The worst service ever seen, they don't know how to deal, how to speak and how to manage anything. No sens of communication

Definitely a come back place. Delicious calzone, balanced soup, great service team. Could be a bit cheaper. Does not have ambience for those prices- old furniture, dust, some music from youtube. But we came to eat and food and service were great.

The pizza of all 4 of us was very good. They even brought something special for the child of 3 to eat.

The staff is friendly and the service is quick. They have a wide variety of options on the menu, and the mushroom risotto I took was very tasty in a generous portion.

Very good pizza (especially pizza Napoli), but lasagna on this particular occasion was very bad - frozen in the middle. When it was returned to the kitchen it was microwaved and included in the bill.
Pasta is ok.

Okay is the only word that comes to mind. The arancini was tasteless. The calamari appetizer was just fine. The place was empty on a Thursday night, but we thought, what the hey, we’re new in this neighborhood, let’s check it out.

I’ll say now: the staff was pleasant, but it’s not like they had much other choice. The food was again, just okay. They have this big, beautiful kitchen, walls covered with photos of the Colosseum and olives and other vaguely Italian paraphernalia. But one little Italian granny in a kitchen a quarter of the size could make food ten times better.

There are a lot of five star reviews here that are not deserved. If anyone is seriously suggesting this is passable as decent Italian food, they’ve never had Italian food. Go to Carluccio’s. You’ll spend more, but also enjoy it more. Instead, this is fake Italian, and for over 200 dirhams, I expected better.

I will add, as a disqualifier, that we didn’t order the pizza. Maybe that would have been okay, but if it was like anything else on the menu, it would have only been just that.

This place is a gem in Motor City. A family run Italian restaurent by brothers Alex and Francisco. Always good home style, probably the best Italian restaurent in Dubai for family style food. The ingredients are good and the prices correct. Great authentic Italian pizzas, fresh pastas, and deliciously prepared meat and seafood dishes. And chef Gianni innovates the menu periodically. We never get bored of this place.

Very pleased with this restaurant. We knew things were going to be good when a happy Italian family was seated next to us enjoying their meal. The food was delicious and the service was consistent, friendly and helpful. Our server was fantastic. Not something we find often here. Every dish was from very good to excellent. I particularly liked the gnocchi with Gorgonzola. Oh, and fair prices for pricey Dubai. Will be back.

We forgot to take photos but we got tomato soup and onion potato soup and for main course a salmon dish (with vegetables) and sea bass (comes with roasted potatoes), service is excellent, fast and always attentive to any request before you even ask them, manger was very friendly and attentive. The dish for me the best was onion potato soup (although some people may not like onion taste but I love taste of fried onion) and the sea bass freshly cooked and yummmm

We moved recently near by and we tried the restaurant for the first time. We had 2 pizzas and both of them were good in size, taste and cooking. Friendly staff and nice outside tables. On top of that very good value for money. We will sure be back to try the other items in the menu!

Nice clean Italian family restaurant. Good size portions that is not breaking the bank. Good selection of pizzas, pasta and other Italian cuisine.

Tasty pizza but grilled prawns in garlic prawns somewhat bland. I’d go back for an occasional after school meal but stick to pizzas & pastas. Casual with good potential but staff needs to be a bit more attentive and serve main courses all at the same time and not with quite long intervals making some people at the table wait while others have their food in front of them getting cold.

I just loved it. The Italian cuisine in very original taste.
For Italian food in Dubai. It is one of the best.
In this restaurant I advise to try the home made pasta. Specially "Cannelloni di Funghi Radicchio e Ricotta in Salsa Rosa" it is my best choice.

One of my favourite Italian restaurants that seems to have lost its edge during its expansion drive. I miss the passion in their cooking, the pasta sauces Just don't taste the same, the portion sizes have become slightly smaller. Each time i visit i keep asking why i keep coming back and then get reminded of its early days, the great days. Hopefully they will get the mojo back.
