Very bad …. I had lunch fish Biryani which is worst not cooked properly and moreover fish seems old one.

Really Bad experience with the food, I ordered a beef Biriyani and the meat was so smelly, I notified this to their staff and they didn't even bother to say an apology, I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone as you can get food poisoning easily if you have food like this.

Pathetic service, horrible staff and dreadful management.
The quality of service provided is zero, and the staff’s attitude is like we guest are eating there for free and the restaurant is paying for everything!
Horrible experience. Will be never coming back.
Better to close down and go for some other business!

Average food. Staffs are very user friendly and good pricing. The taste of food not that much lip licking. But manageable.

I order one chicken biriyani and meals
But it was horrible. The chicken was not fresh and taste like dried meat. Meals also the same.mot woth the money strongly disappointed

It was really disappointing and annoying experience from today’s restaurant cashier.
As I went today to buy evening snack from Today restaurant and waited almost 20 minutes after ordering 6 snacks. And cashier is unnecessary arguing that for packing it will taking time and he was arguing as if we are begging food from him without paying.

This restaurant not professional I call to order 11: 24 and he answered me Rude attitude he not no to talk to the customer I give you problems in all your face book page

We frequently order from here, never disappointed and the pepper charcoal chicken we ordered today was one of the best so far, I hope the taste remains constant, also their delivery is well packaged.keep up the good service.

Very bad. I request delivery for mutton poti biryani. What i got is mutton BONE poti biryani. Other portions taste coming from other mutton left over from other day recipe. I feed back. And they just ignoring. So badddddddd!
There is a chance you will order a left over food.

Ordered Fish mango curry, priced as per the menu rate. But received fish masala with some mango pieces in it.

To be honest, the restaurant deserves a much better rating. But recently had a pathetic experience with them. I ordered sadhya from them. They promised (the previous day) to deliver at 12.30pm. We waited till 1pm for the food but it didn't arrive. At 1.30 we called the restaurant and asked about our order. They told it will take only 15mins. Then also we waited and at 2.30 we called again. Then the guy who took the phone again told the same thing. We asked him to tell the truth. Then he told our food is still in waiting list and was not scheduled yet. And then we went there and collected it and had lunch at 3.30pm.
I do understand that there will be huge orders on onam day and I do respect the people delivering also. They are doing a great job by delivering on time that too in this hot climate.
We were annoyed for few reasons-
1. The restaurant people knew very well how many orders are there. So they should have arranged everything in a systematic manner. A little delay is managable but 3 hrs delay.no one can digest that.
2. When we call and enquire they shouldn't give false promise. If he had told that they were busy, we could have collected the lunch long back itself.
3. If you do not have a proper source for delivery then never fake any delivery time. Just tell it is take away only.
4. And the main thing.teach some manners to the people sitting at the counter. Atleast be friendly with customer. He was not at all bothered for the late delivery. We are not expecting them to say sorry or fall at our feet.but atleast don't show any attitude.
He made us feel as if we have done mistake by giving order to them.n not at all their mistake. Come on man.you are working for a firm. Atleast show the sense to show some empathy towards customer.
NO MATTER HOW THE FOOD IS. IF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD THEN ANYONE WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING (By a loyal regular customer).

By the way.will give 4.5 rating for that day's sadhya.everything was extremely good.

It is the worst Restaurant I have ever been.
On 6/09/2020 we went for dinner and had a terrible experience. We were three people we ordered paneer chilly, chicken butter mashala, paneer kadai and paratha. We were having our food and almost we about to finish we found a slice of half eaten cucumber so we informed waiter he was pretending that he didn’t understand what we were talking, so we call a guy luck lake manager of the restaurant to inform the same but he was trying to convince us that’s a broken pice as we ware informing him that’s an eaten peace as we work in a 5* Hotel and one of us is a chef in salad and cold section ‍ instead of arguing we took pictures of the food and paid for what we had eaten food specially on this pandemic time
I highly suggest everyone not to go to this restaurant if you care of yourself.

Well they accept cards now. Best for breakfast. And special lunch. Its great to have snacks also. They have variety of sandwich and rolls

Good food, prices are high compared with the quality.

There are 2 wash basins over there are one water tap is faulty for more than 6 months.

Even myself asked them to replace twice and never done that so far. Dont expect such maintenance from today's group.

In the current scenario, loyalty is the key to sustain. Seems they lack a bit in that aspect. Declined to arrange delivery, stating worthiness, though we place few orders every month for the last 5 years. Lots of restaurants are getting closed down, competition is getting high, they should think of maintaining their client base. To be honest, most of their cuisines takes good.

I visited two or three times here. The dish named 'pothibiriyani' is okay. A bit more expensive than the similar restaurants.
