Do not remit money from UAE exchange at all i had transferred money on 25th march 2020 to proceed with online transfer when i tried doing it the online application was under maintenance since 25th march till date its under maintenance and i i did not get the refund of my money till date during such crucial situation where we all are in need of money.the call center also admitted that they have funding issues so please be careful DO NOT REMIT ANY MONEY FROM UAE EXCHANGE.

I did online money transfer on 3rd march and it is not credited to my bank account in India, two weeks back luckily i got connect with their customer service team for online money transfer and they lodge my complain # 4278473 and told me my money will be refunded but as of today 31/03/2019 i didn't receive my money back and when i try to call their CS no one picking-up, yesterday i was in the line for 59 minute no one answered and today 10 minute no one answered.
#UAE Exchange team please verify my complain number and comeback to me ASAP.

Terrible company do not deal with the have had my money for over 5 weeks and promised me a refund over a week ago which has not happened they do not reply to emails and when you can speak to someone they lie to you

Terrible service at Dubai Mall branch.

I went today and the employee Edwin was extremely impolite and lacking the minimum interest to serve customers. When I expressed my unsatisfactory experience, his reaction was a bad attitude.

The story is that I'm travelling and I exchanged money from DUBAI MALL. The notes that I exchanged were old, I asked politely for new ones.and here the attitude and impatience from Edwin started. He was sarcastic in a meen way and he refused to try to change it. I told him that I'm not happy with that. But his answers were either to cancel the exchange or to complaint.

Very bad experience and I didn't expect it in Dubai Mall at all.

I will never visit this branch again.

Horrendous, horrendous experience
DO NOT touch this joke outfit with a barge pole
They do not reply to any emails (I sent over 100 of the same one and no response to any)
The customer service staff lie, they promise to call you but don’t. Managers don’t follow up with a call either. Still waiting my refund because of a bungled attempt to transfer money to U. K.was told it was the intermediary bank issue. Oh, and it takes an average 10-15 mins to get through to some goon who wouldn’t know customer service if it bit him on his @$$

Worst Experience
Myself Jabid Anzeer (0028978415702147), I regret to inform all that after all my transactions with UAE Exchange, i just received only 25 Dhs voucher.
While i am starting this online account one of their customer service agent confirmed that, for my 1st transaction of above 1000 Dhs i will receive a voucher of 100 Dhs.so please in future don't give a false promotions

Pretty bad customer service. The employees doesn't know how to handle customer queries. The manager is worse than the staff and not properly trained. No queue management systems, no etiquette. Was surprised to see that employees (and the manager) are least bothered about the way they carry about the work, treating the clients with contempt. Wouldn't return to this branch.

Very badly managed customers service. Absolutely poor quality staff. No sence of greeting towards client. I have been there many times with the hope of better service but always got disappointed. Long queue, no queue management systems. You must be ready to spend 30 minute even if there is only one client before you. Staff need training.

Even the staff are very nice they should be trained in proper filling of there customers accounts and they should inform first about their policy when it comes to so called "loyalty card" introducing that card from the beginning without knowing that it has a 10 aed charge.

I was using their services for a quite long.quite at later stage, i found that their exchange rates are less than the others and then I stopped using their services.
