TMF was a life saver here! After my shipping firm cancelled on me 12 hours prior to leaving the country. I managed to get hold of TMF as 11am at night. Their country manager Alan stayed on the phone with me, he was able to get me a quote at 1am and they received the shipment at 7am. Allowing me to finally travel in peace! They handled everything perfectly, their execution was flawless, true door to door experience from Dubai to Egypt without any hassle.

This company repatriated all my personal belongings from Dubai to UK during Covid outbreak. I was overseas at the time, and unable to be present for the packing, but they couldn't have been more helpful. Everything was arranged by email and Whatsapp. They even collected an item I had left for repair at a store in MoE. They helped resolve some problems with Customs in UK, and stayed with me until after the final safe delivery. Without them, this could easily have turned into a nightmare! Excellent service.

Really disappointed that I had to find out that my car was driven for a 1000 klm and a fine was issued.promises to rectify never happened and I got blamed. I didn't take the lowest quote but opted for service which was none and doesn't seems to care.my recommendation fine someone else.

An awesome experience with the quality staffs who taught very nicely during my internship program. This company mouldedme like anything and it is a platform to learn and achieve.
