefits of each one. Gave working time expectations and delivered as promised (Took 1h30m for my SUV). Value for money prices as well. Will come back here again for the next car in the future!

The guy does extremely poor tinting. He scratches your windows. Tints are full of dusts. And then it is impossible to visit him again; as he never picks up your calls and never entertains appointments. I strong recommend people not to visit him. He has a different attitude while selling the first time; and a completely different attitude when you highlight the poor work that he usually does. Pls save your money / and time and don’t visit him.

Did tint and ceramic coating in this shop, gave me additional service on smart repair overall good experience.

Max is THE go-to guy in Dubai for tinting. Great products, great service and a great guy. He does what he says he will do and he does it on time.

Max knows what he is doing. Takes care of you and your car to any extend. He also takes responsibility for the faults and all your complaints. I’ve got tinting and ceramic done to my 991.1 Targa, which is very hard to tint. Had some issues with the tinting and he has redone it without any charges or grumble

Had a very good experience at Tint and Max. I brought a groupon voucher, called to confirm for appointment. Max the owner is very professional. He showed the available options & you are free to choose any of the options. It will take approx. 2 hours or even longer depending on the car. But the time taken is completely worth it when you see the finish product. Overall it was a very smooth process from buying the voucher to getting the tint fixed. Make sure you read the fine prints on groupon for details like appointments, hours taken for the service, charges if you have existing tint etc. Thank you Max for the great service. Will surely recommend to my friends too.

Max is tinting my cars since 2019, over 5 cars, and lately he did a very good job in my new daily, Tesla M3. Max is a professional in what he does, and I recommend his services and his new business.

Had to visit again coz some bubbles came up and had to struggle to get an appointment for that as well.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND THEY DAMAGED MY PORSCHE, PROMISED TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK MONTHS AGO BUT STILL HAVE NOT RETURNED A DOLLAR!

Max showed me a catalogue and I agreed to have them wrap my Porsche in a blue European brand wrap. He said it would take 5 days. On day 5 he was nowhere to be found. I finally tracked my car down at another garage and it was dismantled and wrapped in a cheap black wrap and I was told by the people at the other garage that they were going to paint my car which was never agreed. They were also supposed to wrap the side mirrors and front and rear sections in a black gloss but found out they painted the car and didn’t wrap it. On top of this they broke my door handle (I paid 3500 at Porsche to repair it), my headlight washers were broken and glued back in place, my front headlight and a number of pieces on my Porsche were also broken and they scratched my interior leather - Max then tried to say he found the car that way - I bought it used in mint condition from GTA cars less than a month before bringing it to his shop (3 weeks later I got my car back from Max!) Max promised to refund my money and repair the damages but to this day he’s not returned a dime.

Also on a separate tinting job he scrapped off my rear defrost and said he found it like that.

Save yourself the hassle and stay as far away from this business as possible. Use Tint & Sun (the place which fired Max) for your tint jobs and get a shop that actually knows how to wrap and will do an honest job.

UPDATED FOLLOWING OWNER’s RESPONSE:

Max is dishonest and not to be trusted, hence I won’t lower myself by trying to respond to his fictions statements. One thing I will respond to is this - If I didn’t clear payment, why did you write on my bill (attached to the review) that you would return my money due to the issues and damages faced? Doesn’t add up does it! I hope others stay as far away from you and your company as possible to avoid future headaches of their own. You talk about partnerships with other businesses which is surprising - even your “partner” at Joker automotive explained how you owe him thousands of Durham and haven’t paid a dime. Also your previous employer at Tint and Sun explained the laundry list of issues and damages you created to customer vehicles ultimately resulting in your dismissal. If anyone wants to know the truth about your fraudulent and dishonest ways, they need only call either of these companies and get a reference!

They should mention all their terms on paper before surprising customers so that was a slight issue I saw, otherwise recommended

I have used different tinting services in the past in Dubai and have been disappointed. I was recommended to Tint and Max and am very glad I used them, their product and service is far superior to the previous companies I have used.

They had multiple options for me to choose from, all came with a warranty (the one I chose has 5 years!), and the do a collection / drop-off service for no extra charge.

Highly recommended.

When you use a Groupon you're always a bit dubious about what you're going to get but I must say I was pleasantly surprised.

I took my wife's car in to get the windows tinted. We needed something quite dark as we have little ones in the car and we wanted to protect them from the blaring sun.

When I went to pick it up I thought it didn't look very dark at all even though it was 50%.

I called back and said that I wasn't really happy with the level of darkness to which he replied, no problem, come back in and I'll take a look.

Sure enough he replaced the blue tint with a black and it was much darker but still within legal limits (he did advise that going over could incur a fine when the car went in for registration which was good advice)

No questions, no charge just great customer service and the work is great too. Very professionally done. Couldn't ask for more so thank you!

Overall good experience, they even accepted to upgrade the shade for free 3 days after they completed the job, very responsive on WhatsApp.
Service time should be improved, 3 hrs initial service to remove old and put new is quite long given the fact it’s appointment based, and no waiting area or coffee shop nearby.

I am usually a very supportive and an appreciative customer. I got a voucher for tinting through GroupOn for 249dhs on Nov. 07,2021.1. Appointment is needed.
2. Took 3 hours to finish the service. Other company can finish the service within an hour especially if its on an appointment basis.
3. He CHARGED me 150dhs for old tint removal. Other company would usually charge 50dhs only.
4. NO waiting area.
5. He WON'T offer to get a taxi. Other company would book a taxi for you.
6. Cash basis only. I even had to wait more than hour to take my change.
7. I got the car VERY dusty given that i left and picked it up INSIDE the warehouse.

Honestly, I was not happy about the way I was treated in this auto shop. I made phone calls to him because i kept on waiting for him to arrive to take my change. I got upset because my time being wasted really annoyed me. He literally hung up on my face. I am a customer. I made the appointment and came on time, so you should respect my time as well. I'd rather bring my cars and money somewhere else. I was wondering, if I brought in a porsche or audi or benz, will i be treated differently? I believe that regardless of how much or little we pay, we as customers deserve to be provided the best service. Lesson learned.

Tried calling the shop. I asked him about the brands available and the heat reduction percentage. They have groupon discount. Maybe they don't want to customers to use it He was arrogant and impatient to explain. He disconnected the call. I tried calling back but again disconnected my call. Wonder how they got good reviews. Can't believe how a business can stay with such such arrogance.

It’s always great to hand your car for a professional to take care of it. Max was very knowledgeable and helpful about the tinting options and process.
They give lifetime warranty on their best tint line (s). Make sure you take an appointment before you head there as they are busy with customers (they have car collection and drop off option)

Don't bother using the shop for getting tinted windows as they love to rip people off and add additional charges upon payment. E.g. Paying for the window tinting but not including the front visor until you pay an extra 100aed

I suggested 2 friends to visit this place and both turned to have same issues of having bubbles in their tint. Second and most important the brands mentioned to be used like 3m or other brands have a doubt on their genuineness. If they cannot proof the quality used then its a shame. Beware and take necessary steps to inquire on genuine products.

Great job done by Max which was very flexible in his availability and attentive to my requests. This is not the first time I’m doing business with him, and will come back for more! Highly recommended!

Amazing work and best customer service. I have done my car tinting from Max. Max is excellent in his business and he really cares about his work and his clients. For sure I will recommenced this service.

This is the second time I have used them in 3 years. Prices are great and their customer service is fantastic. I had my brand new Prado tinted. Took them 45 mins and I was offered a ride and collection to the shopping centre near by. However I remained in the shop and was well accommodated.
Definitely would recommend them for window tinting!

Made a big mistake by giving this guy my brand new GMC 2 days after purchase with only 60KM on it! When i collected the car i found that there is a deep cut on the front passenger side window caused by sharp object and another scratch on the outside of the rear left window all the way down to the plastic frame purely and clearly caused by a razor while trimming the excess of the film! They insisted that they use stainless steel blades that does not cut the glass and they insisted that the car was received in this condition! OHHHH YES it was manufactured with a deep razor cut and scratches on the plastic panel! On top of that the tinting was full of dust bubbles.

Tint and Max Auto Accessories Fitting LLC provide four stage ceramic coating and Jonson Insulatir ceramic tinting for my Tesla Model 3. The workmanship and prep work was exceptional. Properly taped chrome parts, no swirl marks, one piece back windshield. Definitely recommended

Great job Done to my brand new car. Using their services for the past 2 years. Got not only my car tinted but also the windows at my apartment since my apartment is at the sunrise side and had always to keep the curtains at home closed and the AC working all and consuming lot of energy. Now feeling comfortable both in the car and at home. Didn't came to me the idea that i could also tint my apartment windows.
