Toys R us are working extremely on their customer service, very impressive. Even top managers are very helpful in complicated situations. Otherwise staff: Omar, Alvin and Jenny are great at Springs Souk.
Worst retail experience ever as they are anti-consumer friendly, since I am regular customer to toys r us for many years, but with this latest incident, I will make sure to take my spending elsewhere, as their “Blue” rewards program is poor which can’t be used online and only in-store and customer service is the worst. In addition to the “0” problem solving skills by Store Manager at Times Square Center. For products, the website Toys R Us mentioned that there is a 30% discount, but when you ask for it in store they tell you that no we can’t match OUR website offer, but we will be able to match OTHER website offers if you find any, I know it sounds funny, but it’s TRUE! They were able to match their online offers previously as always, but now NO for some reason. It’s like they are trying to say to come to us and shop online only and don’t use your Blue rewards points which are expire-able.
Definitely not shopping across AlFuttaim retails anymore, as the reward program is useless.

Usually can find everything here especially for gifts. Somewhat slow service, I've had staff not knowing where a certain collection of toys were - I found it myself
So bad customer service, calling so many times no one answering? ! And the toys on the website its may vary! Why? Just cancel the website shop because there's no honesty! Disappointed
Really friendly staff and as always - high level service with free gift packing. Many promotions and toys with special prices near the entrance. Its amazing that they have a customer service hotline.but the problem is they are slow.very slow for these times.you wait a lot to receive then wait a lot for a reply about a return.i don’t know how will they exist in a market full of online competition.i would personally never use this service again.would rather order o line and assemble myself then just have to wait until customer service emails operations and operations read their emails! And get back to me on my refund!

I made my order on the 5th and on the 13th you said it reached your delivery partners. I keep calling your delivery partners more than 20 times a day no one answers and when they answer they don't do anything. It's showing on their site that items are delivered and I didn't even receive one call from them I asked them so many times to speak to a manager but they say no-one is available. They answered only 2 times and every time they say they will call back and Never happened. I keep sending you emails either you don't answer or don't receive it. Mega store for toys, you name it and they have it, almost all the brands from DC comics to Avengers, Lego to Pixar, Disney to whatnot, what a store for Kids, wish we had these stores when we were kids.
I just want to know why the company will make offers and spend money to get more customers and then they put the full control to the salesman to decide depending on his mood if he will give the offer or not
Nice Toys store in Times Square Centre mall. Good variety for all. With Adventure HQ down stairs and Toys on the first floor, kids can have a great time in thus mall. Nice friendly staff. Worth a visit.

I had brought Avigo cycle for my daughter, she was learning cycling.but within a week both tyres showed some flaws which was dangerous for kid safety and also the paint was coming out of the wheels.so i complain and they exchange new one with same brand.again after 2 week wheels paint started coming out and to our surprise seat was damage.so i complain again.now they offered me that i can take the refund back or take another brand with 20 % discount.which i think nor fare on my part because of wasting time and money.i think they should not keep CHEEP BRAND WITH HIGH PRICE OF AED 485.and they should have given me different brand without any charges.after following up with the store management, they were ignoring my calls and insisting me to take refund back. I didn't except this type of service i will get from TOYS R US. I will never return back to this store again.
