Teeth whitening,vitamin C I.V drip,RF skin tightening,deep cleansing facial ,Oxygeneo,laser hair removal,caviation+Cryolipolysis,Botox, filler, mesofat injection , under Arm whitening , the staff are so kind , calm and professional , specially the receptionist ms. This is my first time to have derma in Dubai and it feels great that I found TruCare as they really care for customers. Very friendly and helpful receptionist, Joana who has given good packages and offers. Great dermatologist, Dr. Ourida who has checked my face and given the right treatment for my skin problem. I started the miami peel which already soothe my face and reduce the redness of my face. Appreciate the help as well and assistance of Mau. Thankful that I found this clinic that truly cares and give right medication. Highly recommended for nice ambiance and friendly environment.

I have been going here since 2013 for facials, massages, lazer hair removal and the dentist. Rachel the owner is so lovely too! Highly recommend and they do not over charge either!

Once u pay they will never find for you an available slot + the receptionist is very rude
After an edge of calling everyday they left me one hour in a room while the technician was working on another patient in my appointment

It was my 3rd session of hydra along with RF. Technician took 1 hour 35 mins to perform all the steps. I purchased 225 aed hydra facial with rf from groupon. And PAID EXTRA 50 aed for comedones extraction but it wasn't done properly n I could feel not much difference afterwards. MDA was done very gently like nothing done. WASTED MY MONEY.

Stay away from this clinic. I asked them for the price and before and after pictures for thread lift and they were super fast in sending me the price but they never sent me the pictures. Probably they don’t have any because they don’t have any experience! They also don’t have real images on their Instagram which is an indicator for being scammers who pretend to be able to do procedures but actually have zero skill. Please don’t do this to your face and go somewhere else.

I had hydrafacial done by Kiy (hope I spell it right:) very profesional. Loved it. Very nice staff and very clean clinic.

So i visted the clinic today for hydra facial and Diamond microdermabasion session. This is my first visit. They got my treatment wrong and only booked it for hydra facial and did not even apologise.the person should have confirmed on the treatment before sending me in. The treatment was overall okay.

On the positive side; the clinic is clean and the person who did my facial was friendly. I would have enjoyed it more if she could have explained the steps (as this was my first time doing hydra facial).

Found Trucare Clinic through Groupon offer - went for a treatment that combines dermabrasion + hydro facial + RF - I was very happy with the result: my therapist really listen to my needs and didn't rush at all. I do regularly hydro facials at other clinics - so I could compare with other machine clinic - same, my skin felt clean and very smooth afterwards. Then, the RF part is where I saw a nice change - prone to a small double chin, I did see an improvement after the treatment - my jawline was a bit sharper and subliminal fat less showing - I was contemplating doing HIFU because of my appearing jawls (this can be costly), but I am very happy to come back to Trucare to combine my bi monthly hydro facial treatment with RF.saves me time, and money:)

Certainly the best clinic for hair removal. I have been to few clinics with unsatisfactory results. I don't know if it's the lasers they use or the way they do their treatments but I have had extremely good results from this clinic.
Staff are friendly and accommodating.
At the other clinics the treatments were always rushed.
Location is walking distance from mall of Emirates.
Highly recommend!
