ubec specialty coffee roasters

I happened upon Ubec Coffee Roasters by chance when I googled coffee roasters near me. I visited the guys who were in the middle of experimenting with coffee at the time. I've got to admit, it was great chatting with the boys with their amazing knowledge of all things coffee, and seeing their business as it gets off the grounds (there is a pun in there if you look hard enough).

I couldn't wait to try their coffee - and it didn't disappoint. I've got the Santa Ines from Brazil, and Beloya from Ethiopia (which I've not yet tried - I'm waiting until the Santa Ines is gone before I open the Beloya). The coffee was roasted 10 days before I opened it, which is supposed to be right in the window for maximum enjoyment (not too fresh, and not too old).

I will certainly be popping round again to get some coffee and I can't wait to explore the different variations they have.

Have you thought about a coffee subscription boys? Because, well.sign me up.
