Umami

I got scammed, they have displayed size of ramens in the counter. We got disappointed that the size we expected in the display is not the same as it comes out. Very small servings. Plus the cashier is asking for more money when we want to take away our left over.

We love Ramen noodles and were excited to try this place. Did not disappoint. We had the chicken katsu ramen with dashi broth and it was so good! Right amount of noodle to broth ratio. The gyoza was good as well with quick service.

I used to love this restaurant, because the food was great including their servings. I was upset with my last dine-in experience. The sashimi and tempura were reduced in half portions. But the food still tastes good. I will give them another chance.

When I went only ramen was available so I had the chilli garlic beef and chicken. It was decent and the meat was good but just a little lacking in flavour Imo. Still good though.

Its okay not so good + beef is so chewy not tender at all i choose teriyaki beef don general taste its okay

A very tasty and catchy experience, I have tried dine in take away and delivery and it always amaze me. Food is great at Umami

The rice bowls here are super tasty, i tried the chicken katsu don which was a pleasant surprise, the sauce is not sweet and has a refreshing lemon taste that makes it super special. Sushi is also light and enjoyable. Totally recommended.

Try their Don bowls they are very delicious, I tried the Teriyaki chicken and it was mind blowing, best part is their prices are very reasonable and good portions. Look out for all options they have quite a variety oh & love their rice. Thank you team Umami @ Burjuman Center.

Authentic japanese food. I ordered japenase bento as per the photo. It was amazing and great taste.

Ordered Umami Ramen Shoyu Dashi. Took a while to be served but found food not worth it. The soup is already cold and the meat not able to eat due to toughness. Have eaten many times here but every time I am ordering this Ramen, the meat is not good.

I was just having a meeting and ordered dry noodles with beef toppings along with a beef in a stick which is around 8: 10pm my order takes almost 20minutes and while im standing there no one even care, I tried to follow up two times but nothings happen, all the service in the que after me has been served and Im still standing waiting, I just cancelled my order and refund my money, it just so bad to have this kind of experienced.

Food is good but staff badly behave, thay don't have how to manage customer. I don't see like this staff in other restaurants

Wanted to try this restaurant to taste some Japanese cuisine. But taste is not as expected. The dish is having some Smokey smell.
