The people i was sent were clearly subcontractors and not from the company, the number i was sent did not match the number they gave, the people were not wearing the uniform, the truck had no logo or indicator that it's from trukker on it, I only found out they were from trukker after getting the payment email.

Upon moving, curtain installations were not done properly, i had to constantly remind them of what to install and what to pack during packing, they were absolutely clueless /careless, items were just thrown in together without any attention to fragility, some items were broken. They tried to take more money than they should because they "did not have change".

And to top that off, they forgot 3 boxes and a few bags worth of items in the old house, which i had to pack and move myself while dealing with a back injury, not fun.

Not to mention, no unpacking was done AT ALL.
Would not recommend.

The house moving is very stressful, you need good people around you. Umar and his team did great job, with his smile you feel relaxed and it makes you feel to be in a good hands. Nothing was broken, even not one glass, cartons were packed properly, all fixed. Feeling good in the new house.

I had one of the best moving experience today with TruKKer. Asad and team of 9 effective folks came right on time, Mahesh coordinated effectively for everything as well. The team packed the entire 2BHK house within 3 hours and that too very very effectively. Unpacked everything aswell within 3 hour and placed the items where they belonged. The team was very polite, humble and cooperative. They also did a few extra drilling and placement that we requested in the new apartment.

Kudos to the effort and management! Great work and very cost effective.

We had an amazing experience with Trukker moving from our 3 br in greens to 2 br in Arjan. The movers were organised, professional and very helpful. The team leader Majid was very cooperative and listened to everything we needed. We have moved several times in Dubai but never had this great experience. Big thanks to this amazing team!

You may not want to consider them for moving your household. Used them for moving stuff for 1 BHK apartment, white goods were packed and moved nicely, but other items eg clothes and kitchen stuff was only packed (not very nicely) and loaded, not rearranged at new place. Items were also not packed to avoid spillage/ leakage, this was noted when we opened the carton to rearrange.

Umar and the team were great. I moved from DIFC to downtown. They came early and managed the entry process. Came in prepared and directly went to work. They were careful with the furniture and took extra care with no issues or damages. They also managed entry into the new building and unpacked all items diligently. They had a good sense of where things should go despite a very different layout and if they were not sure, they asked. Everyone was very friendly and I was very happy to also take a small lunch break with them. I have moved many times in the UAE and this was my best experience so far. Highly recommended

We had a very good experience with Trukkers. Ali and team did a good job in moving the things safe and on time. They were very cooperative in whatever we asked regarding the movement of things. Will definitely opt for Trukker again if the need arise.

All staff were very professional and careful with all our furnitures. Soni and his team are the best of the best for moving out. We highly recommend him.

In terms of dismantling, packing and installing, they did a good job. However, I am not happy with the coordination part. The person that I am speaking with during the first stages purposely ignored my concerns during the time of shifting. You will need to speak with lots of people when you hire them. It would be better to have one single focal point, until the job is done.

Paid for the Premium plus packing & unpacking service, thinking we could do without the stress of moving. BIG MISTAKE!

Firstly, they loaded up their trucks with our entire house and decided it was a good time to take a 1.5 hour lunch break with all our items sweating in the truck (plants, food stocked fridge and freezer as well)

Upon arrival at our new house, we had maintenance issues in the kitchen, so we asked the guys not to unpack there - which we take full responsibility for.

However, the overall care and handling with the rest of the items was appalling & there is no excuse for the abysmal after-sales customer service.

My wife’s wedding dress was left crumpled on the bed intertwined with our dog’s bedding. Our dog’s used pee pad was put into my wife’s wardrobe with her clothes. Clothes that were pre-packed and neatly folded, were delivered completely creased shoved into draws and shelves.
Curtains were left rolled up on a chair in our bedroom. Mover’s blood stains were left on the surface of our chest of drawers. Our living room, bathroom & master bedroom were left with boxes unpacked. Cables were rolled up and tossed into corners.

Coffee and olive oil were spilt all over our kitchen items & electronics. Bleach & cleaning products were packed in the same box as food. Our fridge was badly dented. Our AED650 cat tree was broken. (This alone was worth more than the amount that they were offering to refund)

Suffice it to say, the entire experience was anything but “stress-free”

We were refunded a small amount, after 3.5 weeks of constant follow ups, but this did not even come close to cover the cost of the damage, let alone the cost of pressing all of our items that were badly creased in the move.

As per their responses to only the 5star reviews, they claim to be ‘obsessed with customer satisfaction and go above and beyond to achieve it. ’ Based on our experience, this couldn’t be further from the truth.

We were also also left to deal with the ‘subcontracted’ company ourselves, despite hiring Trukker and never being advised or agreeing to another company being used.

The company did send the men back to help us unpack a second time, but the attention to detail and care of our items was just as bad, if not worse, than the first time. We ended up telling them to leave and doing most of the unpacking ourselves, so much for paying AED1000 extra for a Premium unpacking service.

We have photos of every claim above & more, just in case the company wants to dispute any of the issues detailed here.

First you need to know that Trukker is just an aggregator (means a middleman). So.

Our move from Dubai to Abu Dhabi was served by “J. A movers&packers”, one of the companies the trukker works with. All the negotiations in the beginning we had with trukker and we were promised to have the best service. Unfortunately it didn’t happen.
First, the movers were almost 2 hours later than the agreed time.
3 of the movers, including the captain Mohamed, were not wearing the uniform but some dirty clothes, though I asked several times about it.
Then after packing and loading I got the message at 2 pm that they’ll reach at 4 pm.
Already in the point of destination from 4 pm until around 6 pm only 1 (sometimes 1 more) mover was working, so it took so much time to unload the boxes and furniture. We lost so much time. And the captain didn’t come anymore.
Then 3 more movers appeared. Anyway without the captain they kinda weren’t focused.
Already after 8 pm we wanted to start organizing the curtains, but they said it’s impossible, already late.
So the service was not provided.
Also the washing machine was connected not correctly and the following day we had to call the local specialist to fix it.
I asked by phone the captain Mohamed to come and fix the curtains and he promised several times but later he just stopped replying to my messages.

So later we kindly requested the trukker on a refund on the handyman service, all the delays, breaking the rules (no uniform, no masks, no gloves) in total of 1000 aed, they said 400 aed is a maximum they can refund, so we agreed.

Almost 3 months passed, and they just keep promising to refund.anyway no money, just empty promises. It’s really low and unreliable from their side. Never recommend the company.

I had so many problems with EMAAR moving out but Rewaz and his team made sure that they stayed throughout and did an amazing job from start to finish.

I have changed this review from 1 star to 3 stars. Firstly, We have had the WORST experience. Beyond ridiculous.we were told they will come in uniform which they didn't, so the level of professionalism from day 1 just wasn't great, they wrapped all our furniture in cling film. Including sofas so I don't think that's the best protection (edit: when we received the items, the immaculate leather office chair was completely damaged, the corners of the shoe cabinet was damaged, my glass items were wrapped in one layer of paper, hence broken glass). We were told it will take 5 hours to do the packing and it took them 9 hours. We kept being asked by the Packers to pay them cash directly instead of paying on the company payment link which I found odd, but I think it makes sense now, I don't think the company pays these workers on time and would prefer us to just pay them directly. Then our stuff went off to storage for 7 days. Anyway, we were due to move in on the Thursday, and our stuff was due to arrive on that day, and they didn't show up. Just did not show up. We were at the villa waiting, calling, asking, and kept being told it'll arrive shortly and in the end it never did. Then I got a call from the guys who were suppose to deliver our stuff from the storage, as I kept putting pressure on them to find out what's happening and he said the company isn't releasing our stuff and they are unable to tell me why. I called the company and they wouldn't tell us why either. Then later they made an excuse that the finance person in charge of noting our payments for our storage is off on sick leave and that they cannot release our stuff until he returns to work until Wednesday (almost a week), meaning we had no where to stay and had to get a hotel. Which was costly for us. But we had no choice. Although they gave us compensation in the sense that we didn't have to pay for the final part of the process (redelivery from storage and unpacking costs), but that amount just went towards the hotel costs, if anythinf we paid double the amount on hotel than we got in compensation. However we didn't care about the money we got in compensation as we only cared about getting our stuff back. We demanded we get our stuff and they said by Saturday we can try and told us between 2-3pm we will get it. We did not get our stuff until 5: 35pm. The move permit for our place was until 7pm. I deeply regret chosing this company.they made our moving experience very difficult and for obvious reasons would never consider using them again due to their lack of professionalism and honesty. The only people who actually delivered their promise and did their job right in this whole process was the Dubai team who unpacked our items. They were all in their uniform, they tidied up after themselves. They were patient and helpful and got the job done really quickly. They deserve an award and they are the reason the rating has been bumped up to 3 stars from 1. The worker guys themselves deserve 5 stars, but not the company itself. They saved Trukker from getting a 1 star rating.

Extremely POOR services, please be careful before you book them. I had sent all pictures to them and insisted for a survey but they sent guys saying they have experience and no survey was done. On the day of move the guy will tell you that you have extra goods to transport and it will not work. If you try to call their office your efforts will fail because no one will pick up
In the stress i arranged for another small veichle at my own cost now the person said he will not load or unloaf anything in that.
Never pay for the premium service i took with handyman becuase the person will tell you we will not fix anuthing new in you new place we will only re assemble the furniture
Only one of the labour was interested to work others were taking break as per their convenience as a result for a 1 bed room they took 6 hours to pack, load items

Pathetic experience from moment go, from leaving a request, following up, waiting endlessly for a call back from the sales team, rude sales team, not listening to clients requirements, interrupting, only to get a booking now that’s done, on to the D-day, the move day, the team arrived 15mins late, the team leader (Azam) was disrespectful to me and my family members, packed everything in a rush without caution, I was sure something would get damaged but no one from the move team heard me and kept doing exactly what they wanted, upon reaching the move in location, team refused to offload until they receive the full payment in cash (blackmail/ransom etc in full swing). After paying the amount, all was offloaded, unpacked, installed, all on a good note, I was informed by Azam that trukker had hired them for our move and does not pay Azam and team for more than 3 months that is why they insist on collecting cash due to a delay in payments from trukker to their contractors. If so, this is hampering and ruining their image in the market. The top management should read this and release all overdue payments to the contractors only then, the clients will end up receiving a good overall experience. I wish I could give minus 5 stars.

It was very nice to see how Trukker took over the process of moving our house last week. The team was well trained and they did a fantastic job with dismantling and assembly! Kudos to their Sales team, Operations team and team on the field who executed our move hassle-free.

This is just a platform for independent movers. It was the typical Dubai experience. The mover pay very little care to your items when packing/unpacking. Most of our stuff was simply jammed into closets. All the cords for our tv were jammed into the back of our tv stand and now the drawers dont close properly. They refused to help set up a small shelf because they didnt take it down and requested more money for what would have been a 10 minute job. Overall not a very good experience. I will just pay more and get a professional company next time.

I saw their Truck and have contacted their call center, the customer service team was very friendly and helped me with the booking. I have received an order confirmation email immediately after I confirmed the booking and also they have a online payment system which makes life easy as you don't have to carry cash with you especially when you are moving. The moving day the crew arrived on time and have completed the job on time or maybe well before my expectation. I have received a tracking link as well from them which I used when we were at the new location to see where the trucks have reached. The reason why I am writing all this is because of the convenience I have received during the move, Trukker is so much into technology and I am really impressed with their service. I would recommend everyone to try Trukker.

Scheduled a moving with Trukker. They deliver the box prior to the moving, so we could start packing. The movers came on time and were very careful about our furniture. The price was cheap and the coordination was superb, the entire team was fantastic, hardworking. Worth a 5 Star Review:)

My Good friend referred them, in not less than a minute I received a call. Accordingly they discuss the requirements very swiftly and came up into agreement for the move date and the package that suits my needs.

On the move dare itself, the team are late for 15 minutes as they cannot find my current location. This situation did not hinders them to perform fast and efficient. I had problems with my move out permits as well and so they reported it promptly to their main office to submit some documents and all went fast.

Overall It was a hassle free moving! And thanks for the discount.:)

Not one to usually write reviews but Trukker deserves a rave. Used them twice.both times (two different crews) were great. No headaches at all, nothing broken, super-hard working. I moved with them twice, once in 2017 and this year, the moment I called them they recognized that I am their existing client and gave me the best possible service. Really terrific people!

Our experience with Trukker was horrible. I usually don't care about writing reviews but this time I don't want anybody to go through this silly experience.
The workers were rude unprofessional and lazy. It took them 15 hrs to move our stuff from dubai to Abu Dhabi.leaving the house at 10pm without anything in its place, nothing hung on the wall.and lots of broken and missing stuff. The broken stuff were hid so we don't notice them. We made a compalin and after a few days they said they'll send someone to inspect. A rude guy came after 4 hrs from the time he was supposed to come.we called again a guy (he says I'm the operational manager) who said we'll send someone else but we never heard from them.
They are unprofessional, rude and they don't have a system.

It's a platform which provides services through various small shifting companies in the region. They only have truckers tshirt when they come to your home for shifting. Most of them are not trained and unskilled to dismantle your furniture.
I got my furniture damaged badly and when I sent pictures of the damage to truckers, all they did was to inform those guys that I have complained. Moreover the guys were trying to repair the things with masking tape. Their team leader went missing and didn't turned up till the time of payment as well.
Link sent by company to give reviews did not worked as they knew that I will be putting all my horrible experiences as many of the things we struggled to find out since they never unpacked all the boxes and while packing they put everything together without categorizing.

I have moved from Abu Dhabi to Dubai using Trukker and I must say it was a stress free move. I have used E-Movers last year and this year thought of using Trukker after I saw their ads on social media. When comparing the services of E-Movers and Trukker, both were great the difference I felt was the price, Trukker provides comparatively cheaper quote which was atleast 40% less than that of E-Movers and received same great service like the one I got an year ago. I have to thank one guy in particular, Tanzeem, he was leading the packers and to my surprise not even a single piece was scratched or broken. I am extremely satisfied and will recommend TruKKer to my friends and family.
