Good food, great service in particular by Abrar, good place near the fountains but the music is a little bit high (not the music of the restaurant but the music from the advertising/fountains)

The food was amazing and the service is lovely. We had Abrar as our waiter and he was great, much dedication and hard work. I will definitely come back again.

The food and hospitality is outstanding. Really, the best kebab I had for a long time. Also, I would like to thank Mr. Abrar for his friendliness and kindness to my daughter.

Excellent Turkish Cuisine from a Menu of a vast array of choicest of dishes unique in a its own identity. Turkish Village Restaurant in Festival Center very tasty the most I liked is Ali Nazik meal (first picture) with chicken, and Iskandar kebab is delicious but I prefer chicken Those who love meat will love them for sure fresh food and clean and the price is reasonable, who loves Turkish food Don’t Miss it Nice atmosphere and friendly service. They serve tea in paper cup.

Biggest rip off! Not worth for single penny that you spend there. Service is horribly slow, food is served cold, hospitality is zero. There are plenty of Turkish restaurants in UAE with better service, excellent hospitality and good quality food served hot. They don’t even deserve a star rate.
For my Turkish friend simit with only cheese is 28 dirham+!

Got attracted to this restaurant through the advertising posters all across DFC mall. And was eager to go there. Ambience is nice but food is terrible. Service is also poor. They dumped the starters and main course together on the table. Drinks were full of sugar syrup though we've requested sugar free due to diabetes but nobody cared.finally we paid quietly and went to opposite Chinese restaurant.

Amazing food with a beautiful view of marina outside. Service was friendly and great with little kids. We'll be back for sure

But i had a really bad experience with staff service.

The restaurant located with beautiful view of Dubai. Foods are delicious and on time with friendly staff. Personally I visited with family and friends at all times. I can recommend to visit and feel the warm atmosphere.

Food and ambience is very good. For me, it is bit pricey as I normally dont go for costly restaurants but it is worth for the price.

Food was okay, but at the upper level a Turkish man who was serving us with a dull non smiling face and when we where leaving he didn’t even care to say goodbye

I’ve been there today in the Mall branch. The food is great but the stuff was not nice at all. I came just to have the lunch and the lady in reception desk looked at me like you’re in the wrong place (it’s because I’ve been alone?) I felt really uncomfortable. Not warm atmosphere as everyone says at all. If someone knows, is it only for families? Not designed for singles?

The restaurant is located in a beautiful place in Dubai and also the view from the second floor is marvelous. And also thanks for the elevator 'cause when old people come they do not go up the stairs. Overall my experience was great in Turkish village.

One of the best restaurants in Dubai. The location is marvelous just infront of Jumeirah Beach Hotel next to Burj Al Arab. I visited with my parents along with the group going to Umrah (Saudi Arabia) organized by Halal Travel. We were welcomed in a very friendly way by the restaurant staff serving very much delicious foods. I on behalf of our group would like to deliver our sincere gratefulness and gratitude to Mr. Nodirbek (Restaurant Manager) since he welcomed us vey friendly in a professional manner and suggested us their delicious menu. Thank you Mr. Nodirbek, I will definitely suggest your restaurant to my friends and relatives who want a professional service with delicious cuisine.

I finally tried ordering some of their famous plates through home delivery today, loved it
Bread is freshly baked and so soft, hot tasty lentil soup, the food is rich and full of flavors, chicken rap was great as well.
Meat is perfectly cooked.
I am looking forward to din in the restaurant soon.
This is definitly the best turkish restaurant ever tried till today, far better than many other restaurants that do not offer you the authentic real food of Turkey.
Give it a visit, its a nice place for family and groups, or try ordering via any food app.you do use.

The food was delicious especially kapap. They serve tea for free also the appetizers were free. It is the best choice to eat grills in Dubai.

I have had turkish coffee only. 15 AED is just ok for a small cup. It was not the best coffee I have had because I like it more spicy. But the presentation was the best I have ever seen, very eyecatching and special.

It used to be great value for money but they just changed their menu and increased the prices to almost double considering that quantity has been reduced.
I am a regular customer - used to be - and know most of the dishes. The economic options the owner mentioned are not on the menu any more

I had a very interesting experience with the waiters. They will remove your plate while you are eating. Never will visit it again. That was a terrible experience. They have no manners and training.

When there for a private invite. There was a big buffet that was served. I usually love their food. The food served then was really cold and bland. It was more off out of the menu stuff. For a private invite it could have been better. One time thing for me now.

The food and everything tastes nice.

Except the drinks like tea and juice take long time to come and i wish the service improves

We had a wonderful time and a great dinner at this restaurant. The staff is so friendly. Special thanks to sales executive Firuz (Rakhmonov) for making us feel at home with his wonderful attitude and hospitality and to our amazing waitresses. Yes, highly recommend!

We discovered this amazing restaurant while walking in Dubai festival city mall. What an amazing experience. The food choice was huge and the menu was very well presented with lots of pictures. The food was served very quickly and tasted very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend that you leave room for DESERT!

Food looks Turkish but not the tast, overpriced, poor tast and there is a smell in the meat.

Food was OK but still not justifying the price we paid. The main item we ordered was the one meter Kibbab. It came with only some grilled tomatoes and chili and raw onions (not grilled). We were expecting more side dishes to come with this signature huge item. Service was very slow. Although there wasn't much people (only 2 or 3 tables were busy), still we have to ask two or three times for the waiter to bring the water or the bread. The place is clean. Staff were polite. All in all, I'll go again there only if I'm in the mood to spend some extra Derhams.

Was tempted to try this place while roaming around in dubai festival city, after seeing their large indoor and outdoor seating area.
The place is pretty spacious and ambience was perfect. Totally loved the interiors.
We started our meal with turkish mezze platter and konye bread with meat
Quantity and quality of mezze platter was too bad.
Konye bread was crispy and flavorful.
For mains we had Iskender chicken and abu ghanooj chicken. Portion size was good for both the mains, but not worth the money.
Staffs were rude and not attentive at all even though there were not many customers
Ordered for room temperature water and they served chilled water and was not even ready to replace with room temp water
All i can say is they are overpriced for the service they provide

Superbly Happy with the service rendered by Gorkhan at Festival City. Attention to detail plus you can see how Genuine and he took great pride in his work. I'm from Singapore and we always emphasize on Service and Quality and Gorkhan just blew me away.

One of the best meals I ever had in Dubai. The food was fabulous. Little bit overpriced but one of the best Turkish food I ever had.

Good ambience restaurant with great food and services. Excellent location between the DIFC Mall court and the creek waters. Menue with long list of Arabic & Turkish delicious food options including Turkish sweets and icecream. Reasonably priced for the quality.

Has good view of the Bayside and the water and light show. Although, you'd get a better view from an outlet at the upper level.

Horrible. You have to pay 45AED for bread! Small & cheap selection for breakfast (e.g. Butter instead of fresh cream for honey, high price for tea). Server have attitude problems. Save your money & go to MADO for half price & double quality.

الغريب في الامر اني طلبت كولا مع كوبين لكن الموظف رفض يعطيني كوب زياده يكون فيه ثلج. اول مره في حياتي اشوف غباء في الكستمر سيرفس يوصل لهذي الدرجه شو رايكم تحطون في المنيو كوب مع ثلج 5 دراهم. على العموم الصحون والاكواب اللي على الطاولة جداً وصخة انصح اول ما تجلس على الطاولة تطلب تغييرهم. تجربة فاشلة ولكن الاكل زين

This place is large, and it require many staff to look after the customers, but even if there are few customers, still the service is slow, and the waiters are not available to attend, because they are having their breakfast, which is after the opening hours, they suppose to have their breakfast prior to opening time, not after.
The tables are too close to each other, no privacy almost. The food is tasty, the meal size is enough, but the prices are high, thanks for the flowing tea, and bread.

Good except when they have a buffet. Big queues, no variety in buffet. On the other hand their à la carte menu is really good and price reasonable. Outdoor sitting in good weather is also nice. Indoors a bit too noisy for me

اول واخر مرة ادخل هذا المطعم في حياتي. بالنسبة للاكل جميل جداً لكن اتعس شيء في المطعم الموظفين سيئين جداً وتعرضت لموقفين في المطعم من قبل الموظفين للاسف عطاني انطباع جداً سيء للاسف حيث يصنف الموقف من ضمن قائمة قلت الأدب. اتمنى لو يعاد النظر في موظفين المطعم.

The waiter and manager at DFC, had really bad attitude towards the people wanting them to leave early, so that he can seat other people
To the extent that after we left our table he held his hand up thanking God that we left the table.
Even though there were many other tables empty
I will not go there any more, as he made us feel un-welcomed

المكان ممتاز. يتألف من ثلاث طوابق الطابق الارضي 90 بالمئه مغطاه. و10 بالمئه خارجي. الطابق الثاني 75 مغطاة. و 25 في الهواء الطلق. الطابق الثالث 100 بالمئة في الهواء الطلق. الطعام ممتاز الخدمه ممتازه العاملين بشوشين ومتعاونين. الاسعار مبالغ فيها.

Good location, good food. Nice view on the fountain and the decor of the place is nice too.

I wouldn’t recommend the sea food in this place unfortunately as the taste was less than average but the other dishes were good and I would surely recommend the place
