Very bad customer service cashier not even smiling and seems like they dont like to sell. No smile and not welcoming.

Bought the chicken ramen with chilli garlic, lady at the counter said it will be very spicy, i specifically asked for the highest spice level. However once I got the food, it was not spicy at all and 0 taste whatsoever. The chicken was really undercooked and was basically inedible. Quality of ingredients is really bad. Had to throw the whole thing away. Waste of money.

Food was not served hot, it would’ve tasted better if it was. Although staffs were very friendly but I wouldn’t recommend buying the food because the way it is served will not satisfy your taste buds.

This branch of Umami is at the start of the foodcourt stalls from the left side, when you enter the foodcourt. They specialise in Urban Japanese modern cuisine. Price is slightly high. For us Indians, it's an experiment mostly. Staffs are smiling and welcoming. I ordered a chicken katsu Ramen in Soyu Dat broth. Chicken katsu was small but crunchy and tasty. It was @29 dhs. I had a lipton iced tea @8 dhs.
It's an open food court stall. So don't expect ambience here.

Have sushi and sashimi at reasonable good rates. Good service. Have different options.

Nothing related to japanese, more like fast food filled up with oil and flavour is so so

We have tried Umami couple of times. One of my comfort food. They serve fast, and the price is reasonable but the soup is not that hot last time. I'm a bit disappointed, my rate could have been 4 starts as I always love to eat Ramen. Hence, we enjoyed the bento box.
