Umami

I was shocked by the quality of the food, especially for the price I paid. The noodles were like store bought instant noodles. The least they could do is use good quality ramen noodles. The broth had an unpleasant flavor and seemed too watery. I honestly regret buying from here and would have been better off making noodles at home. It was such a disappointing experience.

Not good at all. Food was cold even though we ordered 3 dishes that should be served hot. The steak was rubbery and tasteless. It’s located in the food court so cannot really comment on the service. First and last time to try.

Really loved having their umami ramen here. My kid absolutely loves the dish. The broth is very flavorful. The ramen is soft and cooked to perfection! I wish they had more vegetarian options though, nevertheless the taste at umami is top notch according to me.
Service is also fast. The atmosphere is good as it's inside the mall. Overall a wonderful experience.
Kids who love to eat noodles would surely love this place. My kid he loves to eat noodles and this restaurant serves delicious noodles the way he likes.
One can customize their noodles from spicy to non spicy. From chicken to beef.
I am looking forward to trying other dishes here. Maybe in the near future i will surely explore.
But as there are very limited veg options it becomes difficult to explore.
The staff here is very accommodating and will help you customise your food according to your preference.

Recommending the place if you wish to eat Japanese food (although I haven't been to Japan but feel this would be close to what they would serve back home in Japan)

Didn't like at all. Staff is not welcoming. The beef food which I ordered was horrible. It wasn't cooked well, so chewy and like a rubber.

I ordered chicken katsu Ramen, it was supposed to come with fried chicken, but it came without it. I was really excited to eat my little fried chicken.
Also the size portion is honestly so small for a 1 person, yeah,

Steaming hot soups are served with your ramen which makes me feel like I am eating in a restaurant instead of a fast food place in the food court. It is very good quality and never upsets my stomach.

Ordered Ramen from Careem. Delivered to me with NO SPOON, NO CHOPSTICKS AT ALL! Imagine how will i eat? I am staying at Industrial Area, and it happens that there is no nearby grocery also to buy spoon. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ITEMS BEFORE DISPATCHING!

The food is awesome. Especially the bento meal and chicken gyoza. Both are very tasty and the bento box is very filling. The food is fresh and very tasty each time.

45minutes waiting time is totally unacceptable. Specially when you have kids. If you have less staff, then obviously add more staff.specially on weekends!

Tasted Japanese food for the first time and loved the taste of Yaki Udon Noodles Chicken. Found a variety dish.

I like this place. It's a nice fast food restaurant that serves ramen. The displays are really cool as well.

Out of all the Umami locations I've been to this is the least performing. I only order ramen, and while the taste is similar to the other stores, what's not good is the wait times, always beyond the ten minutes they tell you. With the store traffic nowhere near maximum capacity I struggle to understand the delay.

Meh. Can't really recommend. It wasn't bad. But it wasn't good. Portions are a lot smaller then the ones advertised.

Absolute disappointment. Pure trash. Avoid at all cost. Microwaved watery ramen added to 50 fils store bought noodles. The eel was so old, that it was soggy and doused in sauce. The sushi was served straight from a month in the refrigerator.

This place is a complete embarrassment and with the prices they charge, they are shameless.

Great food. Chili Garlic Ramen my favorite, give it a try. Salmon bento is also delicious. Smiling staff and quick service

I had the beef curry udon and while it wasn't bad, the carrots tasted a bit off and the beef wasn't that great either. Their ultimate downside is the sushi, it bad this odd sweet taste that we had a hard time understanding.
