Tool Time has been our property maintenance team for over five years. The team is very professional and always ready to solve even the most complex issues. We recently had a massive problem with two toilets previously managed by an agent and Tool Time was the only company that was able to help and fix them. A big thank you goes to the back office team, especially Anne, Marco, G. Nicola, Elena and everyone else that work hard behind the scenes. Thank you for being there when is most needed.

The most hilarious and unreliable company. Every time you will call for booking they never show up on time. Very poor customer service. To mention the staff Name Rohit, impolite and and no manners in customer service.

Water heater leaking! Called and asked for help! They denied as per ongoing workload and wasn‘t even willing to give an estimate waiting time for future appointment!
Very disappointed! If you face an Emergency this is not the Company I would recommend to call!

Great service from all point of view! Strongly suggested! Very precise, sharp on time and effective. They also have special care for your home being careful while working to not spoil your household. Good communication (both call center and on field). Attention to details. We have called them many times and with no doubt we would call them again if needed.

A very unprofessional company! You people have no right to play with people's lives specially with employment, I have been honest from the start after you just canceled your offer without a solid reason, I even offered to resolve this myself still you declined, I have rejected other offers to join your company now I am left without anything.

Hope Elena the HR Manager who clearly know nothing about labour law and employment in the UAE dont do this to other people who have family like me and knowing the current situation you still play witg people's future.

Having the worst service from Tool Time. My kitchen has had issues for more than three weeks. Part of my kitchen was removed and walls removed to fix the mold & leak problem. Since then I am having issues trying to get the team back to fix my kitchen. Always making excuses or delaying their call outs, leaving us stuck without a kitchen. Would not recommend them at all.

By far my worst experience with AMC. Never respond to their phone calls, their 800 88 number supposedly 24/7 emergency line is not even active or they never answer it!

It is worst ever to do contract dealing with them.

In my Villa there is leaking water from ceiling since yesterday 3PM and I called them to come because there is emergency service but still waiting for them no any maintenance guy comes yet

There is terrible name *Patrick* operation guy is the one who spoke by phone rudely with me
Please teach him how to communicate people specifically customers.

Great service. Management is extremely friendly and willing to accommodate any demand. Staff is polite and competent. Packages are competitive.
