My kids love this place! We just had my daughter’s birthday party there last weekend and it was amazing! All the kids had fun, very well organized and the coordinator made sure that everything was going as planned. Their packages and prices are very convenient as well. Highly recommended

What truly made the day exceptional was the incredible staff. They were not only friendly but also highly organized and passionate about ensuring every child had a blast.

I regret not getting the names of the staff members, but their dedication did not go unnoticed. Not a single moment passed without engaging activities for the kids, and their enthusiasm kept the atmosphere lively. I'm genuinely grateful for their outstanding service.

We took the kids on weekday as the school is finished already. The kids over 8 years old can’t enter the playing area so my daughter and her friend can only do jumping. My son is 3 years old so he enjoys the playing area alone. If the kids want to ride the car, you need to get 10 aed token at the counter.

I recommend the parent to carry to socks but it’s only 5 aed if you don’t have it with you. Incase you need to accompany your kids.

My daughter and her friends love it so much. She enjoys the moment. She said she wanna come back again.

My son doesn’t wanna leave the playing area I have a hard time going up with him as I have to bend all the time.

There are toilets, cafe, and sitting area inside.

The best place for kids, super funny and safe. It's a beautiful indoor entertainment park for kids from 2 years old. Play areas, trampoline and lot of nice and playful activities.
My kid always enjoying to go there!

I have done my daughter’s birthday there, where after going back home we found one of her friends gifts missing, at least we expect from them to call me to go and check cctv with them to check how it disappears

My son yousef was invited to a birthday in trampo extreme, i must say that your staff Moyo is so great and is an asset to this place. I was observing from distance how he was dealing with my son and kids. Very friendly, patient and understanding to kids. Thank you Moyo for being so great and god bless you.

All of my family love Trampo. The soft play area and toddler area is always a hit. There are so many different activities to do on the trampolines and caving. Love the friendly staff too!

For our daughter's birthday party, we chose Trampo Extreme in Nakheel Mall as it had soft play areas for the smaller kids and trampoline areas for the older kids.

We would like to thank the friendly staff which were very involved and really went above and beyond in staying with the kids during the soft play time, together with setting up a beautiful decor for the cake-eating part of the package.

Our kid and her friend had a blast and us parents were able to have a cup of coffee and some delicious bites as well.

A large space soft play and birthday venue for kids. Located inside of Nakheel Mall Palm Jumeirah. Attendants are amazing and the space is very clean.

Nice place for fun & birthday parties.
But be cautious about food they take from a 3rd party cafe & its bad we wasted 50% of the food as all the kids left them & food price is sky high if taken separately and choices r very very less.
For cake it was Mr. Baker and they r as usual good was arranged by trampo only.

We celebrated my son’s 7th birthday yesterday at Trampo Extreme Nakheel Mall.
Everything was organized well, the team were very fun, Muhsen did a great job with
14 boys! The food came on time and nothing was late, Talitha was helping also with payment and everything was explained and clear:) She had always a paper and pen with everything registered:)

I love Trampo. Great for the kids (of all ages) and really good exercise for them. A lovely cafe serving excellent Boon coffee and good food.
My only criticism is as follows - 1hr in just the soft play is c. 55 and 1hr in just the bounce is 85, but 1hr to access both areas is 125! Why would it be so much more to access both when the child can only be in one area at any one time. Surely a price around 95 is fairer.

Zero star! No clean ' no manage ' no helpful ' not nice talking ' not good services.some area not working but take money and if kids want to go drink water and go toilet said why '? Is very bad experience.zero star

Its a very big place, a variety of Soft play areas, and even softer play areas for the smaller kids, with A huge trampoline area that has a lot of cool features. It Was very very crowded on the weekend. Not so large seating compared to the size of the place, we had to wait a while to find a place to sit

We arrived 20 min before closing
My boys got soo depressed and frustrated cried, staff were so kind and helping, allowed them to play and charged my one hour for 1 instead of 2 that was soo polite, cheerful solution that made my day️

Organised it was. Nour was fantastic! Kevin was amazing with the kids and the other male instructors were fantastic. I’m so happy with everything and the kids loved it!

Fantastic brand new indoor playground.

I must say that it's difficult to impress me regarding playgrounds but this one in particular is AMAZING! The cave activity for kids it's outstanding, the staff is so helpful, the "around the World" maze is full of interesting info. We loved it!

* The coffee shop is managed by Limetree ️
* The toilets are well maintained️
* The size of it is huge, so u can't feel obfuscated with the amount of kids around. ️
* Pricewise is correct for the good service that u get. ️

Great place for kids all ages, both up to 2 years old and above that will find there a loads of fun!

Our son and his friends had a great 5th birthday party at Trampo yesterday. Jessie from the helpdesk was super efficiënt with the booking. On the day itself everything was organized by queenie who kept us parents updated n the progress of the party while we were chilling in a dedicated area at the cafe. Eriz and Kevin took the kids throughout the venue, we didn’t see them for 1,5 hours! Absolute heaven after the past years of running around after toddlers. Ending with a great celebration in the party room with songs, singing, cake cutting and mr T visit. The piñata topped it all off and made for nice party favors. The kids couldn’t have been happier. Thanks so much to the entire team

Has a very good WinterCamp offering. Very clean and safe environment for kids. Team is very friendly and vigilant at the same time.

Perfect place to celebrate children's birthday. We recently celebrated our son's 5th birthday and it was amazing experience, all the staff were extremely helpful and kept children entertained and happy.

I had my daughters 8th birthday here and I have an amazing experience. The staff is very cooperative. Jessy especially was very helpful with everything to make sure event is well managed. Other staff is also very accommodating and nice with kids. The service provided makes it more attractive. I would definitely recommend this place for birthday parties and for little ones to have so much fun.

Kids ages 5/8 / 10 all had a fantastic time something for everyone staff are friendly and helpful. Hygiene and safety was top priority. Also delicious healthy food at the cafe and great coffee!

I love trampo extreme at nakheelmall palmjumeirah and I come here quite often with my daughter who loves it and never tires of it.the staff are amazing attentive kind and friendly, we are currently in week 2 of summer camp and staff Steven and Iris are so amazing and entertaining with the kids.we will def join week 3 of summer camp too the kids are having so much fun especially after being quarantined for covid.

This place Is probably the most cleanest, most sanitised, most fun place for kids to be right now.
My daughter absolutely loves the summer camps which are ongoing. The staff is friendly. And I have personally sat through a couple of classes while my daughter was enjoying her camp. And I have seen them sanitising the equipment and the maths etc every few minutes.
