Town Square Zahra

Slept ok apart from neighbors above were moving the bed at 5 in the morning. They repeatedly moving the bed back and forward in really small amounts for a whole hour. I wonder why they couldn't decide where they wanted the bed to be. The lady was shouting a lot to, I think she wasn't happy about it either.

All right, but you really get bored there, as a resident of a big city, it's really hard to imagine living there for a long time.

Lovely community to live in! Although a bit far from downtown Dubai, it's totally worth it. Feels like the country side of this busy city. The greenery is beautiful and refreshing. There are pools in each building, plus Spinneys, Starbucks, pharmacy, dry cleaning, (Zahra apartments).

Very noisy mornings thru afternoon because gardeners are constantly trimming the bushes opposite the villa. The villa is very small and quite remote. We had to junk most of our furniture to actually fit anything in that space. Also inspite of fumigating before moving in and rarely opening the windows we keep finding flying roaches and moths and spiders and ants in the house. It seems they enter thru gaps between the glass windows! Acs are very erratic either overcooling or not cooling at all. The company assigned charges Aed 195 per hour and mostly ends up cleaning the filters only! I would not recommend this place for anyone. Also no grocery to deliver in the vicinity, only Spinneys.

Nice building and with good facilities and community

Nice, child friendly, and pet friendly environment. Little disappointing construction quality but still better than Remram for example. Close to bicycle track. Starbucks, pharmacy, Spinneys nearby. Quiet.

A lovely community.peaceful, calm and a lot of wonderful people. Extremely happy to be living here and looking forward to all the new developments coming up here. I'm sure Townsquare will grow into a world by itself
