The first time we ever used a nanny service on holiday in Dubai. All I can say is Giselle is absolutely awesome. She was 100% every minute of her time with our kids. We had a 4 year old 2 year old and a new born. She was on point for everything. Nothing seemed as though it was too much. She was always there to help and it genuinely would not have been a holiday without her help. If you need a nanny that just knows what to do and is super friendly to your kids then GISELLE is the nanny you are looking for. A massive thank you for doing such an amazing job. I will without a shadow of a doubt be using her again.

We really enjoyed the first experience with Twinkle. From the moment we’ve contacted them to after job was done. Not to mention that Sanoopa, our nanny, was amazing and really caring with our little one. She was very interested in learning and engaging with our son and his routine. He was so happy with her and it made us happy too. We are definitely contacting them next time needed!

Very unprofessional, been waiting for a quote from them for a week. They send a bunch of questions and then don't reply. As if the prices are something that needs to be hidden.

New mother of twins - after a couple of week using the same nurse I inquired about entering a monthly contract as I was happy with the care the nurse was giving. Since I made this enquiry I ran into a number of issues.
1) the nurse stated she needed help with the twins as one of my baby’s was sick. In which case I was never informed of this when the nurse left the house in the morning! If my baby required medical attention I should have been informed. I then took my daughter to king hosptial to be told by the dr that there is nothing wrong with her.
2) after this issue I went back to the management as put it down to miscommunication and asked to enter into a monthly contract. Since there was no financial Benifit for booked 4 week or 1 day I decided to decline the monthly contract and pay as your go. And since this I have received “the nurse is not available” which is no issue, I then go on to ask please let me know when she is available at 11am. By 10pm I still not recieved any updates as when I asked for the third time I was told the nurse i was using is not longer available as she’s entered a monthly contract.

Previously to this also twinkle sent a fill in nurse from my usual and made the booking difficult saying “you should only use 1 nurse your comfortable with” and made me second guess the booking. I said no this is fine just please with someone that has twin experience. To my suprise when the nurse come in the evening she had 0! Twin experience and I sat in the nursery all night helping her with the babies. So it defeated the purpose of the booking!

Seems like this company cares more about the finical gains rather then the care to the babies

Fantastic service! I’m very happy that I decided to take the night nurse for my newborn baby. Jeddy is very professional, gentle and kind. She shared with me many tips also regarding the breastfeeding as she’s lactation consultant! I strongly recommend Twinkle!

I recently had the pleasure of having Sammy from Twinkle Home Health Care take care of me and I must say, he truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment he walked in the door, he radiated kindness and professionalism.

He made sure to explain every procedure and medication he administered and made sure I was informed and comfortable with everything. I hired a child care nurse from Twinkle Home Healthcare to help me with my 2 year old daughter during a one week vacation in Dubai.
I am a mother who takes care of her baby alone without help, hence I am picky and don't trust easily.
Rubylita Garcia was immediately able to build a positive relation with Maria. Not only she masters great communication & care for toddlers, she is very trustworthy, and on top of things. Ruby is always alert around the kid/baby, never late for her shifts, she's gifted & professional.
Lucky is the parent who is able to get her support. I was able to leave Maria with her in playgrounds & in playing areas in the malls like Magic Planet. Thanks to her I was able to enjoy my vacation. If I go again I wouldn't pick anyone else to support me with my toddler. Thank you Ruby I'm grateful.

We’re a very picky and so hard to satisfy couple when it comes to our baby. I hired Ruby from Twinkle Home Health Care to help us take care of our child during my stay in Dubai and she was beyond the level of our expectations. It is unbelievable how fast she invaded the heart of our Karen from their first encounter, she also gained our confidence and admiration for the great job she did. I used Twinkle Care for nanny help with my 1-year old son for a few weeks. The lady who came (Maribelle) was incredible. She was so attentive and kind to my son (he absolutely loved her) and also punctual and understandings of my needs. A very trustworthy company with a seamless payment experience. Will definitely use again in the future:)

Micheele she is the best nanny that I have know. She takes the children out, she doesn't exist to get wet with them, she prepares food for them and takes care of them very very well. She even did my dishes. I have a high-risk pregnancy and she really replaced me, I am very satisfied. When she's here I don't hesitate to fall asleep and leave her alone with the children because I trust her. I felt comfortable with her. She also gave me advice since I am sick.

Amazing service, highly professional. I had Rubylita as a caregiver/baby sitter for my 1 year old for 6 straight hours and she's amazing, very gentle, nice and engaging with my little one and follows all the instructions I leave for her. My kid is very happy whenever she comes.

I’m having a great experience - I find the service so valuable and the staff are wonderful. Every time we’ve booked so far we have had Giselle and my 7 month old son adores her, she’s great with him and I feel very comfortable leaving him alone with her. Thank you guys! Highly recommend
