Booked a Mercedes from them. They took 5,000 deposit on top of rent, which they said they will return. It has been 2 months and they have ghosted me on returning the money. Nobody responds, nobody picks my phone, no one answers back on whatsapp either.

Very bad experiences with this company I rented a car after 2 days they turned off that car gps because they wanted to give that car another car that I didn't want. I finally took that car for 1 day in agreement that the car would come back the next day, the owner was very rude and said I would get my money back after 21 days so far I have not had it and he is not responding on my messages I only used their car for 3 days of which the car didn't work for 1 day

They didn’t provide the car I was supposed to get, I gave him the rental in cash when we looked at another car, as I looked closer I didn’t like the car and he refused to pay back the rental cost, he claimed he will take a cancellation cost and return the rest, I told him I will call the police, he said call the police, when I contacted the “boss” Abdullah, he says he don’t know what I’m talking about and that I never gave them any money. REALLY STAY AWAY. Almost all positive comments are made by their friends you can tell by looking at the users. 2850 AED was stolen from me. I have reported to Dubai consumer rights and also tourist police. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEESE GUYS. Ofcourse they both stopped answering my messages and Abdullah blocked my number! Don’t support scammers like these!

We had a horrible experience dealing with Turbo Plus. During the enquiry they are very proactive and fast, however, concluding the service was the worst, they will rip you off on extra charges and they find ridiculous ways for their customers to unable to recover the deposit. Please try to visit their shop before renting online. Worst customer service and owners are very rude!
