Horrible service. We waited for the second truck for over 3 hours leaving only 2 men to pack a 4 bedroom villa. Additionally 1 of the men sent was incredibly inappropriate. The move took 14 hours, over 25 boxes left unpacked and they did not clean up after themselves either. To add, they charged me double initially and I was only able to negotiate given someone I know moved using their services with half the price (same villa with much more furniture). Unprofessional, unethical and would not recommend.

TMS was highly recommended to me by a friend. The customer service representative, Mr Sanal was extremely professional and able to accommodate to my needs. TMS were able to provide their services (moving from one place to another without packing) under short notice as well. A 4 star rating was given as I had requested to use TMS services twice during the summer. When their staff are supervised, they handled the items with care. However, the second time was an unsupervised service which required the team to collect my belongings from a warehouse to my new home. Some boxes had been damaged with visible holes in them (thankfully these were not labelled as fragile). Despite this, Mr Sanal was readily available to answer any questions I had, even after having undergone a key hole surgery! Thank you once again TMS team.

Warning: this may be a scam company. They make aggressive unsolicited calls without first obtaining consent to promote their service. Speaks loud about lack of integrity and trust.

Despite several warnings to be careful during a recent move with TMS, since they were moving in to my new constructed house, they damaged the floors and walls very badly.
Additionally, they "lost" and "broke" several valuable items.
I tried reaching out to their team on this matter, and it took me about 3 months to reach their management, who then finally agreed to compensate me for only 20% of the damages I claimed.
Despite the compensation being much less than the actual damages, I agreed to the amount.
It has been 2 months since the agreement, and they are all ignoring my messages on WhatsApp, and SMS, as well as my calls - including their management.
I do not recommend TMS if you care about your valuables and home.

Amazing team and extremely reliable. Vishnu, Rab Nawaz, Mohd. Irfan and Usman and all the team members were very friendly and understanding. Took special care, it was not an easy task pack and re pack and they did amazingly. Highly Recommend

Terrible service.
Items went missing. They claim they dont know what happened to it!
For the last three months trying to get some compensation- Amar promises but does absolutely zero about it.
Avoid using them.

Never use this company! Horrible experience. They took our money and our furniture and never delivered it. We sent emails and called many times but nobody ever answered.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Not only is their Sales and Ops departments extremely unprofessional, they are also very comfortable lying to the customer. DO NOT use this company to ship your belongings, they will hold your belongings hostage and ask for large sums of money to pay for their mistakes, and their internal delays- without any proof or invoice, and then tell you if you don’t pay immediately the charges will continue to increase. They have no accountability, and hold no responsibility.

Excellent team. Ontime, secure, and organized. They are very experienced and fast. I would highly recommned them for anyone. This was my 3rd time using their service and it was always great to deal with them.their prices as well are very reasonable.

Such a terrible service from this company TMS. My furniture damaged, Refrigerator damaged and simply this company refuse to accept even mistake, forget about claim damages, that is second part.

Such a professional team and amazing service/ follow-up: very meticulous, stubborn team but with care, very respectful and helpful.
We moved from a 2 bedroom apartment to a townhouse, the team was not able to take out a library cabinet by elevator so they had to use escalators holding such a heavy item! The fridge was too big to use the kitchen door so they had to hold it and bring it from the open space (between kitchen and living room area).
I really really really recommend them! Even the surveyor was very fast and available for any request!

Can highly recommend TMS movers. We had used them once five years ago, and a second time this December. They helped us move from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. They are very professional, all my items were moved in perfect condition, and they put everything back in its place which is a blessing.

They were also very flexible in terms of timing, since our new building had very fixed service elevator timings.

TMS team is a professional and punctual moving company in UAE. They extended the most courteous, flexible and accurate service while helping me relocate from Abu Dhabi to Dubai. Extremely professional and efficient moving company. A team of 7 supervised by Yadav arrived on time and quickly packed the furniture & kitchen items. The move was from Karama to Jadaf. They started early at around 9am and they were done unpacking and arranging the items by 5pm. They made sure to ask us where we would like certain items and were very helpful in ensuring the curtains and photo frames were placed in the correct places. We have used Tms earlier as well and we were very sure that we wanted to use them this time as well as we are guaranteed a good service. Highly recommend them if you want a hassle free moving experience.

This is the second time we use TMS. The first time we moved back in 2018, we asked for several quotations and ended up deciding on TMS. The first experience was so good we only asked them for a quote to start our 2020 move. It was a better experience. I really recommend this company based on our experience. We had Raja and his team on the ground, and they are careful, efficient and accommodating.

The team at TMS did a great job of moving us. Economical, efficient and extremely polite, Bala and the team went about their job with a lot of attention to detail. Though what looked like a 2 day move got extended to the third, they didnt show any negative reaction whatsoever. Lijan & team did an amazing job moving our things from a 2bed to a 3bed villa. They came on time, with 6 in total, carefully dismantled & packed everything & reinstalled it where we wanted it in the new house. Their prices are very competitive & the service excellent. Would definitely recommend.

This is not only to thank you but to extend my apologies because when we arrived to the new apartment, the watchman surprised us by informing us the lift is not working.
It was indeed a shock for us to hear that as no one informed me in advance even though they knew I am moving in at the same day.
Thank God it was just the first floor and your team didn’t mind to use the stairs which I am very thankful for that.
