مستوى الخدمة نزل عن السابق طلب سيارة أجرة من أوبر فأتصلت على السائق فرد علي أنه سيأتي بعد نصف ساعة. فألغيت الرحلة عن طريق موقع أوبر المتواصل مع السائق فأتفاجأ في اليوم الذي بعده مباشرة برسالة في الإيميل أنه عليك 13درهم لإلغائي الرحلة.

I have took Uber from Dubai to Sharjah airport this week the app showed the cost will be 110 DHS my first surprise was that the driver have been in the country only 3 and half month so he put the GBS to go to Sharjah airport will with some one who had to go to such location missed the exit to enter the sharjah airport he had to take a long detour to get back to sharjah airport exit.whe i finally arrive and thanks god I have early check in and had my boarding pass i burly made it on time for my flight
the second surprise what that I was charge 55 DHS extra for the driver mistake i wrote to Uber about this incident and that i should not be charge extra for their driver mistake and of course no respond to my mail and complain I will not ever use uber again will never recommend any one to use uber they simply don't care about their customers

Drivers are misusing mask regulation to "punish" clients for not tipping them or leaving bad star ratings. Today we took an Uber who, thinking that we were unassuming tourists, took us on a detour before dropping us off. We left a bad star rating and asked for a refund on the amount that the driver cheated us out of by taking a longer route. We wore a mask the whole way, while the driver only put it on half way through the trip. But to get back at us for the complaint, he lied and filed a complaint about us not wearing a mask. Absolutely gross misuse of a rule that is supposed to protect people.

I always use Careem and never have an issue. For some reason I used Uber one time, forgot my work ID badge. I was able to call the driver once through a connection line where she confirmed she has my ID and will message me her location to pick it up and then we hung up. Little did I know, it’s not her actual number and I was not able to call her again the app wouldn’t allow it. I put in many requests to give her my phone number to call me and I have not heard from her. Uber called me from (04) 873 4800 later in the day with a terrible attitude almost half asleep operator and no signal. Issue not resolved. This never happens with careem! Please if someone from Uber sees this I need the number of the driver Her name is Maribel!

Very bad service. I had a major issue with a driver.
Very difficult to talk to call centre. After that they turned out to be worse than the driver!

I lost my car keys with a driver who confirmed he has them when I contacted him through the app, who also confirmed that he has got my number and will contact me to agree on a meeting location "never did". For some reason I couldn't connect with the driver again and the app just keeps sending me these useless automated msgs that they're trying to resolve this issue for almost a month now. I've been using Uber for years now and never faced such neglect with solving a very simple matter.

تجربتي سيئه مع اثنين من توصيل المشاوير تم إلغاء المشوار من قبلهم دون مبرر بعد مادفعت عن طريق الابل بي ووصلهم المبلغ ألغوووه كيف استرد المبالغ مع العلم انو واحد منهم دفعت له ٩٠ ريال بعدها عدل على المبلغ ١٥ مادري ممكن عشان ياخذ الباقي

السلام عليكم

تعرض حسابي في تطبيق أوبر للاختراق عبر رسائل الصندوق الوارد داخل التطبيق ومفاد الرسالة أن لديك عروض ترويجية بإسم (أوبر بونص) نروجو قبولها

وبعد قبولها تم إيقاف الحساب وتحديث بياناتي وإغلاق التطبيق ولم أستطع الدخول واستعادة الحساب

تمت مراجعة مكتب أوبر في الرياض ولم يتم إستعادة الحساب ولم تتم خدمتي والآن أريد من المكتب الرئيسي للشرق الأوسط خدمتي في استعادة الحساب والعودك إلى العمل

أرجو التواصل معي لكي أزودكم بالمعلومات المطلوبة

I am trying very hard to contact an Uber company in Dubai to file a complaint, due to the withdrawal of an amount from my account
From my bank card for a trip that took place yesterday in Amsterdam and I live in Dubai, which means that the application is not safe, and it is known that no one can use Uber without the Uber application that contains the user's information, so the person who used that trip is known to Uber and he is a thief and he must be prosecuted Within the law.

Uber eats doesn't deserve even 1 star. Really bad delivery, i waited for my delivery in ibn battuta mall and received a call at 10.11 pm from 042409503. Really rude guy. He literally fought with me. Seems to be Uber eats paid for my food. I don't recommend this again, Guy who called me don't even know how to respect their customers, I don't know how can I explain my experience with uber eats. That was my last order from them.

One time, I had a mechanical problem with my car, I needed to go so fast to my friend’s place, not a taxi accepted to take me, they all make nonsense excuses, and the only solution was UBER, thanks UBER for always being there.

يعني عنجد التطبيق روعة. كنت احيانا اتأخر على شغلي مشان وصل الولاد على المدرسة الصبح، اما هلاء بكل بساطة بطلب اوبر وبحط عنوان المدرسة على الخريطة وبوصلو بأمان. وغير هيك الولاد حكولي انه الشوفير بيستناهم كمان ليفوتو على المدرسة ويأمن عليهم. شكرا كتير الكم عنجد احلا تطبيق

I like riding elegant cars and have this feeling of being a VIP, I have never complained from uber, all the drivers are polite and are not mouthy, the most beautiful thing is that they can never make a mistake with you, they are under control, and one mistake they make might lead to their suspension from work, these dudes can never play games when you are riding with them, so you can rest assured.

Uber can also be partners for cars' owners, I truly encourage uber to have a wrinch truck within its services. This will help car owners whenever they are stuck on the roads. Maybe they can provide some gasoline service when our cars are out of gasoline.

I have always trusted Uber for its safety, convenience and class.but am rather disappointed. I left my phone in the Uber on friday and i have tried to reach the driver several times but he is rude and cuts off my calls, i have failed to get any customer care help.the contact number for uber is not answered

I have never took a ride with uber and saw dirt in their cars, uber cars are always clean, they care so much about cleaning their cars on daily basis. I wouldn't mind paying more money to have a clean ride.

My car broke down on a national holiday at 7.30 am. The roads are empty from impz to umm suqeim 2. It takes me 15 minutes on a normal day to reach the destination. I took an uber and checked the fare before selecting the lowest one. It showed between 30-40aed which is understandable given the distance. They charged me 61 aed for a 15 minute drive and the the driver was slow as well on an empty road. Really uber? I've been riding uber since more than 3 yrs now. I am aware of the price range in morning compared to afternoon and evening. And the driver was just 2 minutes away from the pick up location.
Careem is better than you. Raise your standards and customer service. You have robotic answers and no problem solving skill.

I ordered food through uber eats and i waited for 1.5 hour and I didn’t get anything and no one from uber contacted me to explain why is this delay, when i called they told me their is no partner drivers to bring my food. “The app was showing slight delay and kept adding 5 min delay for the whole duration till I called. “ first estimated time was 20 min. Further, they took AED64 and retuned AED59. So, it seems they took their delivery charge even though nothing was delivered and they promised they will not charge anything when i called them. Such a disappointment I won’t use again for sure

THIEVES! They take money and then cancel orders for NO reason. When you call customer service to get an explanation: they tell you order canceled we can not help you you have to send email! Meanwhile, you are extremely upset, your order is canceled and your money taken. Waste of time, waste of money, nerves damaged. They need to be banned. Petty cheaters.

Hi uber, Can you add buses within your vehicle fleet? I am one of uber lovers, sometimes we think about a bus when going in a huge group for a trip, maybe you can also think about economical price for picnics, it's a nice idea you can take into consideration, uber can organize trips as well

I ordered an uber, it said 3 mins, after 10 mins of waiting as the car wasnt moving, i call the driver who cancels the call 3 times. On my app it showed he was there and picked me up. Which he didnt so i cancelled it and got charged for the pick up so emailed the complaint as i was never picked up and was stranded for over half an hour. UBER say that the pick up and drop off according to their app did happen and wont be refunding it. This sounds like stealing to me. I ended up taking a bus and then a normal cab which was cheaper than what they charged for something i didnt use!

Most of the times, the rides are with good and comfortable service and well behaved drivers, good job Uber. But Booked a ride yesterday, with a toddler, elderly person and other members of the family. The driver named Rehan misbehaved and verbally abused me and cancelled the ride. Just for a reason that my 22 month old toddler was being playful and chirpy (but not troubling him in any way). #uber #shame
If you really want to prove you give great service to your customers then you have to take action against him.
