They will list the product as available.will collect money from you.then keep us waiting for long… after that will say order cancelled and product not available… i don’t know money will get back or not… one of the worst site…

First time making a transaction with Tradeling. Before i placed an order, i confirmed its availability and it says that it is available and ready to be dispatched. Ordered the item, paid and delivery was set. A day before the delivery, the item got cancelled. Advised that the refund will be received in 14 days.
Now got me thinking that this site might be a scam.
HOW INCONVENIENT!

Worst experience dealing with them.they agreed to take the item back and refund me.then they back tracked and said we won't.they don't bother replying and are unprofessional.be careful before spending money on this site.

Very bad service not recommended for any one they deducted the money from one week today the send msg that’s canceled

I Placed order worth AED 10,000 /- upon confirmation from sales team about stock being available, but all my orders were cancelled and I now I have to wait for the refund

For each item you order 60 aed delivery fee. So if you order 10 diferent items you pay 600 delivery. Hahahhahahaha its scam so avoid it please. Amazon much better option i dont know for what is purpose of this. And no i will not send you email.

Worst online service I have experience.everything is fake. COD payment is not acceptable to them as they know everyone will cancel their orders after their poor service. The order status shows on my dashboard as delivered while no one delivered me anything! Fake promises and no clear guidance.definitly not recommending this website to any business owner.

They not worth even half star, its very bad application, unprofissional workers and services and they are not responding to the customers, cancceled orders without informing the customer and WITHOUT RWFUND AND NO ONE CAN HELP YOU OR ANSWER YOU, we have business and they dont care about you, we cant trust them otherwise you will be embroiled with them,

لايستحقون حتى نصف نجمه، خدمه سيئه جدا وموظفين غير مؤهلين، خدمة العملاء لاتعمل عند الاتصال بهم، اكثر من اسبوع احاول اتواصل معاهم عالرقك وعلى اللايف شات ومافي حد يساعدك! قاموا بالغاء الاوردرز بدون اعلامي وبدون استرجاع المبلغ وعرفت عن طريق الصدفه عند تاخر وصول المنتج! لا انصح في التعامل معهم نهائيا، نحن اصحاب مشاريع والبضاعه لاتصل او يتم الغاءها بطريقه بدائيه لا يمكن الوثوق بهم ابدا

Great company, i had a good experience with tradeling.responibility and good custmr service

Mixed review we are seller on tradeling from India, we sell ceramic items on tradeling but yet no order since 1 month.but seller port is very easy to handle and chat service is very good with prompt resolution.waiting for our orders.

They market themselves a B2B e-commerce platform but are con artists.

I was about to order cartons of chocolates from there website but stopped short of placing an order when lo and behold I received a call from there customer executive asking why I had not gone through with my order and was informed that my being based in the UAE I should receive my order by the next day. Got impressed and went ahed and placed an order on the spot (T210426001630 26th April 2021)

After they got my money they didn't deliver my order, so after repeated followups I was informed that they were in negotiation with the supplier and will get back to me but instead proceeded to cancel my order after 5 days.

Now its 28th May 2021 I have yet to receive my refund. Follow ups with customer service executives are a waste as they just give false commitments.

Save your money or donate to charity but don't trust this site.

FAKE ADVERTISING!
So I opted for the pay later service as per their advertisement on website its mentioned that you need to have a valid UAE trade license and within 2 business hours your pay later serviced will be activated and you can place your order. But its been 20 days now, my account is still under review.

I give 5 stars to Tradeling. Ever since, I have been using this online shop and have never encountered any problem. Items are delivered on time without delay. It is easier to order and paid either debit or credit card.

This is a bulk buy site but prices are more expensive than amazon and on amazon you only have to buy one unit! Drop the prices and people might have an incentive to buy bulk otherwise it makes no sense at all

We order all our office supplies from this website. Great site for b2b needs. Good delivery times too!
