Definitely my first and last! Won’t ever recommend it to anyone. I gave a chance to this cargo company and purchase a coupon due to their agent’s sincerity (he did a great job) but now I feel betrayed. Worst service ever! Been very patient waiting and customer service can’t even give accurate information, just estimate? No one is responding on their WhatsApp customer service, their website is not working to track the shipment even. I’ve been sending balikbayan boxes thru other cargo company and never experienced a delay and yes it’s also during pandemic. If it says ETA is 60 days it will come before that. But here, they even promised ETA is 40-50 days but nothing. It’s been more than 2months now and it still somewhere (ready to dispatch) ……

Very bad and disappointed that my box going to Manila was picked up on 30 April 2021 and until now that it is already 27 June 2021, it hasn't arrived in the port yet and every time I am calling them to follow up, I am getting a different date of arrival (even more delayed) in the port.
