This clinic has some of the best vets in Dubai. Compassionate, professional and ready to help. They saved both my dogs' lives on numerous occasions (I have two senior doggies). Definitely ask for Dr Louise or Dr Milena and if your pup needs a physio, do it with Hannah! They are the best!

I have very bad experience with Dr Chris.
I bring a rescue dog in very bad condition to the clinic and he was taking care of my case.

I left dog over night. His tail was in bad condition. Skin was as well with some small infection.

Doctor forced me to give Bravecto to dog (which was very expensive) otherwise he said he will not take dog to the hospital because he have to protect clinic and patients. Protect from what!?
Dog did not have signs of any ticks or flees.

He checked if doggy have ringworm under the light but he said he not have any!
You can buy this machine for 40 dhs on amazon but they charge me 52 dhs for check.

They give the dog as well deworm tablet.

I think this is not the way you treat rescue dog!

He should get some fluids, bandage the tail.

So many unnecessary things.

No one did any cleaning of the tail or put bandage. I said i will keep dog only until 10 am so basically 12 hrs. They charge me 425 dhs for overnight.

Later on i was asked to leave 2000 dhs deposit for any treatment that might be done to the dog overnight. He said that normally is 4000 dhs but he ask only for 2000 dhs!
Will you do operation overnight asking for this deposit? ! Ridiculous.

When i came to pick up dog i was waiting 20 min. However i said i have appointment in other clinic!

I had to ask 3 times to get the doggy!
The staff there is really unprofessional!
The only nice is dr Louis.

You should really change your approach specially if someone is saving life of innocent souls.

I am very grateful to the entire team at Um Suqeim Veterinary Center, and specifically to Dr. Charlene Sim, who provided exceptional care and attention to my two dogs during the ten years that they visited the center. Their professional and compassionate approach to treating them as well as their commitment to ensuring the best possible treatment plans for them are truly admirable. I was truly fortunate to have had such an experienced veterinary team looking after my dogs for so many years and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking veterinarian services in Dubai.

Really great experience with Dr Chris. Turned up in the middle of the night with my cat and he was so thorough, caring and really looked after him. I'm very grateful and would return any time.

Please check reviews before you take your baby to this clinic, they are after the money they don't care about your pet they don't know what to do so they endup trying every single meds their hand's can reach, unfortunately my dogs doctor was traveling and she had a sizuer for the first time so I had to go for emergency were she was fine after the seizure but they confirmed to me that her doctor plan is not good enough and she needs to be hospitalized asap next day I found that they are using the same meds as her first doctor but they added more so instead of one antibiotics they add 3 instead of one meds to control the sizuer they gave her also another one for epilepsy and of course they wanted to MRI where my baby can't take Anastasia due to her kidney and 2 doctors spook to me about how important to do MRI of course it is another 5000k after 4 days my baby was totally paralyzed, blind and died at heart attacks due to the aggressive IV FLUID she received.if you love your pet enough DONT GO THERE they will give the smile and sweet talk but no one of them will check or monitor your baby he will be left in pain and die in pain like my baby

SHAME ON YOU! FOR ASKING FOR MONEY AND NOT CARING ABOUT AN ANIMAL. Donot take your pets to this clinic. They will advise to put to sleep if you cannot pay thousands that they ask for. STUPIT VETS. Dr chris is the worst!

Had a great experience! So grateful for the 24/7 opening hours and that I could get professional help at midnight. Came in with a few day old kitten, the little baby got assessed super fast and received care from Dr. Louise. She was very professional, knowledgeable and caring for the kitten and kept me posted on her situation while the baby stayed overnight. The team at the reception was also super friendly and helpful. Worse experience ever, don’t ever take your pet there, they treat them as objects.
My issue was with Dr. Chris too, I believe the clinic should do something with him if they really care about their customers and reputation.

From the moment I called the vets and I was put through to Dr Chris I was put at ease. We took our French bulldog as she was having problems during her labour. On arrival we were seen instantly and all required tests were done and an action plan formulated and explained to us.

You can tell the team genuinely care about your pet and they only do what’s required (but keeping the treatment of the animal paramount).

The aftercare has been excellent. It’s always nerve-wracking to go to a different vet to your own but I would definitely recommend, especially if you have an ‘out of hours’ emergency.

This has been my preferred vet clinic since they started. Over the years they have looked after over 200 cats (my own ones and strays) and my dearest Achoo (dog) who was with me for 16 years. I have always found their approach to issues to be excellent, and they have had a good success rate when managing my pets. I have interacted with Dr Chris, Dr Sarah, Dr Malcom and Dr Monique, and all have to be commended for their work ethics. Dr. Chris especially has been my go to Vet for many years now. His clinical knowledge and caring bedside manner has helped me get through many difficult times I have had with my pets. Without any hesitation I would rate this clinic 5 stars.

My cat is ill. I came to this clinic with a prescription from another vet for the medicine as my clinic and several other clinics didn’t have it in the dosage needed. This clinic had the necessary tablets. 1st they said that as it is a prescription from another clinic there would be a fee for selling them to me. 140DHS.just for the ability to buy! Then the receptionist went to consult the vet cone much will the tablets cost. But the vet answered that she was NOT HAPPY to sell it to my and they denied! How such non-loving pets people can be vets? ! Would not recommend this clinic to anybody

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to take his pet to this clinic, regardless of their non-realistic prices although i would take a loan for my cat, zero humanity not professional at all they didn’t have the decency to tell me that my cat was dying until i found out later when transferring her to the clinic i always go to (unfortunately the clinic was closed and this clinic was my only option for emergency, the diagnosis were wrong the treatment was wrong she could have survived, RIP Noosa

Horrific experience with Dr Chris!
They deleted my first review in which I shared the awful story that has happened. He made me feel like my dog was just an object! Paid around 1,700 during emergency hours and he was NOT able to help my dog in an extreme emergency life threatening situation.
Then I was sent home with supplements that caused a horrible allergic reaction in which I had to buy medicine for. This experience left my dog traumatized for weeks and still is. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

I've had an excellent experience at this very. If I am being honest, seeing 3.4 stars had me a bit worried. However, my dog had 2 seizures at 10pm and I had to rush him to the ER. I interacted with at least 4 vets here and they were all wonderful! They were very patient with my dozens and dozens of questions. They kept me updated consistently while he was hospitalized there. It was a very stressful time and they made it a bit better for me. My little Falafel seems to be doing better so far. <3

Never seen a vet being afraid of being bitten by a little puppy. Stay away!

We have 2 dogs and USVC have been absolutely amazing over the years. We have had life threatening out of hours issues to routine procedures and one of our Bulldogs suffered from IVDD and he wouldn't be here today without this vets. We have seen many of the individual vets over the years and the care has been amazing.

Cant recommend them highly enough.

Dr Malcolm and his team have been absolutely wonderful in taking care of my little fellow - now 18, Shushu has been looked after and treated at the umm Suqeim veterinary centre for almost 17 of those years.he is possibly one of their senior most patients. The surgery has an extremely cheerful and helpful team, be it the vets (Drs Guy Chris Milena Sarah who have seen to Shushu) and the nurses as well as the receptionists - you know that they will do their very best for your pooch - having used their night service a couple of times for emergencies I can say that it’s very reassuring to have access to a vet around the clock - the nurses are very sensitive and the few times that Shushu has needed to be hospitalized, they have sent me videos of him eating, walking only for my peace of mind. Can’t thank all these lovely people enough May God bless them

Best clinic in town. If you love and care about your pet it’s the only vet clinic you should go to. Been going to USVC since 2012. The best and most caring vets and nurses. The reception staff is also very helpful and friendly. It’s the only place i am very comfortable treating and hospitalizing my cats at. I fully trust that they are cared for medically and emotionally 24/7. Cannot disagree more with the bad reviews and the implication that they are only concerened with the fee. They are the most consciences and caring vets and nurses and it's never about the money. A couple of my cats had chronic health issues and even if I asked for additional tests scans etc that they don’t deem necessary or crucial I was told so. Clearly that is not what vet clinics usually do when they are only concerned about making money. It is only due to their above and beyond approach and caring efforts that two of my pets lived as long did.

As a Fur mommy there is no better vet than Umm Suqeim Vets they provide exceptional care there is fully functioning hospital ALL NIGHT you never have to wonder if your pet is alone the whole team is lovely Thanks soo much to Dr Guy and Dr Charlene

Yes they’re expensive but the fact that they’re available 24/7 AND they provide care 24/7 for the patients while they’re admitted is everything for me.
I used to go to other clinics but I ended up going to Umm Suqeim clinic for another opinion or for treating the same animals AGAIN. AND pay so much for treating the same animals in two sometimes three clinics. So no point of taking them to other clinics if I’ll take them to Umm Suqeim clinic eventually.
I’ve used almost all veterinary clinics in the UAE in the past 10 years and these doctors are the most experienced I’ve came across.

Fantastic vets. My cat has had 2 surgeries with them and excellent care. Never do more than required. Excellent nurses and support staff that take such great care 24 hours. Visited at night and such caring staff taking care of him. Personal touches to check what he likes and dislikes to be as comfortable as possible. Thank you.

Great vet and we would highly recommend their care of animals. BUT their finance team are most sleeping.can never track payments and always asking if we have paid the bill.

It’s somewhat frustrating that most negative reviews about Umm Suqeim Veterinary Center are cost-related. Sitting at their reception early in the morning, with my very sick pup, waiting for his test results, I wondered about the cost of keeping their clinic running for 24hrs, seven days a week.
I’ve been a client for three years and never had a bad experience with their staff: receptionists, nurses, and doctors. The doctors are knowledgeable and caring, and the clinic offers absolutely exceptional service and care.
I’m grateful to their wonderful overnight team, especially Dr. Louise, for being there for us during an emergency and words of reassurance. They were upfront about the course of treatment for my pup and the costs. About the doctors, I trust them, and that is a priority when it comes to pet care.

Don't trust your beloved pets with this vet. After spending upwards of 8000 AED to try to get them to figure out what was wrong with my cat they told me that it wasn't possible to save her and that I should euthanize her. Charlene sim did the euthanasia which I was present for and she was the most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. It didn't look like she knew what she was doing and it was almost experimental to her. She gave my cat a lethal injection and instead of holding her on the table, my cat jumped off the bench and just died on the floor. The look on her face was that of surprise, "oh I guess thats what happens". I recently took another stray kitten who was badly injured to a vet in silicon oasis. They said that she was too far gone and there was nothing they could do for her. So they had to euthanize her which I was also present for. However unlike Charlene. They first first sedated her, I saw her fall asleep and then they administered the lethal injection. It was very peaceful and calm. Please, if you love your animals, do not bring them to this vet. It seems they don't look after their patients on a personal level, rather they just see $$$ signs. It was the last time I went here and will remain the last time I ever come here again.

February 2019, our beloved Labrador, Bear was diagnosed with a life threatening disease and in the matter of a few hours she fainted at home. We rushed her to Umm Suqeim Veterinary Clinic where they examined her and ruled out all the possibilities until they found out what happened to her.

Before we began treatment, they explained the costs involved and it was completely up to us if we wanted to proceed- they are extremely professional, honest and transparent!

We proceeded with treatment and she had a team to look after her day and night for a week with amazing nurses and doctors who nursed her back to recovery even after her slim chances of survival! Our prayers came true because of the outstanding team here. Every day we are so thankful that our bouncy girl is there to greet us good morning.

Even after the traumatizing memories Bear had at the clinic, she still runs back into the veterinary centre as though she’s at home. That speaks for itself.

Found kitten, decided to take it in and they did all needful investigations and checked her up to ensure she was well. All jabs were given too

Brought my cat in about 9 months ago to this clinic because she had breathing problems. I’ve spent a fortune after they lead me down a rabbit hole of studies and tests, carried out under the pretense that my cat had breathing problems POSSIBLY due to a heart problem, and they had me schedule an appointment with a cardiologist in another clinic (where I spent more money) and I just overall got out of the whole experience with more questions than when I came in. I was not given the impression that the vets knew what they were doing.
In the end took my cat to a different vet, and that vet quickly diagnosed her with bronchitis (completely unrelated to hearts) and showed me the x-ray. My question is, my cat has undergone an x-ray scan at this clinic as well. Why haven’t they told me it was a lung problem, since it was so obvious in the other clinic? My cat is now doing extremely well, breathing entirely normally and is a super happy healthy cat, no thanks to this clinic who just prolonged her condition.
If you’re up for spending a lot of cash and have an incredible amount of surplus to just throw away, definitely go for this clinic.

We brought our Pomeranian twice with a different problem every time and I have to say the service was excellent. Both doctors Cris and her colleague went straight to the point, sorting the problem to the dog and going home without having to worry anymore. They didn’t do extra x-ray or unnecessary things. Good service quality price, they know what they are doing.

The vet didn't do a good job explaining the vaccine and booster process and instead simply said "come back in a few weeks" Now i will need to redo the whole course over and pay again. Yes, i should have made sure to come back, but its important that the vets provide better explanations

I am beyond frustrated at this clinic after being their customer for over 9 years. I took my 9 yo male cat to them to treat his Cystitis condition and they have put him on 4 strong different medications including Meloxicam anti flammatory for over a month which caused my poor boy a liver damage that he is suffering from right now

So we are new pet parents and our experience with vets in Dubai has been very confusing as they would just do guess work what’s wrong with our puppy (Frenchie Bailey) shoot some injections pop some meds then upsell some food shampoo oil etc. We were very disturbed with all of this and helpless with what our baby was going through - 3 Clinics handled our baby before we could come to USVC
One day we met a nice British lady at a grooming Center who recommended us to see Umm Suqeim Veterinary Center. (After noticing Baileys Skin)

1. So I called up with a lot of resistance assuming that another place and what would this be like — but the lady who answered the phone was so patient and took all details from me about our pups conditional very patiently - she wasn’t even a doc but still took down everything in detail - and allocated an appointment with a positive note our doctor will help sort this out- this gave us a strong confidence of the place.
(This call was quite long but gave us a very comforting impression of the place as someone was finally listening to us and not just telling us what to do)

2. Dr Sarah Ramsey - She is the sweetest person we ever met an amazing human first then a doctor for animals. Words are less to describe her. She is a blessing for our pup. We just can’t thank her enough.

So after our long struggle of 3months not knowing what’s wrong with our pup and why she has this skin rashes all over with boils and hair falling smell etc it was bad a very bad condition - and other vets just looting us of money not even knowing what they are treating our pup for — we finally met Sarah.

3. So Sarah saw Bailey and immediately knew what was happening (Demodex) but she still said will do a quick test to conclude that I am right and Bam she was - the correct treatment started and our baby girl Bailey is so much better and we as parents are so relieved. (simple antibiotics for 2weeks) from day 4 we saw the changes
Post 2 weeks 90/95% mites gone.

4. We are still under treatment but trust me everyone if it wasn’t for Sarah and this clinic we wouldn’t be living peacefully today. You would feel their charges are higher but I think it’s fair when they have such High Quality Doctors and this kind of service is all worth it. End of the day you need to see results.

5. Imagine the skin condition of our pup was not diagnosed for 3 months it was just guess work and trials happening on her until USVC and Dr Sarah met Bailey and knew what’s wrong instantly - this shows the experience they have. God Bless you all at USVC we are so so relieved and happy we met you and Dr Sarah. Keep up the good work!

MONEY PRINTING MACHINE - that’s what they do at the center. First comes the money, if possible to charge you to the max for no reasonable reason and worst is that your furry friend safety and well being is not their priority.
To make the story short, we ran with our dog as an emergency as he swallow something who we didn’t know. What they did? ! First wanted to keep our dog there for over night, we finally said no as the bill was so high and then we said we will bring back in the morning taking an appointment for X-ray first thing when doctor arrives in the morning, we did so, and came back next day and our dog was kept for 4 h in a crate without they checking on him or even doing x-ray. When we called to verify what’s the status they told us they didn’t do anything which was shocking as last night they wanted to keep him there. We took out immediately our dog and ran to a very professional veterinary center which in they ran all tests and scans in max 1 h and decided to do surgery immediately, as his life was in danger. Sad but true, they were careless for our dog life. It shocked me that the second day after we left their clinic with our dog still sick as we could not trust them, the doctor gave me a call to ask how is Secco, very robotic and sales pitch oriented as a follow up, we informed he had surgery and he didn’t care what was it or how he is, all what the doctor cared was to check mark his phone call probably a task in his sales job. Made me laugh what people could do for money, lie and pretend they care. Such a shame, I will never come back and never recommend your clinic.
Also, you receptionist while waiting there several times for my appointment she was yelling at customers on the phone and having inappropriate attitude, she should lower herself a little.
Most probably the reply to my review here will be robotic and who knows what excuse will be find, I don’t expect anything good from the clinic.

My husband and I have used their veterinary services since 2012! Where would we be without the caring and professional staff at umm Sequiem vets? With our hectic work schedules, I am thankful that umm Sequiem vets has been available 24/7 to help us with our rescue cats and our own pets when we needed them.

They have demonstrated compassion and professionalism every step of the way. The veterinarians and nursing staff are patient and knowledgeable with our endless questions. All
the amazing staff at the reception are competent and always friendly.

You guys truly care for our cats (including community strays) and their well being. We cannot say enough about your expertise and love for animals.

Overall the best clinic we have had the pleasure of going to. What really has kept going here is the doctors. I cannot thank Umm Seqiem vets enough they saved my little puppies life! I was absolutely blown away by the professionalism and care they gave little Pacha for the 2 weeks she was with them. The best Veterinary Center I know in Dubai. I have three cats. When one of them was really sick, the vets were really efficient. The reception and the support are amazing. Thank you very much to the whole team!

Doctors mean to get sick on purpose of the animal so that it can be done with them, and the payment is very expensive, first class

We had to take our cat in for a suspected blockage. We were greeted warmly by the receptionist Lori, as we arrived. Dr Milena was quick to see us and handled Gallagher with care and consideration. The only downside (which is relative and I will explain myself) was that after the initial consultation, it took a while for us to get the prognosis. This was due to an emergency with an in-patient and this animal was given priority. As I said, it's all relative. This did not upset us, in fact quite the opposite. It gave me peace of mind knowing that if I ever had an animal in an emergency situation, it would be given priority over a non-emergency consult patient. Dr Milena phoned the reception at the earliest convenience to update us as to what was happening, therefore handling the situation as best she could. Soon after that, she reappeared with our cat, explaining the condition, best course of action and what to look out for as well as giving us a time frame in which to expect to see improvement. All in all a very thourough consult. Given that Gallagher was admitted at around 10 pm, the consult and medicine fees were reasonable too. Thank you for your service.

Just want to say a huge thank you to everyone at Umm Suqeim Vet for helping my cat George. After rushing him to the vet with breathing difficulties they took him straight away. They were very open and transparent with the options that was available to me with the limited funds I had. They explained the costs of all the test that needed to be done and which tests were best for George's current condition. The communication between the night shift and day shift is impeccable. Each vetenarian I spoke to knew everything about George's condition as if they were the ones who examined George first. They also did follow up calls to see if George was OK. Absolute amazing staff. Thank you!

The ladies at the reception are so devoted and friendly. All of the vets I have met in the past year have been super friendly and helpful.
The treatment of our cat Meshmesh has been always attentive and gentle.
The clinic is open 24hrs which is a plus and it is always super clean and doesn’t smell back like most of the vets.

Took my dog emergency to them, I explained to doctor that he is coughing so hard and vomiting white foam, the doctor checked him for 5 mins and suggested to admit him without any necessary check and she gave him injection to avoid vomiting! And after that he stayed vomiting the white foam because she couldn’t know that the problem is from the coughing, all the check up tooks 7 mins and its cost me 725 derham without any solution or proper check up, i took him again to sharjah vet the check him properly and they know that he ha throat inflammation thats why he is coughing and throw the white foam and they gave him two injections and one antibiotic, so yes based on my bas experience with Umm suqeim vet i don’t recommended to any one as they charge u high with low quality service

My kitten was on the ground dying, i rushed there and they told me that they wont treat the kittken unless i pay them money first which is around 2000 Dhs, i told them treat the kitten and ofcourse i will pay, the kitten passed away while we were arguing about it, the italian female vet was telling me that if i value my kitten life i should go get money and pay up, they care about the money more than any animal life, do not go there if you value your pet. And ill make a special snapchat review of that place so everyone understand what they really are. I still have videos of the little kitten and it brings tears to my eyes, i feel sadness and rage whenever i see the videos. Thanks to the bad experience i had with them!

A complete ripoff for nothing.i understand that businesses should make money, but not like this.i am a new dog mother, arrived there at 7 am terrified because my dog had diarrhea and was vomiting, they took 700 aed for consultation fee (total bill was +1300), if i had arrived 45 mins later this wouldnt have been the case, i felt they used my lack knowledge in pets to take this amount and push selling some canned food claiming it would help my dog

The doctor wanted to put the cat to sleep claiming that it’s the best option, I didn’t agree ao they charged me 850 for consultation and ultrasound, I went to another clinic, they gave the cat a shot for 250 dirhams and everything was ok,

This was my first experience at this vets because I had an after hours emergency with my kitty and my usual vets were not open. She came home with a large wound on her leg (turns out it was an abscess). I received a health certificate good for upcoming 7 days of air travel in the beginning of July. Our flights were cancelled 6 different times due to COVID and re-booked. We are at a hotel, stuck in Dubai for the time being.

Came for the certificate (now 9 days old) to be updated and they demanded I bring the cat for a full examination (which is ok with me) but ALSO to repay the complete fee of 350AED.

Due to these extraordinary circumstances we are facing, I think some leniency should be in hand. Flight cancellations due to COVID, along with the fact that I received the same price of paper 9 days ago, should be enough reason to not extort money from us.

Very disappointed with how this was handled by the vet. I paid 350AED and received the same exact piece of paper with a different date. It all took 10 mins to complete.

UPDATE: In reference to the response from the vet; I understand an examination was in order for a new piece of paper. That it took a total of 10 mins, under the circumstances that I already paid 9 days earlier, given all that is going on, I would have expected and appreciated a bit more flexibility on your part. To show a bit more empathy towards your clients. Read the reviews on this vet and this is not an off chance encounter. This is a systematic pattern of profits > people. By far the most qualified veterinarians in Dubai, I have used several other clinics for my pets but Umm Suqeim are the only ones capable of dealing with complex medical problems!

I wanted to take this opportunity to write about my wonderful experience Umm Suqeim Veterinary Center.

Their amazing team made a horrendous situation so much more bearable by not only giving my dog the best treatment possible, but also ensuring at every touch point that as an owner I felt comforted reassured and understood.

From speaking with their nurse Allison to my encounter with reception staff to the initial diagnosis from Dr. Stephanie, to the patience and explanation of what Parvo is and how we should and could be treat it by Dr. Patrick and to every single member of the team every day I came to visit. I met so many of their vets and sometimes thought, id prefer to deal with a familiar face but I was wrong to think that as each vet and nurse was familiar with my pups case. They were so kind and understanding, right up to the day she left and came home.

I thank them from the bottom of my my heart that not only is my puppy home and safe but they continue to provide ongoing advice, reassurance and consultation via WhatsApp and calls.

I highly recommend USVC to anybody. If someone is looking for an experience that isn’t just medically excellent but will also go the extra mile to support the owners in understanding, coping and dealing with the realities that they face.

The team went absolutely above and beyond from printing out a poem and putting it on the puppies crate (Allison), to renaming their room downstairs to the snug (Christina) to allowing me to stay way longer than I should, to patiently repeating the process and procedures (Dr Patrick), regular check ins (Dr Malena), midnight conversations, constant updates on how she was doing (entire team).

The whole experience could’ve been dreadful with an unthinkable outcome but instead I found a vet center that I trust and know will always do right by the animals and the owners, and do the upmost to ensure every measure is taken to bring them back to full health.

My little puppy bow is now back home safe and is making a full recovery thanks to entirely to your team.

Great experience all the way from reception to the Doctors and nurses. All procedures and costs explained thoroughly, and most importantly they treat my cats like they were their own. The only clinic I trust with my fur babies.

Extremely overpriced. 660 dhs.only for emergency consultation. My total bill for one night was 1,807 dhs. This was for a rescue. How can we continue to bring injured strays for treatment when this is the cost for only one night? Good doctor but the way they priced is extremely manipulative. What can you do when you say a badly injured cat in middle of night? If these clinics have reasonable prices I assure more people will come to bring injured cats. I wish their priority was helping the cat before making crazy amounts of money.

This Hospital are far from being professional.
They asked to put the pet to sleep and they mentioned charges that reaches 6 to 8K
Their medical report is out of being a medical care facility.
They were trying to humiliate me for asking a discount or using an entertainer voucher.
Finally my pet was treated for 550aed at another hospital.
I will be looking for the right channels to file a complaint against this hospital.

Again the owners are trying to cover their failures with additional twist to the fact that they were unable to do any proper diagnostic, they just want to impress the people with fancy high charges, 8k, 6k,
However, let me use science ans knowlege to response to their comments.
1- the falling cat was bleeding from its mouth, did the doctor look for the reason of this blood? Sure not! They called it Trauma, instead of looking to the toungue and understand that it was Damaged.
2- a falling cat will be subject to Jaundive and liver problem, did the doctors propose to treat the cat with Samylin? Again that was not in their mind, the focus is to inform the pet owner about a highly charged surgery!
4- did this hospital doctors try to propose antibiotics to the cat?
5-the operation for a dislocated Jaw costs max 800AED not 8000AED. And within the first 2 hours of the insident the Jawcould be relocated easily!
Long Story short, i think you probably need to review the purpose of doing this Job and not hide behind it.
The problem is that you still trying to make more business by trying to fill my gaps and not focus on yours!

I have used several clinics in Dubai and this is by far the best. The Drs are very knowledgeable and have helped several of my animals with complicated conditions in the past.

This hospital wasn't able to provide first aid! Totally unprofessional staff, they can't see obvious things, which even i without any special diploma can see.they want only your money. And its really crazy prices for treatment and health of your pet for them totally doesn't matter. After this people I went to other hospital where at least doctors can help and treat

But better change your doctors which can at least do first aid! After visit to your clinic pet couldn't close mouth! This is how your professional doctors checked him! And I am not telling that no one at least stopped bleeding! No any treatment was provided or discussed! Your doctors didn't help to pet at all! What a sense to your clinic? ! To get more injure and pay for this money? People must know what to expect when you are coming in this place! Not recommend. In Dubai a lot of clinics and hospitals for pets which can really help animals.

Great staff at reception, one of the best trained team in Dubai, not only across bet centres!
Professional vets and nurses, they care about our dog (Pimpy) and are empathetic! Yes, more expensive vs other vet centers, but trust me worth the service, care and follow up. Finally, their 24h service is extremely useful.

My cat has an injury on her tail with sutures. She had removed the bandage on her tail and refused to wear the cone. As it was 10pm and our regular veterinary clinic was closed, we visited the 24 hour Umm Suqeim Veterinary Center so that they could re-dress a new bandage for her. Everything seemed fine until today when we had to change her dressing at our regular clinic. Whilst removing the dressing done at the Umm Suqeim center, we realized they had put a soft bandage on the wound (according to them they used this material because they apparently saw no signs of oozing at the sutures) however while it was being removed, the fibers of this cotton-like material had actually stuck to her wound. You can imagine that it was excruciating to remove for my poor cat. Whilst I appreciate the apology from this center as it might have been in their best interest, it was very, very poor judgement to use this material and it put my poor little cat in even more pain and stress. The price of this clinic does not at all balance the job done. If you're looking for a vet, I would personally not recommend this clinic.

We have been going to this vet for 6 years, and have taken all our cats here, including one who was FIV+ with renal failure. They took such loving care of him and helped us keep him home and comfortable as long as possible. The vets are knowledgable, and spend a lot of time making sure they diagnose correctly and that I as an owner know what is happening, whether my cat is having surgery or getting his rabies updated.

Some of the low ratings here talk about money, but this vet center is top-notch and provides excellent 24/7 care. They are flexible with their appointment timings, professional, caring, and honest in their pricing. For the care of my beloved pets, these things are what matter most and is worth every dirham.

Thank you to all those super caring and professional doctors and nurses who saved our little furbaby back from death’s door! He was literally almost dying when we took him there. They kept us updated about his progress. After 5 days, he’s home and playing with us now. So grateful! Bless you all. ️

Great service. My dog ate a bit of chocolate and I had overeacted, I called and the person I walked with was very calm and reassuring. Turns out the amount of chocolate my dog had eaten was harmless. Amazing service.

Rude, unhelpful reception staff. I called to request to speak with a vet as my cat is sick, she told me "she may call back but I can not guarantee it! " This is meant to be a 24/7 emergency service!? Disgusting customer service and no compassion.

I was in a panic yesterday as my rabbit was not acting herself, i got some rude replies from a different clinic when i said i might not be able to make it until the morning, speaking to this clinic on the phone just made me feel better and went there to find the sweetest staff, and even got updates with pictures through the night! Which i never got with any other clinic! My baby is now going home with me and am so happy with the experience and the lovely staff ️!

I adopted three rabbits recently and was worried about finding the right vet because they're such tiny animals and relatively uncommon. US Vet is awesome! I've worked with Doctors Charlene and Louise who are both so kind and caring. I felt safe leaving my buns with them. I had my biggest bun treated for mange and neutered three months ago. For the two smaller ones, I initially tried another place that was much cheaper but the vet there was rude and condescending, so I went back to Umm Suqeim Vets. I dropped the two smaller ones today for their neutering procedure and feel completely at ease. Highly recommend this clinic, esp for rabbits!

Greedy and extremely expensive for no reason I never recommend this vet to anyone, simple bill it can reach to 1000 doing nothing but touching your dog. Crazy place, the staff there trained to sell only. NEVER COME BACK.

I would highly recommend Them as the best veterinary centre in dubai. They took care of my fur baby right away when I had an emergency I was even offered water by the sweet receptionist who noticed how upset I was. The nurses and doctors were amazing kept me updated on my pets progress they made me feel at home will definitely be using them from now on worth every penny! Thanks guys

This is the worst clinic I have ever been too. Couple of years ago they charged me 17000 dhs to only kill my dog and not tell me they had to pump his heart to stay alive do they can extract the money from me. And after that everytime I go there for emergency reasons which is out of having no choice because they are 247 open they are unprofessional. Rude.and only care about money. Way too money driven rather than heart driven.
