Secondly this company has good relationship with its employees. Payments are done in a timely. I go your company interview 2022.10.29but i am fail. I am working before police department of sri lankan. 3 years experience of it. I came your company interview verry hopefully. But your interview guys. Rejected me. I see some people come interview. There can't talk English. Some people no any security experience. Some people same English test not good. But this all guys pass. But me you only target my English test. You don't need experience guys. I think your company is verry good company. But your interview guys some chanse give nationality. And I came interview verry hopefully. I came to Dubai for only security guard job. And search not found.after 45 days my room money finish. I don't have money then I joined cleaning job. But I this job doing and come your company interview. For the reason I am not clean guy I am good security man. And police officer. I have international police id. I show interview panel my id. But I am rejected.   yesterday I waiting for email I am selected. But. Today come not select for the reason. Only English test failed.your company no need experience guys. Only get nationality and any people give money this all guys pass. No good English no any experience. I came to interview form Ajman. Long way.verry sad sir. Thank you. Good day.

Today with my friends we were in Dubai mall enjoying a movie in Reel Cinema, when going out we gave some food to a maintenance people I forgot my wallet inside the the food bag,
My Wallet was including my EID, passport credit and debit cards additional to my DR with some cash over 3k,
I have reached your awesome heros the security of Dubai mall.
You do have a very professional, well trained and so nice staff.
They treat me well taking care of my issue until they solve it and return my wallet back everything was inside ️
I felt they saved my life after a long hard day.
I wanna appreciate Ankit Shrestha who was supporting me during this hr and half while I was waiting my wallet, he is so professional and he deserves internal appreciation please, he deserves to be promoting as well, I felt proud when I saw Transguard logo on his shirt cause I know Transguard are very professional,
Finally my wallet came with Syed Farhan who is the right person at the right place ، they did all the investigation and procedure to save me with my password ID and money.
You are a role model of professional leadership, cause good management and good work environment are coming out with people who love their job and do more than what they have to do.

Rather Transguard is a supply company but it is a best company here in UAE for good and secure jobs in variation of fields. The company care of its labour/staff by any mean possible. The salaries are near ever get late. The accommodation is clean and tidy and secure. Even they give the best sport to the people in the time of corona. Very Rude Staff! Arrogant attitude on the phone from someone called Angham. Blamed me for coming late to them with enquiry, they take forever to give a quote and ask for uneccesary documents to do initial costing. Wasted my time while 2 other companies easily gave costing and were responsive even on saturdays.

Over all company is good but few staff from mangment bring bad name to company.
Like senior manager danish peer he treet bad to customer and treet very bad to junior staff.can not sit in office and work due to him he bully everybody.

Transguard group is good but for getting job there you need luck and any kind of god bless. If you have experience they can't consider you for job. But good for everything but very hard to get a job.

Im really disapointed as you guys did not provide an free wi-fi to new person we are here since last 4-5 days still we are suffering with wi-fi problem.

This is one of the worst company in the world. They treat their employees more worse than slaves, even if you are sick you are forced to go to work otherwise you don't get even food and they will deduct from your salary for being absent.
If the world is hearing this I would like to make an appeal to world human rights and foreign affairs to investigate the conditions provided to their employees in this company. If you raise the voice here they will easily make you disappear just because from what I heard this company belongs to the son in law of dubai king.
I really hope this matters will be taken seriously and the innocent people working as slaves will be freed from this place (prison).

The Security supervisor and the security team at Churchill Towers in Business bay is a nightmare for the visitors. Unprofessional, team, do not know how to speak and what to speak. God help the visitors

Very bad experience. They never hire experience people.more than 30 jobs application never been called even for an interview

Its a good company and many peoples work in this company and no body complaint against thr company because they treat well with there employes and many companies in dubai are fake many companies will disturb there employes every time late the salereis etc. But transgaurd is the best company and no body hear a little complain against this company

The Security team at Churchill is awful. Tried to reach out online but no response. Will reach out via Twitter to see if someone is listening or not.

Its a good campnay. There are troubles and difficulties everywhere. But in the end you have to do hard work to earn. Alhamdulillah 2 year completed. Satisfied. Mostly rare career growth oppurtunities. Good company for kick starting.
