The food was horrible! Tempura only tastes like fat, not any single other taste. I could not finish it. Furthermore the salmon was very dry and tasted like smoke. No fish taste, just burnt. Can not recommend at all! Even though prices are fair

It was a very good experience at this place, the food was good and the service was super.

It was a ten minute wait, but it was worth it. The server was helpful. Enough sitting area around the outlet, kept clean and very well managed.

Plenty of parking around the food court. But the weekends can get very hectic.

I've lived in Japan. The food is excellent, for the price. It's great to see Umami in Dubai Festival City Mall. Eat there at least once a week.

I ordered the chicken Katsu Ramen.
The quantity was decent. Fried Chicken was nice but the ramen was not good, tasted like fish soup and the egg tasted old.

The presentation is not good especially the tempura, very disappointed for the price of 34 aed. I used to eat in Umami Al Ghurair and order the same. The lady who took order is not friendly as well
