Visited Titan for a few simple things like installation of air compressor, flag pole mount and rear recovery hitch.
They have a very professional team who delivered every requirement as promised. I’m particularly impressed by the knowledge of all the team members who not only guided me but were also keen not to oversell any equipment that was not required. This definitely gives you a confidence that you are not taken for a ride.

Special shout out to Amit, Tahir and Shibu who ensured my car was given utmost care and priority.

I have purchased multiple services and products from titan thru amit and sajin and the vishnu and the rest of the crew, they have been helpful, smiling and caring at every step. Shibu the owner also changed my impression about most garages and showed me that some garages actuallycare about their work

My last purchase was suspension, a bumper, and some small piece to complete the build, and thankfully every single thing they installed has been perfect, and whenever issues would come up they would fix them and take care of them the right way and at no extra charge, you pay for a complete job not just a product with titan. The prices have been pretty understandable given the treatment and after-purchase support

Professional work, no complaints about the results. A bit on the pricey side. Also takes a bit of time depending on amount of bookings. Took 3 days to black out the exterior of my FJ. Not much of customer service per say but they're friendly once you meet face-to-face. Quite satisfied and recommended for car mods.

I recently had the opportunity to upgrade my vehicle with Titan Performance Dubai, a motor mechanic workshop that specializes in upgrading vehicles with modified suspension, superchargers, wide body kits, and rust proofing. I had my Toyota Tundra 2018 upgraded with these modifications, and while the quality of the work was excellent, there were some issues with teamwork, timelines, and communication that left me frustrated.

First, let me start with the positives. The quality of the work done by Titan Performance Dubai was top-notch. The modified suspension and supercharger installation were expertly done, and the wide body kit and rust proofing were flawless. The attention to detail was impressive, and the final result was exactly what I had envisioned. Quality has its price, attimes it can be overpriced, but those who want quality with flexible timelines, regardless of price, are in the right place.

However, the experience was marred by some issues with teamwork and communication. There seemed to be a lack of coordination between different departments, which resulted in unwanted delays and overlay of additional business. This led to repeated failure of timelines and created a lot of frustration. The excuses after excuses demoralised the enthusiasm of the customer to see the journey of the project.

The delays in the delivery of the vehicle were particularly frustrating. As a customer, I expected the workshop to be able to deliver the vehicle on time, or at least communicate with me about any delays. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and the repeated failure to meet timelines created a lot of frustration among me as a customer. The lack of communication and coordination was particularly frustrating, as there were times when I would receive conflicting information from different members of the team.

Overall, while the quality of the work done by Titan Performance Dubai was excellent, the experience was marred by issues with teamwork, timelines, and communication. If these issues can be addressed, I would have no hesitation in recommending Titan Performance Dubai to others looking to upgrade their vehicles.

Liked the way they explained the whole modification which I was looking for but was not too clear on. Went with their suggestions and got the Radflo coilovers, new rims and larger tires. Very professional work done and my F150 rides like a dream. Will be back at Titan Performance for some more mods soon.

I have bad experience with them and am requesting to all dont take your cars there due to they don’t have any knowledge about the Maintanance.

Hello, I do not advise dealing with them because they are not serious about the appointments. They told me that my order was ready after waiting for two weeks. I went to them from Al Ain to Dubai and upon arrival they told me to wait for two hours and after two hours they told me the order was not ready

This is literally one of the best garages I've been to, the best people I have dealt with and they are super nice when it comes to dealing with cars. They literally built my bumper In 17 hours I plan on doing a lot with them in the future. And best off-roading group as wel!

The best part about this place is their on ground team.

Over All Rating - 4 Star (i am only knocking off one star due to the lack of product knowledge and support once the car is there at customer service level - the desk team. If you really know what you want and want a bit of help from the designing team then this place is the best. Their execution is too good.)

Called before an hour to reaching there and after reaching they just said do you mind dropping the car and i said no so they said you may wait a little, a little waiting turned to a full hour without anyone saying anything to me they were just pretending i am a ghost or whatever and serving other cars and customers, I believe that if you told me to come and we will have a look i shall receive a priority otherwise just tell me over the phone that we are full and you have to keep the car with us, not everyones home is 5 minutes from your shop guys please consider that. I guess this shop customer priority is like pay more get more attention otherwise you will be ignored, not like I’ve spent there earlier nearly 13k in repairs and replacing parts and afterall the shocks repair they’ve done started to leak in less than a month.

These guys are professionals and has a good eye for the cars and its problems. They will provide precise solution and fix it. I recently had a roof adjustment work done and i am delighted with their work.

I will recommend them to everyone to take their offroaders to Titan and get fixed, if there are any concerns.

I drove my FJ cruiser from Muscat, Oman to Dubai just to have my car tuned by Titan Performance. I was looking to fit my car with Radflo suspension and the guys at Radflo highly recommended Titan Performance. I contacted titan performance and they came back to me the same day giving me an appointment as well as recommendations for what should fit my car best. Anil and all the guys form the shop are very professional and take care of you and your car, to be honest this is the best service I have had in all my time here in the GCC. Another nice thing is that they followed up on me and how the car was doing and performing. Also They made sure I contact them with any concerns or questions regarding the job done on my car. This is the best place to upgrade your car in the GCC hands down.

As a professional offroader, this is the go-to place for tuning or upgrading my suv. The work is excellent, but make sure you have a booking before visiting. All accessories are available, including suspensions, lights, exhaust, air filter, and many other accessories.

Had my car repaired 2 month ago.good: fast. AC repaired with only gas cost instead of compressor and condensor change.doubt: they listed many many parts to change and told me nessesary.they told me i HAVE TO change my brake pad and disc however i can see from my eyes it is good.now 2 months past still the brake is good.so i doubt his suggestions like all 8 Spark plug they changed i dont know nessesary or not.bad: after work, the steering is not in right position.when they handover the car, the engine weried soud was gone, but after 1 week again the sound came back.overall: they can do much better i think.

When the owner himself, a man I have known for a very long time, pays so much attention to detail & is always on the floor inspecting, checking & observing all the work done to ensure the customer gets what he paid for. The inside was not clipped in, and its probably broken as I cant clip it in either, pricing is great 1575 for 12-13 parts ranging in size, very late delivery as I was promised 1 day delivery but the. Received the car 4 days later in a very dirty state

EDIT: I visited the store again, to do some other work, the price changed when I came to take my car, the phone was hung up to my face when I called to ask about my car, this time the car was EXTREMELY dirty when I came to pick it up, I couldn’t put my elbow out of my fjs window because of how dirty the top of the door (bottom of the window) was, I got over charged and was not listened to

No need to post photos as since their work testifies the desired quality and proves their honest commitment to deliver the results as expected from a demanding an on & off road customer.

My specific experience was with fixing number of issues in my Nissan VTC, which many known workshops have collectively failed to diagnose.

Luckily I was referred to Titan by one of their usual customers, suggesting more than one. However I picked this one for the commanding feedback.

My special thanks to Mr. Shaibo for his Management-support and to Mr. Prasad for his persistent fight against giving up, as he methodologically followed the issues (complaint) until successfully resolving them all and in a phased-manner.

The end results is a Nissan that performs as good as a NEW one, rides solidly and runs free of the reported issues for hundreds of kilometers after the works completion; with no recurring issue or other observation.

In summary, TITAN is my only and the next “stop-shop” for all, factory maintenance or upgrades.

My thanks to the working-teams, mechanics, electricians and technicians and other experts.

In this connection I like go share a general note, which applies to the Dealers and some reputable big car service centers. You may face certain cases in which you will need to chase the issue and follow it up, given the number of concurrent matters happening on the workshop. Though no excuse is encouraged, a systematic-process to log and chase customers queries would be a nice thing to have in any service-center, whatever they do in any industry. Personally, I’d love to be approached for follow up, but don’t mind if chase the workshop daily, if the need arises.

Just got a Dobinsons MRA suspension with upper control arms installed at Titan. Very happy to report Mr. Vishnu at Titan helped answers all my questions which led up to the installation and was very communicative before and after the installation. COMMUNICATION IS KEY and Mr. Vishnu made sure to keep in touch with me the whole way through.

Their new locations is massive with about a dozen FJ's around (amongst other cars). This gave me confidence that they know their way around Toyotas.

I haven't had a chance to drive my FJ much after the install but so far so good. Vishu has given me the confidence that if I do face any challenges after the install, their team would be there to assist.

Great professional and friendly shop. Very passionate about supreme customer service/satisfaction. If you need automotive care, please consider “Titan Performance” as your go to shop. There to serve your every auto need. Made a call to them Wednesday for assistance with suspension issues, was told to come right in. Their experienced staff diagnosed my issue and was corrected in a very timely manner. Thanks for the superb service. If you have never stopped in, please consider giving them a try and see for yourself the quality of service offered.

They pretend to be professionals but they are not.please dont fall for their traps.they always ask you to keep the car for many days to fix somthing that requires only 2 hours so they can show customers that their shop is full with cars and they have many customer but they are actully not.they never deliver the car in the deadline and they always promise you alot but they never deliver half of their promises. I advice that you watch your car when they are working with it as they break things inorder to do their tasks

Lack professionalism, it took the salesperson more than 3 hours after I kept chasing him with calls to quote a battery price. The salesperson was rude saying to me his time is precious and he has other customers to attend! At end of all this, he quoted a much higher price than other outlets. Wasted half day for me.

I have given my car to the titan garage after someone recommended to me and I was really expecting a great service from their side.
But First of all, I confirmed with the staff about all the work which should be done as well as the parts which should be installed on my car. However two days before the dilevery of the car they told me that some items are not available and the prices get hire than the quotation which was given to me.
Another visit Then, I was change the shocks and I have been waited almost one day inside the garage even though I took appointment for a job which suppose to take only 3 hours maximum. And I have been asked to take the car to the alignment shop by myself otherwise it will be delayed for one more day. Anyways once I reached to the alignment shop they found out that they forget to change the rear coil spring in Titan Performance Garage.

I would like to recommend that the management have to improve their customer care so that they don't loss their loyal customers.

I would like to share my experience with Titan Performance Garage.

I have faced so many issues there starting with the time management, miss communication and lack of transparency, low quality of work but with high prices.
The team also lost my old shocks and are not taking any accountability.

I have highlighted the issues that I personally faces with Titan Performance Garage, but to my disappointment nothing has changed.

The below are examples of my experience.

1. They forget to install my rear coil springs after installing new shocks and lift kit leading to additional waiting time for the car as well as another visit.

2. Lack of focus on task on hand and respect for appointments. The team will stop working on my car once a new client comes in. The excuse was that the new client "was in a hurry", which comes under the expense of exisiting clients. My car was with them for more than a day already.

3. Lose of parts.

4. Car never ready by deadline.

I wish that they can improve from themselves so we can support again as we were the loyal customers for this place.

Good customer care and mechanics with great technically abilities. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Especially for off- roading customization.
