Two Seasons Hotel & Apartments

Very low service and the beds are not clean , bad smell all over the floor and the rooms are full of dirts , the bathroom toilet broken all the day keep bleeding out the water , slow service !
I take apartment with two rooms two bathroom kitchen, dust is full , the blanket smells like smoke, no one answering the calls , people sleeping on the floor in the lobby, all the corridors smells like kitchen . NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

شقق فندقية جميلة تقع بمدينة دبي للإنترنت، يضم مبنى الفندق 40 طابق ويشمل على مواقف مجانية للسيارات متعددة الأدوار، الشقق الفندقية تم تجديدها زأصبح المكلن جميل وراقي، اللوبي يحتوي على مطعم نولدز هاوس وكذلك ستاربكس ومطعم سوشي كافيه وكذلك سوبر ماركت يعمل على مدار الساعة، وكءلك يوجد صالون حلاقة رجالي وآخر نسائي، من بعد تجربة السكن في تو سيزونز حيث شعرت بالراحة وكذلك يتميز الفندق بحجم الغرف المناسب وكذلك حجم الصالة، وأسعار الفندق دائما ما تكون مناسبة مقارنة ببقية الأسعار في دبي.

We were at the hotel this New Year's Eve and we loved it. The staff were friendly and professional. Especially Mr. Rudra.person 5*. Our children loved the playground and the pools. Our suite had a great view of the Burj Al Arab and the Burj Khalifa.
Being close to the metro is great for not having to use the car so much.
We will be back soon.

Great hotel, with nice restaurants, GYM and squash courts. Thanks for organizing a squash Tournament (on UAE National Day). The hotel administration supported the Tournament with great prizes and nice hospitality. Thank you very much from all of participants!

The hotel apartment is currently in full occupancy. The hotel location is great with the metro station adjacent to it. Plenty of car parking on multi storey car parking. There is also a hotel shuttle bus to kite beach.

Having said all the above, we felt that the hotel management/staff should be more vigilant on the safety of the people staying at the hotel. In view of the rising cases and to protect the safety of all, we noticed there are people who do not wear face masks at all within the hotel premises and none of the staff are doing anything. We have raised the issue to the hotel management but unfortunately nothing was done.

The hotel was lovely! All the staff was very friendly. The cusine of the hotel is something that you have to try. The heated pool and jacuzzi where a bonus for our stay, we enjoyed it daily.

Do not book this hotel!
Elevators take forever and if you go to reception for something you wait over an hour in a queue just to get assistance!
The rooms curtains are broken, so the rooms are dark!
We accidentally left two bottles of alcohol there. Rang them they said they would keep it for us. Then we go there to pick it up and said they threw it out! Bad customer service! We’re giving one star for the Hotel as there were lovely cleaners at this Hotel! They were the only good thing about this Hotel!

The stay is awesome and I'm really thankful to the staff especially Lagan, Mary, Rasel, Bikash & Rodha. They have been nothing but efficient and kind to me.
If you're planning to stay in Dubai, I'd definitely recommend this hotel:)

Nice and spacious hotel apartments next to Dubai metro station
I visited this apartments almost 10 years ago when was operated by Gloria Hotels and still finds it a nice choice for staying at Dubai with its facilities and family welcoming mode

Clean room and bathroom.
All equipment like hairdryer, microwave, fridge, etc.are in place and well functioning. Gym and pool included.
Very close to the Dubai Internet City metro station, some 2 minutes.
Very helpful staff.

لكن المشكلة اخذو مبلغ تأمين عند الدخول وانا دافع عن طريق البوكنق وقالو ترجع لك بعد اربع ايام وللحين مارجعت

I made the booking two weeks before traveling and paid in advance. I arrived to the hotel at midnight and after waiting for more than an hour, they told me that the reserved apartments are not available and then we have been given smaller apartments which were not enough for us with the kids, they promised extra beds which were not granted.we went to bed at 3: 30 am. I had to sleep with my kids on one bed! We couldn't unpack because we moved to another apartment the next day. A lot of stress was experienced during this event. The funny thing they wanted to charge me some extra charges called "Municipal fees" instead of making it up for me.

Très bon service très bon hôtel. Mention spéciale pour Ayoub au top toujours aux petits soins. Merci à tous. On reviendra!

It’s alright. I like the fast elevators, clean room, daily cleaning services, lounge is spacious and well designed. Right beside the metro station. City view is pretty.
Breakfast place is a 2/5.

Really the worst Hotel, I had in Dubai since 10 years. No roomservice at 2 days from 11: 00 a.m. When I left to 07: 00 p.m. When I arrived again. The elevators stopped from 27th floor to lobby up to 10 times and nobody was there. Nobody controlled the wearing of covid protection masks. There were plates with food rests more than 48h at the floor. No separated shower in the bath room, with a sink and it's broken cover in front of the tub, you had to climb in for a shower. Hit it several times painfully by climbing out of the tub. Two small beds instead of a queen sized bed. TV programm 95% just arabic. A kitchen in an appartement! Without a cooking facility, less plates, And, and and.no, sorry never ever a 4 star Hotel!

Quite and comfortable Hotel Apartment. Some of the rooms have Great views of Dubai city. Room service at his best. Safety and security top notch. You feel premium.

We have been living at hotel apartments in Dubai for some years and Two Seasons really stands out. Here the service is tailored, I mean by that, any kind of personal requirement we have had was attended with special care. We highly recommend this hotel if you would like to be treated as part of a family.

Good price for accommodation. The location is ok, the hotel is very close to the metro. A grocery store is nearby. Nice and large pool. No alcohol on offer.

Internet city branch, Very poor treatment from the staffs especially the securities. My friend was just sitting in the lobby for an hour and the security approached him to get out of the lobby otherwise he will call cid! How on Earth you will call a police on someone just sitting on the lobby for an hour! Btw The hotel is amazing and have great amenities, it's just the staffs aren't nice at all.

الفندق موقعه جيد جدا جنبه جمعيه و محطه الميترو و فيه مواقف للسيارات داخليه و خارجيه قريبه و محيط بالكثير من الخدمات، عجبني وجود العاب لللاطفال و و حمام السباحه فيه مياه حاره للشتاء، الشقه بغرفتين نوم كانت جيده و الصاله كانت كبيره و المطبخ جيد، لكن الي ما عجبني بالشقه انها مظلمه و واضح ان الشقه مستهلكه لكن بشكل عام جيده

المطعم والمسبح في الدور الثامن.
سرير النوم غير مريح
أغلب الغرف فيها صالة مع مطبخ والصوفة تتحول إلى سرير
النظافة ممتازة الحمام واسع ويوجد شطاف.
الغرف نظيفة.
الدور ٤٠ لرجال الأعمال مع إطلالة رائعة ومطعم خاص لهم والدور ٤١ فيه غرف تدريب.
اللوبي واسع ويحتوي على بقالة وعدة متاجر وصالون حلاقة وصرافة نقود.

All you can hear is noise from the main road, never any hot water, constant smell of smoke, walls are like paper, their service and staff are good, but not enough make up for all it's short comings! Steer clear, not worth it for the money you pay.

Don’t stay here. Bad internet. The key cards don’t work. And if you need it fixed, expect to stay in long line and wait until everyone in front of you is registered. Because they don’t have a quick way to fix it. Annoying beyond belief!

Terrible internet! I could not make 1 successful FaceTime call. This hotel is located in the “internet city? ”

They charged me at least 200 Dirhams on the booking and when I asked them, they said its the fees of currency transfer. I recommend not to deal with them.

The worst hotel experence!
Check in process takes too long time. They can not find your booking. We waited 2 hours so they find our booking. I have booked and paid 1 month ago. Staff does not care about your complains.

They do not care and listen to you even when you are right. In rooms telephone charges are different from their system in reception. During checkout they give you totally different price and it is 5 times more expensive than room written prices. Manager didn’t want to listen us but after our complain to reception many times they contacted telephone operator company. After 3 hours - we waited too long - they gave us our money back. But there was no apologies.

We had health issues with my wife and Ambulance came 2 times during our visit. No staff member has asked if everything ok with us. They do not have any care for customers. As my wife was ill we decided to check out one night before of our planned departure. Head Manager at Guest relations told us that we can contact our tour agency and ask for 1 night refund. After complains, i guess they realized their cold relationship with hotel guests. But after coming to our home, tour agency told that hotel does not want to give money back. Shame on you. I did not expect this from this hotel. Breakfast quality was bad compared to other years in this hotel. Rooms were repaired but noice is too much from outside. It is annoying and you can not sleep at night. Still there was no explanation from hotel side and there was no apologies.
