Ordered udon noodles with chicken. Really bad tasting stale old chicken. How could you serve such a meal!

Terrible food. I had a Ramen that contained so much salt that I felt sick the whole day after eating it. Don't recommend.

Really enjoyed the chilli garlic ramen miso. Very tasty and full of flavours. They could add some more meat, not enough meat.

Used to be awesome. Now just ok. Actually portions are getting really smaller on meat… plus don’t expect to eat real Japanese food yet still tasty and flavored. Please don’t be greedy ;)

I don't think Japanese people like it. This is far from Japanese ramen. The reasons I don't like it are that it has a light taste, different noodles, red cabbage, and chopped seaweed. The good points are Japanese-style soup, soft-boiled eggs, naruto, cheap

Tried the Chilli Garlic Ramen with chicken and it was Excellent! The noodles, chicken, broth- all perfect and spicy as i wanted.

Asked for a poke bowl, food was tasteless but the worst part it came with boiled normal rice and hot! Hot rice on a poke bowl, when ask for help no one bother to care, just said.it’s how we do it.

Stay away from this place, insane

Poké bowl - dry rice with no flavor, other ingredients fresh and good. Overall I wouldn’t come here for Poké again.

Regularly orders Chicken Katsu Curry as it’s my favorite, but today I’ve tried their Yaki Udon Noodles with Beef and I loved it. Price is reasonable but would have been perfect if it includes a drink.

Tried them for the first time and boy it was so impressive. The spicy beef don is a must have.

Bad service in battuta mall branch, its too bad you cant eat and you cant order the food just because they dont have a change. Atleast find way, give good costumer service.

Just had tam tam noodles spicy for breakfast - excellent. Great taste and quality fast service and competitive price - what more could you ask for?

My worst restaurant experience EVER after many years living in Dubai - after paying and waiting for more than 15 minutes for the food I complained and they said they had given the food by mistake to another person! Unbelievable! Do not recommend at all!

My friend and her family usually eat Umami every weekend at IBN Foodcourt. Yesterday they found a tiny hair like mustache/beard stick inside wasabi but was found later by her kid after she alrwady mixed and ate it with sauces for shushi. After that she went to the counter and told some staffs and showed the envidance. Noone took any respinsible action even SAY SORRY! Bad trainning and quality concern! Probably i told her they must just use Tab water no filter for making soup! Unbelievable this is real Japanese Brand because Japanese people has a high respinsiblity and honesty.

We went to Ibn Batuta mall due to easy access and were craving for something Asian. Though they had little Bangkok and couple of other places serving ASIAN cuisine we decided to try Umami due to the friendliness of the staff.

Tried the Grilled Salmon Bento and Umami Ramen. Great taste with good quality. Good choice and selection of Japanese cuisine to chose from. Tried Umami in the Tunisian food court of Ibn Batuta Mall. Good place to try sushi, ASIAN dim sum, ramen as much more.

Food was delivered quick.

Can’t remember how many times I came back for the Grilled Salmon Bento with Tempura! My ultimate favorite; highly recommend for those who are seeking great food at affordable price.

The food is very salty, I love japanese food but because of its salty I don’t preferred having ramen or rice with them. But the staff are very lovely.

I love sushi and the food from this umami branch was equally good just like in their other branches. We got take away for 2 x prawn tempura roll which is definitely my favorite roll here. The prawn tempura roll is filling and I love the tobiko in it which adds to the taste. In terms of presentation the roll looked very nice and was visually pleasing. Pricing, quantity and service is decent and look forward to my next visit.

If you like Japanese cuisine then this is the place! If you didn't tried yet then you shall have your start here at UMAMI! The food is excellent, fresh cooked in front of you. Personnel is nice, professional and ready to offer you advise in the menu selection! If you are in Battuta Mall you shall visit them! As they use to say: Good food means good mood! Bonne apetit!
