This has been the worst experience of my life, I’ve sent my Cartier ring to this company with a Cartier certificate & authentication letter and once I withdrew the items they charged me for early withdrawal and THEY NEVER SENT BACK MY CARTIER CERTIFICATE OR AUTHENTICATION LETTER! I’ve been calling, emailing & whatsapping them however they have no answer and now they’re ignoring. PLEASE do not entrust your goods to them they will lose them and you will not receive your items back if you’ve changed your mind! PLEASE RETURN MY Certificate, this is unacceptable!

I asked them to sell a t-shirt for me and they reduced the price a lot, then i asked them to return it, and until now they didn't! And they are not answering my calls and WhatsApp massages

Not professional at all! I get à Cartier Watch for my wife and an email showing that the items get water damage before but was now fixed so I took it. Now watch is not working and they are telling me that I am responsible of the damage.
And not helping at all they just want to get money!
I am disappointed and will never never buy anything with this company

Be very careful while checking the authenticity. They mention over the website that if the product is not authentic and the costumer discovers, that they will return their money back. It is a very fraudulent way of business. Therefore, I have bought recently a CH wallet and before I've had one original, it is a completely different look and quality. After just 7 days of using it and wearing it in my bag, please see in the pictures how the red color on the corners is removing and also the cuts of the so called leather. An original item will never look like this after 7 days use. I start to doubt the authenticity for the previous items that I have bought. Ah and again to mention the staff rudeness, which they are asking you to give them the report or emails where the store is confirming that the item is not authentic. Not they, should convince and offer the proper report of authenticity.
I suggest you all be careful. Myself I will proceed with a complaint to DED.

Takes time to process my refund. They always say 2-3days in every follow email i sent, very bad company. Don’t deal with them.

Terrible service so irresponsible with the items don’t sell with them
They take the items and after is impossible to talk to them I’ll update my situation
