This place has been my second home since I stepped here for the first time. The best and the most beautiful yoga studio in Dubai, the ambiance was beyond beautiful. They have amazing teachers and very friendly and professional staffs.

One of the worst places, with bad reception and management. The receptionist was clueless about everything and had no manners at all. Please consider changing your choice if you are planning on going here.

It has been a fantastic journey being part of the Trident Dhyan course. I particularly liked the stuff at the reception who were always smiling and friendly, The teachers are all very experienced and work to meet the needs of all.those students who have previous experience and those who are new to it all would feel comfortable learning alongside each other in this course. I will definitely continue my journey in this place and recommend it for sure. Namaste.

Location is convenient. Classes themselves are fine. Theres a high turnover pf teachers and reshuffling of classes. Teachers are sometimes weird e.g. When I asked one what to do to be more flexible, he answered "eat more vegetables" (I kid you not). Some teachers seem to believe that breathing by one nostril in summer time will basically cure cancer. You will be harassed by WhatsApp and emails to sign up for anything and everything.

Amazing experience. It is indeed the best Yoga Studio in Dubai. Nice ambience. Amazing place. Great staff. Very friendly reception. Very welcoming. Will definitely recommed to my other yogi friends. They have the best Ashtanga class so far.

A big thank you to all the staff at Trident for bringing so many beautiful souls together to share the same path for the last two weeks on the Dhyaan meditation course. Each and every one of you have been a joy to share this walk with.
A special thank you to Dr Maha, Peeyush and kala, I think for the first time in my 58 years I see life from a clear window, the flame has been ignited and I look forward to learning and sharing with others.
