I have only cons to highlight for this company. I had moved my items from Dubai to Kerala (India).

* You should not believe anything they promise. It will change in course of time.
* Final invoice amount after packing was almost double than estimate provided them at survey stage. Due to last minute hassle, I couldn't go back to other cheaper options.
* They promised 30 days delivery. But they took 46 days.
* Almost all packing were damaged and liquid bottles inside we're leaked which had damaged many clothes.

Shipment takes very long time to reach, they give false promises on the delivery date and always saying will update you within 2 to 3 days but no response. I am very disappointed. I will never use your services again.

Worst cargo service, they cheated us, they asked my complete amount in Dubai to door delivery in India but when my cargo rechead in India, they asked some extra amount Rs 15000.and not ensure the delivery. I suggested my all friend please don't use this service.if you wanna use please take all document in writing.

Very bad experience with top global movers 3 years ago. Most of items got damaged condition after delivery at India. They asked more money for customs clearance which is addition to agreed amount since beginning.

I moved my 3 bedroom villa through top global movers to Canada. I was doubtful they will finish the packing in a single day. They were about 7 to 8 people. Packing was care full and speed. Delivery was excellent.

I moved my 3 bedroom apartment to Saudi Arabia. Their rate was cheapest I received. They did my packing and paperwork. I felt secure and smooth. They were responded to my question through what's app always. Even if I call late night they answered my phone. 5 to 7 working days they promised. They delivered with in that period by Gods grace.

I was overwhelmed with every aspect of the service surrounding our move. From follow-up on our quote to services day of, everything was super. Crew were quick, polite, and careful, and had us in our new home as quickly as possible. I highly recommend r their service and professionalism

Best rate and good service from start to finish. Professional attitude at all points of service. Timing was critical and they appeared on time. We used them twice in a month to move both our flats. Perfect service both times. Highly recommended, good rates, cheerful crew.

We had an import shipment from Belgium. My agent forward the shipment to me in Dubai. I choose TGM for customs clearance and delivery. Price was reasonable. They clear my goods with no duty. They delivered in good shape on the same day

I used their service to bring my personal boxes from Spain to Dubai. They delivered with in 5 to 7 working days as promised. Rate was best in town. Service was excellent. Documentation as are clear and easy to understand.

Worst Cargo service i have ever seen in UAE. I had processed my cargo from Dubai to India which had taken around 3 months to reach at India and also once Cargo arrives at india, they will ask more money to make the clearance.

I am not sure it’s the same cargo I have used which is located in international city? If yes then I am not suggesting anyone to use this cargo.very bad service and my goods reached to my destination after 132 days.the person who woks there the name called moidheen he doesn’t know how to talk to the costumers and he gives all the excuses regarding covid 19. However i will suggesting not use this cargo anymore

Worst service! They damaged 100% of my stuff, Lot of stuff from my baggage is missing. They steal branded items, and even my kid's toys from the cargo. When i checked with them they told its not their responsibility They make holes in cardboard boxes and all the materials were damaged due to this. Please dont use their service. They have been charging extra money for packing and they don't have any professionalism to deal with the customer. Unprofessional cargo team. They dont have any ethics. They dont have any coordination between their staff hence we were not able to send complete items as they promised

I was happy with their prices. Got 4 others quotes. They came on time & did a good job for packing an art work and send it to USA. All went smooth and client got the painting. I can only praise them. Well done. Will use their services again anc recommend them.

I have sent a cargo to India on the 30th oct, and still have not received it. Its 6th January Today. They just say it's pending for clearance in customs and now they have stopped answering my calls. I really doubt if they are genuine.

This company is the worst thing that can happen to you when moving your things.
Payed 12.500aed.initial deal price was 9.000 of course they were asking for more later on.
I received my staff after 4 months when I was supposed to receive it 45 days later.spoke with consumers affairs.police and a lawyer I ve done pretty much everything and then I received my staff broken and damaged.when I spoke to them they said those are minor damages so you have no insurance so they just keep ignoring me.dont ever use this company if you want you things to arrive safe.

They know their job well. They helped during my cargo process. They took longer time for fragile stuff to pack. They were fast & careful as well.

So unprofessional staff and do not trust this. They don't deliver on time and staff doest know how to speak to customers while asking about the delay in delivery. Also No tracking number or website details were provided. I haven't received my things yet which was picked up 10 days ago.

Someone named Moideen working in Dubai was giving excuses like website is down, not in the office now etc. He is so unprofessional and told me he don't have to answer me everytime I inquire ans even dropped the call while I was talking to him.

I hope none of you would like to go through such a disaster.

Pathetic experience.

I coordinated with the main office and spoke to Mr. Fazzi, after which they sent a person named Moudin to survey the goods that needed to be shipped to India via door to door service. Mr. Fazzi offered one rate and after the goods were weighted by Moudin he applied a totally different rate and on questioning him and confirm that his office has confirmed a lower rate Moudin did not bother and kept arguing, calling me a liar and just left the site confirming he cannot ship the goods to india and when I call the office back and talk to Mr. Fazzi he has no clue on what was happening.

These guys are only sweet talkers, u cannot trust their services and expect your goods to reach safely.

It was a pathetic experience that I do not want to remember any more.

I got a small problem of change of delivery address & contact number. They were very cooperative and helpful.

Awful. I was told 30-45 for dubai to india move. After 60 nobody contacted. It was really difficult to get to them and all they had was useless information. DO NOT GO FOR THIS COMPANY

We used them to move goods to Australia when we migrated. They did not do a good job. Basic things such as spelling mistakes were plenty which lead to multiple documents required to verify identity and also change those details. Airway bill was not provided to us. We had to call the shipping company multiple times. They marked our items as commercial even though they were personal effects this led to a lot of issues with security clearance and customs. I do not recommend this company.

I called them on short notice to move my cargo. They appeared with in 2 hours. Thank you. Their rate is reasonable. Definitely will use your service next time

The worst cargo company I have ever seen.
I gave the shipment from Dubai to bangalore. It took 4 months because they cheated the agreement of amount of money I have to pay for customs.
Their packaging and moving are very worst. My electric oven, photo frames, cooking utensils everything broken very pathetically.so much losses.
Please don't depend on this company.if u will depend, u will not get any of your things properly. This is my personal experience.

Fraud company, will lure you with cheap prices to trap you. Be prepared to cry once you book them.

Update 17/06/2019: Got the shipment after long wait of 80 days, but with lots of damage due to poor packaging plus one full box missing. The missing box had crucial items which were expensive as well. Please don't go by positive reviews. Three of the 5 star reviews are by employees of the company. As of today, the company is refusing to pay for damaged furniture. When they came for inspection, they quoted 3800 AED and delivery time of 30 days. When they came for packing, they increased the quote to 4465 AED citing excuses. I had no option but to pay at the last moment as we had to vacate the house. And did I pay extra to get the items damaged, crucial items missing, that too after a long wait and chase of 80 days?

All my friends who sent through other providers have received their stuff in exactly a month without significant damage. For me, I was just unlucky to have selected TGM. I will follow up with Department of consumer affairs with a complaint for sure.
