Seriously disappointed with service and the attitude of the staff. Highly doubt is this the really customer happiness centre? So much attitude with the staff. We come to obtain service with charges not for free. If we don't know anything we must ask and clarify without doing any mistake. Don't roll over eyes and we don't understand anything. We do business, we spend money so we must do according to the law. We must understand each and single thing. Don't treat us like we are from another world. Starting from the reception staff untill the counter staff having so much of attitude issues. This is really not the high standard of the customer service. If u checkin in to 5 star hotel in UAE you will experience the high standard of customer service, customer happiness. So disappointed.

الصراحة انا مصدومة من طريقة تعامل الموظفين الي في مدخل المركز كنت لابسة فستان لتحت الركبة وشي من فوق دى اكمام طويلة منعني من الدخول قال ممنوع لازم شي طويل قلتلو يعني فستاني هدا قصير؟؟ قال لازم اين تحت عند رجليك الا واشوف واحد هندي واقف مع السيكوريتي يبص للبنت الي في الريسيبشن يشاورلها براسه انه منعني ادخل ويضحكون انزين ليش تضحكون على الناس بهي الطريقة ؟؟ يعني هالحركة ماتصير عيب من قهري لما شفتهم يضحكون رحت اشتريت عباية من السوق الصيني ورجعت لهم انصدمو لما شافوني بالعباية تمام احنا مانعرف انو لازم نلبس طويل خبرتهم انا مااعرف للاسف لكن رفض وبقوة لما دخلت تاني مرة بالعباية ماشاء الله الاقي وحدة جوا بفستان اصفر قصير ووحدة جالسة وتشرب مشروبات غاوية يعني هدا القانون ألي أنا فقط ولا على الجميع ولا على حسب مزاج الي في مدخل الباب ؟! هشي والله قهرني رجعت البيت بقهري من حركاتهم الي مش مهنية ابدااا

If open at 8 you should put 'start from 8 'not 7: 30, if you close at 2, why put 2.30 close. I arrived at 7: 30 monday but was been informed now its staff arrival time not for opening. And when i arrived at 2pm they will inform you come tomorrow its closed.

Taking too long to review and approved.a lot of fees! Hired good engineers to review the submittals.a small modification of my villa it's taking too much time.call the contractor to discuss and explain what you need not like rejecting the submissions and asking fees again! Even if i hire a good company to do my approvals if you cannot assist and are good at delaying only it's a waste of investments in this area!

Worst experience taking too long to respond.simple works in my villa take to much time to get my permit.engineers should ask the comments at one time!

A very friendly staff specially Engr. Eiman Gharib very helpful and problem solving personality.

Staff is very helpful compare to some of other government departments.
