Totally useless Company. Failed to deliver and only provide automated customer service contact routes which are pure garbage as far as specific and helpful information.
Most incompetent business in the industry.

I had a fantastic experience with my delivery. I used ShipMyBag to courier some suitcases to Dubai from the UK. They used FedEx as their courier, and I had a fantastic experience at both sides.

I would like to say a special thank you to Abdul Manaf. After I put the wrong building in the address line, he was kind enough to move everything to the correct location and let me know my packages were safe and sound where they should have been. I made a mistake and cost him time from his day, but he was courteous and easy to deal with, and made sure everything was delivered as it should be.

Worse kind of delivery they took my extra money for fast delivery and then the Rider will not even pick up my calls and later tells me that he can't come to my location since he has 40 deliveries

It is just a matter of time until FedEx goes out of business with this customer service and tactics to get rid of customers with their answering robot voice.
Once you finally get someone on the phone by repeating # they don’t care and not even an apology or compensation.

RIDICULOUS!

Horrible services and Rude Delivery people. They always delay the packages and funny thing is they don't have card machine and expects people to pay by cash! Ridiculous.

To start with it, they even dont deserve one star. They made a mistake with custom fees form which led to a big increase in charges I have pay. They tried to blame me for it and they contacted the seller that I dont want to pay. They don't answer your calls and emails and they are not cooperative. By the way my order is pending since March. Good job TNT

Worst courier ever, delivered my very expensive art piece to another courier/ by mistake. Today is the 7th day since they received my shipment and hasn’t been delivered yet. Over 22 emails so far with them and no progress at all. Last email from them saying it will be delivered 12th March, today is 14th and not yet delivered, I called they said you should come and pick it up from our warehouse, so the 22 emails was for nothing. Already informed the shipper about this issue and he won’t be dealing with this company again.

I just checked their website to send one document it shows a 250 Aed. When I call them the agent says 350 Aed when I qsk why there is price difference he speak very rude to me and hqng up. This one of my worst experiences I had with call center ever.

Please educate your collection guys to be polite, there is a guy name DEEPAK SINGH, he is very arrogant and impolite. We are your customer and we need to be treated in a good way. Very embrassing kind of attitude

My shipment arrived to Dubai in 3 days but! From Dubai to my Sharjah al khan it take 15 days! I call many times end up with huge disappointments, finally l reach to manager nowal and she said you have to call costumer care! Really? Costumer care manager says call costumer care service! Horrible service and behavior from a-z from manager to staff!
