Cool, decent gym and small beachclub. Don't expect something too fancy but for a workout and some nice healthy food, it's a very good choice:)

Great place to spend the day. The facilities are great, we went on Sunday for a workout and then spend the rest of the day at the pool. The service and food at the restaurant were great, everything we ordered was spot on. Will definitely be going back.

One of the good gym in jumeirah. You can use all equipments and after swimming take bath and go for work. Tuesday is free for Ladys enjoy your time

A good beach club with good drinks options specially for protein shakes. The reception staff was really friendly and took the time to show around the place and was always greeted with a smile

I like the place, I definitely will go back there and I recommend you to go there. If you would like to go to gym, train, pool and beach. This would be yiur favorite place to go

Had a satisfying, Sunday afternoon there. I might even become a regular!

I love going there for their ladies day on Tuesday. Where you can enter for free and use the gym and afterwards lay by the pool/beach.
Every one of the staff is friendly and always welcoming with a smile.
Don’t forget to bring your own towel as they don’t provide that for hygiene safely reasons.

The place is my favourite place and the best place for relaxing there is delicious food and the juices i like everything and i want to say thank you for the one of the stuff there named: yousif thank you soo much️

It was my first time at Train Beach and I will definitely never come back. The beds were really dirty and the pool was very hot. On top of that the receptionist was rude and they don’t provide a towel. This is not a beach club, it’s a gym with a pool! Has to be mentioned that the waiters were very attentive and the food was great. There’s no Beach Club vibe.

Visited this place a few times and I love it. The entrance fees is fully redeemable, the drinks are great as well as the food.

Beach very dirty and small! We had to go to the public beach to have a good swim.
Music is so loud that I could not even read my book in peace.
Swimming pool water was soooo hot that people were complaining.
Two stars and not one because the food was very good And also the waiters very polite.
No towel was provided and for what you pay it would be fair to have it included.
The concept of the place is nice, with the gym etc, the idea is very good but not for whom wants to relax.

Nice experience! What you see is really what you get, pool, gym and party. 250 AED covers a few drinks and really nice food. I’d return.

This place looks like a nightmare. Total Rip-off of our finest American fitness clubs. Models come here and pout as if someone likes them…NOT

I did the Membership in this place but is definitely not worth it. In 2 month I found just few time a free sunbed, to crowded the reception solution was to book a 1000AED cabana for have 1h of sun before work.

Apparently deaf people are not welcome because they can only provide pricing through a phone call. They don't have any written pricing and will never share them unless by talking. Please do something about your sales process because this approach dates from 1970.

Gym is modern, clean and is very well equipped. Good deal for entry to the beach club and gym. They have increased their prices recently but it is fully redeemable on F&B so you can make a day out of it. Good service, nice pools and loungers. Private beach area is small but good enough for a day of lounging and a swim.

Lovely place in Dubai: the access will cost you 250 dirhams all refundable. You will be able to pay for all your drinks and food. It will give you access to pools and lounging chairs. A great spot to watch the sunset also. The music is quiet and a lot of French people are coming

Located at La mer Beach, in a small bay. Very calm beach with many surrounding eateries and activities. Water sports and small fun park with arcade games also. Very well presented but be prepared to pay for everything. Grossly inflated prices for food and drink. Towels, beach chairs and umbrellas available for hire. Change rooms are user pays also so bring lots of money. Toilets are free but they will not allow you to use them for showering or changing and the bathroom attendants are pretty pushy. So in summary the beach is mediocre but very nice to look at and very commercialised, bring your cash.

Thus place was amazing though I was going there for a video shoot i loved it at first site.will be back there for more content creation.

Today I came to La Mer for a bite to eat, turned around and found a parking, I parked, then I saw a security guy coming towards me saying I can't park here unless I am a member!

I asked member of what exactly? To which he stated "Member of the Club here. " There was no signage indicating this is a private parking, there was no barrier, nothing what so ever.

It is illegal in the Emirate of Dubai to take over public parkings without the right permit. When I asked the security to call Dubai Police he stated there is no need, when I asked him to put a cone to close the entrance he was sarcastic and said "Yes I will, little small me will stand and take off the cone every time someone comes in" and when I asked him what his name was he said My Name is Security.

This is highly unprofessional and I went ahead and filed a complaint to both RTA and Dubai Economic Department, but I wanted everyone here to know this. Please park your car here and ignore the security unless there is signage or barriers in place.

Awesome place to relax, awesome place to party! A beach club with stunning view, superb pool and with a gym. Can't ask for more. Just for a room for sleeping there if possible.

It was the perfect place for our last day in Dubai. This place have everything, amazing views, delicious food, good vibes and great service. Isaac was very friendly and helpful, and treated us like royalty. We couldn’t get enough of the views of the beach, the ocean, Dubai skyline and of course the unforgettable sunset. The pictures speak for themselves.

A unique experience like no other beach club in Dubai. Fully equipped gym facilities along with a full beach club operation. From the private beach, infinity pools to the stunning views from the cabanas overlooking La Mer. A destination like no other ️

It is more than just a gym. Nice concept to combine the gym with another things. It has pool, restaurant, coffee shop, private beach. The place is beautiful, clean, and good to enjoy alone or with friends. There are many seat and sofa with beautiful view. All staff also ready to give the service. The restaurant serve the healthy food that focus to support the good life. Delicious taste and nice presentation by a professional chef, Charlie. But maybe need to improve the taste of the coffee, because it is too strong and harsh. But overall i like it
