I come across them by chance, loved their collection and also the fact that they had a collection for pets/kids which I was sold out on. Great service as they sent me all the fabrics to check and supported in making the final decision. Certainly recommend them but just a note they only provide fabric not upholstery which is also good. I visited Ultra Fabrics to select curtain fabrics and sheer for my newly purchased home. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman by the name of Yash who suggested that all of the sales members are currently busy but he is willing to help. Yash is in the marketing team but was so knowledgable about the fabrics and was great help. I felt that he was the encyclopedia of Fabrics. He has phenomenal knowledge and a great demeanor! I was then introduced to Chandani who give me excellent service. She has a great taste in color selection and gave me substantial time and her full attention despite her full schedule. I visited the store a few times since I was a bit picky with colors and finally met with Mihr who was also very friendly and answered all my questions with great pleasure. I can say that the team at Ultra fabrics is different than the competitors that I was speaking to. Rivals had almost the same quality and price point but it is the people who made me come back and buy from Ultra.
My only suggestion for Ultra is to have pre-cut samples for the client to take home right on the spot. Thank you Ultra for the exceptional service and great quality material. I will be visiting back soon for more.
