Amazing place ! It has everything you need for a complete recovery of your mind and body ! Sauna , ice bath , compressor , red lights , oxygen camera and the most amazing masseuses ! I felt like a new born. Thanks to the amazing team.

This place is pure magic! Absolutely amazing! The peace and serenity there is one of a kind in Dubai! Best yoga spot in town i am not kidding! I felt like i was back in Bali! The red light was gently warm making it so hard to leave the room when the yin has finished! Absolutely coming back for the next session!

This fitness and recovery place is quite different from other similar ventures, as the staff is clearly focused on delivering high-value customized solutions to each of the clients. Been very impressed with Ely especially, given how patiently he listens and gets to the core of the issue with his advice. Convenient location, competent friendly people, wonderful ambience, and what more, a full suite of high-end equipment and gadgetry to help you stay fit, healthy and glowing, whatever your specific fitness needs. The difference has to be experienced.

I had a great time and enjoyed the intermittent compression therapy boots. It improves the blood circulation and it helps the lymphatic drainage. I feel much better after my first session. Eli is very kind and professional. I'll be back soon. Highly recommended!

The truth is that Truth Yoga has a lot of interesting activities for those that do not practice Yoga.

It was interesting to see different destressing techniques that the company employs, ones that most of their competitors do not have.

I was particularly interested in their compression boot technique which provides good pressure to your legs.

I love sport and last months I have been training very intensely but without the proper recovery. I am really happy that I found Restore Fitness because after the first session I feel a huge difference. The place is really beautiful and people working there have a great knowledge about recovery and stretching.
We did massage with a gun, cryotherapy, stretching, boots with massage and light therapy. After the session I felt so relaxed and my body immediately became less swollen.
I can highly recommend Restore Fitness and I will definitely go there back.

This is one of the best yoga classes I’ve ever been to… the place is really relaxing and the mentors are really professional and friendly.

I finally practiced real yoga in Dubai.
The yoga instructor is very professional and well prepared and she took care of absolutely everyone in the room and corrected the posture. The place is cozy, I highly recommend

The place is quite small but very peaceful since you just step in. Enjoyed vinyasa flow with a bit of meditation at the end. Highly recommend? ‍️?

Ive tried their Recovery compression system, Infrared Theraphy and Muscle Gun (Massage) very relaxing, recharging both my body and mind!

I had a nice experience vaniyasa yoga today with truth yoga? ‍️. The teacher was very professional and I like the peaceful and cosy atmosphere inside this studio. The room was well equipped with all necessary tools. Recommend this studio if you feel lost and depressed or don’t have the balance in your life right now. They will take care of you and provide an excellent class.

If your body needs recovery I highly recommend Restore. They have sooo many different equipment to help you increase blood circulation and reduce muscle pain. My favorite was the compression boots.

The most beautiful studio space I’ve ever taken a class in. The reception makes you feel so relaxed and homely, and it’s very aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The instructor was knowledgeable and very helpful. The class went beyond just movement, smell and sound were involved which added to the relaxation. Would definitely take another class here
