Took the money and did not deliver on Valentine’s day. They don’t answer the phone and they don’t answer on WhatsApp. They are thieves. Avoid.

Why u did not deliver my order yesterday?u ruin my valentina! Bad service! I sent an email many times to follow up my order but im not getting any response from u! Stop lying to ur customers!

Extreme bad experience, unprofessional, their customer relation manager is just a job title in this place.will never order from this shop again.

Always exceed expectations, delivery exactly on time as instructed and flowers same as picture.

Would not recommend using UAE Flowers at all. The bouquet sent does not match the picture on the website. Customer service is absolutely terrible, and the agent is copying and pasting the same email back. Total embarrassment if using to send a gift.

Bouquet is far different from the picture in the website. They could’ve informed me so I can change the order for a better quality but they didn’t. So embarrassed to see what my friend received.: (

They delivered rhe flowers a day before the due date (Valentines day) and the flowers were already stale and starting to go brown, very disappointing and not worth what I paid for them

Ordered a bouquet of flowers from the UK, delivered an hour after my order, very impressed and the recipient loved them, definitely will be using again!

Worst customer service ever. I requested 2 days ahead and got confirmation to receive flowers before 11am which is time of ending working hours to my colleague, but i received 12: 30pm and the lady waited and had to follow up for her own birthday flowers! And i was following up since 9am and all i received were lame excuses. Horrible. Never again.

WE had another fantastic experience using UAE Flowers. We remembered late in the day in Australia that it was Diwali and quickly made an order. It was delivered within 4 hours to our extended family in Dubai.
I highly recommend this service.

I am satisfied with the service. It is also nice that the back order was delivered without extra delivery costs. Same day delivery. A bit on the pricey side though.

The flowers were sadly for condolences and the person had passed away from COVID19 in Philippines, thus meant the actual cremation time/date was not known until the morning, the flowers were perfect and delivered quickly and with sympathy which was very nice to receive, hopefully i will order again but for a more happier occasion. The worst and the most unprofessional service I have ever seen or imagined in my life. Very expensive, lying about delivery (confirmed delivered while it is not) and above all out of reach and lack of responsiveness (all contact numbers are not working). Seems like a scam. Please avoid this

I would never ever recommend anyone to order flowers here. The delivery slot I chose was from 10: 00 till 18: 00, and I asked beforehand to deliver asap as it was for the birthday. Result: they delivered at 21: 00, during the day they several times promised to deliver in 20-30 mins, and at some point, they just stopped answering phone calls and messages.

I have been ordering flower from UAE Flowers since January 2021. Excellent customer service and prompt delivery. If you ever have any issues with your order, they will take care of it immediately. I recommend this company 100%.

I requested a blue bouquet but a purple one was delivered without informing me of the difference (ribbon also missing). The flowers were partially wilted and when I informed the agent of this, they refused to accept this and mentioned that I was only trying to find errors.

However, where the "signature" is supposed to state my name, they also wrote the word "signature" on the card which made it less special. When I asked why they couldn't at least call me or message me to arrange for a different bouquet they said it's because of COVID, which is not an excuse to avoid calling a customer (I was even in frequent messages with them and they never disclosed this!)

I paid 400+ Dirhams for the flowers and unfortunately, it didn't quite cut the standards I had hoped for. I do hope they improve their customer service in the future and ask about changing the bouquet. They also had no intention to make this right. Unfortunately, I've been to better florists in the past, so cannot recommend this one.

I sent a lovely flowers bouquet to my sister in Abu Dhabi and I live in London. UAE Flowers were super quick and nice. I ordered the night before and she was able to receive it first thing in the morning.
Their customer service is also available on whatsapp and they are very helpful.

I ordered the 'all is fair in love' flowers from this company and as you can see from the image they look great with the pink, red and white. When they came they looked tired and there was no pink in site. False advertising in my opinion and when you're paying almost 300 AED for flowers. I queried this with their 'customer support team' which is non existent and recevied a short rude reply.

I am completely satisfied with the reliable and professional service provided. I would definitely recommend this company for online purchases in the UAE.

I have ordered flower for my wife on her birthday. Their stupid delivery guy called my wife to ask for address even if they have open address in order. They ruined the surprise, pure amateurs;

Pink and white are two colors that together generate a look of pure grace and sophistication. This floral arrangement makes the most of that look, combining white chrysanthemums, pink roses and pink carnations in a cube vase with.of course.a pink and white ribbon. 20 White Chrysanthemums, 6 Pink Carnation and 5 Pink Rose. You will see the difference on the below pictures. They sent this flowers instead. Very poor service and rude staff. Definitely will not recommend to my friends and colleagues.

Very fast & easy process to order flowers online. I recently ordered flowers for a friend of mine in Abu Dhabi. Within several hours, the flowers had been successfully delivered to my friend's office, and I received email updates throughout the process. I was worried about ordering, since I live in the U. S, but the process was extremely easy. Most importantly, the flowers looked beautiful and my friend enjoyed receiving them.

Very bad experience, flowers were ductaped togother in the vase which caused mold to grow after three days. This is the first time I see mold growth on flowers. They are not cheap and for what.a bad arrangement without any sense of beauty.

Terrible Customer service and awful quality flowers.

I ordered flowers for Valentines Day by selecting a picture on the website. Upon receiving the flowers they were totally different from the picture. The flowers sent were more like funeral flowers than Valentines Day flowers.

When I complained they refunded the money then they deducted the money again a month later.
When calling to ask why I spoke to an extremely rude man who was very unhelpful.

I do not recommend this company at all.
I highly recommend blocking your cards if purchasing from this company in case they charge your account any further in the future.

I ordered flowers from them and received a confirmation stating that the flowers would be delivered on the same day by 10pm. The delivery driver decided to deliver the flowers at 1am in the morning. I called the next day and even though their terms and conditions state that I'm entitled to a refund if the flowers are not delivered on time, they still refused to issue a refund. They told me that a refund would have to be deducted from the drivers salary. Their representative tried to guilt me into accepting credit to the same value as the original purchase, which wouldn't be deducted from the driver salary.

Despicable customer service. I will never use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Awful! Ordered flowers, not delivered been 5 days now. They can not be reached by phone easily (still haven't gotten through). I can't call no service bad because it's non-existent. You may risk losing your money.

If you order online! You have to call them and check how many stems the order should have! Pictures online are meanigless and when they state 450AED for 30 Lililes, what they really means 30 flowers on 10 stems! So very cheap online 50aed/stem for a Liliy! Makes sense, no, judge for yourself.

POOR SERVICE DELIVERY. I received my flowers at 9 in the evening. My partner have ordered it a day before the Valentines Day. They delivered it on 14th February at 9 in the evening. You can't get through to the mobile number given, they don't answer!

Good service, nice choices, on time but slavishly you have to enter the details of a repeat recipient each time which they say they 'cannot' change (?). I've gone to another supplier as a result who have this facility and their service has been excellent.

Called the hotline. Promised to try and delivery within 5pm in Abu Dhabi, it was delivered at around 3: 30pm. Order was placed at 1: 15pm. Great job done. Super!

Ordered Flowers, a teddy bear, and a chocolate cake for my mother on Valentines day, and was promised that the order was to be delivered on the same day. At first, I did not receive any confirmation email on my order, however money was taken from my bank account. I called to inform them of the missing confirmation email, and was told that the order was not processed because they cant deliver cakes on valentines day, so I had to ask for a refund for the cake only. To my surprise, on the day that followed, I tracked my order only to find it not under process or confirmation so I HAD to call again to confirm the order. The customer service assistant who answered was disrespectful as he kept interrupting me and speaking in a way that implied that I was lacking any form of intelligence.yet I gave them the benefit of the doubt because i figured its valentines day and it could have been very stressful to deal with the orders, so I asked for the confirmation email and got it when it should have been sent the first time I called. I asked about the estimated delivery time (3-4 hrs). The order was placed at 11 in the morning and no order was received not only by the promised time, but it was never received at all up till now. I've tried contacting them countless of times after this but it seems like they're blocking calls. I'm also still trying to get a full refund as i've not received the order.

Worst service ever! I ordered flowers on the 12th of Feb to be delivered on the 14th, and they argued that this date might be an issue because it's valentine's Day and they can't guarantee delivery but it's going to happen on the 13 or 14. Of course the flowers were not delivered on either of those dates and the surprise was ruined, and the funny thing is, they didn't answer the number advertised on their site all day until finally they switched the phone off! Seriously, this place is the worst ever and you are better off picking your own flowers from a gas station instead of having to deal with this garbage
