Umami

It was a disappointing experience. I ordered a classic poke bawl and it doesn't have all the ingredients it was supposed to have, it's a bowl with tuna and too much quinoa. The rest of the ingredients are minimal, too insignificant.

I like it.
Budget friendly and very tasty.
Internet is available in the mall.
Food court, of course.

The lady's at the front counter on the night of the 23rd March 2023 were so polite and kind. The chefs also did an amazing job at giving me tasty food. I recommend this place to everyone? Thank you.
FYI I ate the beef ramen with the noodles and salad option.

The food is healthy and also tasty. I do recommend to eat there. I paid 42 AED and it’s fine.

Worse shushi ever and soya sause. I paid and after one tast i had to bring it back. O just left them on their counter and told them that i had the worse shushi ever fish was not fresh at all. And as feedback the workers just looked at me. Weird

The Umami ramen and chilli garlic ramen are very good, the chicken katsu donburi also, but the chicken gyoza was amazing!

Food is amazing, but why you don't send chopsticks? Even we mention it in the order we do not receive.

I ordered a Sashimi Tempura Bento box and while the food was OK’ish at best, what absolutely ruined the experience was the nastiest Soy sauce I’ve ever had as well as some vile sauce for the tempura. The smell of both sauces was horrendous. I don’t think I’ve ever left sushi on my plate before. In this case, I walked away from an almost full bento box. I really wish I had something positive to say but….:

I didn't expect how they response in regards to customer follow-up.this is my first to order from this branch.the presentation of the packaging was brilliant and also follow instructions from outlet to deliver partners.i dont remember the name of the staff i spoke to.but experience was priceless.

Best Japanese restaurant since I left Japan. And at a very correct price. I will come back for sure!

I ordered three types of Bento and a poke bowl from Umami for 4 person. And we all definitely were impressed with the amount, the crispy tempura and the taste of all menus. Definitely a recommend.

I went to MOE Food Court with my friends, their food models looked delicious, and so I ordered a lot from almost all category on the menu. It's a terrific quick Japanese fast food location. The staff was quite welcoming, and the noodles were fresh and savoury. I'll will definitely comeback for more filling Japanese cuisine. You must try this restaurant for authentic Japanese experience. Did I say that they have excellent service too?

Very disappointed at the branch here at Nakheel Mall The Palm. Ordered at 9PM and the staff said "sorry we are closed, we have nothing left in the kitchen. "

Then why not just place a sign that you are sold out.or closed.or just close the lights of the display menu already so people do not fall in line onlybto be disappointed.

Quite quick and freshly prepared with reasonable fast food prices in the Mall of Emirates food court

The issue though is that the food is not authentic. Its tasty enough but it is over sweetened compared to the Japanese original flavour. Obviously to satisfy the demand of the local market

I won't go again as far too sweet, though the ramen was 'ok' only - nothing special

I am pretty picky when it comes to Japanese food, it being my top favorite cuisine. Umami is by far the best I had even compared to more sit-down, expensive restaurants. Their Ramen has the best flavor. Their broth is really flavorful. The Poke Bowl is also a must-try and of course, the Unagi Don (my all time fave). Thinking about it now already makes me drool.: -p

I'm not a fan of ramen, but yesterday I think it became one of my favorites.
My friend ordered the Cheese Ramen in Umami Restaurant and since I love cheese, I had a try and WHOOAAAH! Never thought it was soooooo good! SUPERB!

Hi good afternoon. How can i ate my. Ramen. If you dont give me a. Spoon or even chopsticks? This is the third time. I ordered. With you guys. Its always like. This you dont even put. Anything. I ordered online through Careem and i received my food fast which is good. But, my food was upside down that the rice mixed with everything.
Expectation gone, reality come in.
My food is beef bento, but the beef is not that tender. The sauce they have for tempura is not for my taste. Maybe it is for others but absolutely not mine. Even the sushi sauce tastes different. The rice is not suitable i guess for bento. Or maybe because it is wet (in a sense that they put sauce in the rice) thats why it is not sticky. I love to use chopsticks, but with their rice, i need spoon otherwise i need to pick it one by one (u get what i mean?) I dont know, im not a chief but i love to eat so thats it.

Customer service is horrible! WORSTE UMAMI BRANCH IS MALL OF THE EMIRATES!
THE STAFF IS SOOOOOOOOOO INCREDIBLY SLOW ITS TRULY INFURIATING! I wish there was a rating less than 1 star!

Today I went to eat with my friend in Umami Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, the customer service was inappropriate coz I was the first to arrive and ignored me and served other customers, I ordered chicken curry katsu, it was horrible, the chicken wasn't properly fried and hard to eat, (kind of raw) and the beef of my friend was so tough.
I asked to replace it and they changed it, generally it wasn't a pleasant experience there.

I was passing by this restaurant today and ordered "Poke Bowl". The taste was really good and the portion was not small. Impression of food was good and I most likely come there again.
