Uncle fluffy Dubai Mall: They're literally fluffy and yummy. It is heaven. I really love the soft cheesecake's taste.

I want to share my experience with the staff in uncle fluffy dubai mall, really the staff is horrible and rude, they only care about selling not more! They don’t care about the customer.very rude i won’t repeat the experience again and i don’t recommend it to anyone.

Had an absolutely appalling experience at dubai mall uncle fluffy with the two Filipino ladies working there. They got my order wrong saying I ordered a latte instead of americano (which is impossible as I’m lactose intolerant) and instead of following the well known rule of customer is always right and replacing it they fought me tooth and nail insisting that I ordered it. They said they’ll make me an americano but I have to pay for the latte, which I refused. Of course. They were impossibly rude, looking down on me and my family with faces as if they were sucking on lemons. They accused me of just coming there to sit down when I clearly tried to order a coffee up until the end of the disgraceful interaction. Reading the comments now I see that this is their typical behaviour, which is just pure ugly and unacceptable.

Staff need to be trained for better customer service or just outright replaced.

Rude and impolite staff (Lillian). Needs some basic training for how to deal and talk to customers. Never go.

Their cake is not fresh like before. Use to be very soft and smell good. Now it's like kept in the fridge for many days. Seems like pass the expiration days. Wasted 25 AED.

I recently visited Uncle Fluffy's Japanese Cheesecake outlet at the Dubai Mall and I was thoroughly impressed. The ambiance of the outlet is cozy and cute, though seating options are limited. However, the highlight of my visit was finally getting to try the highly sought-after Japanese cheesecake that I had seen in many videos. The texture of the sponge cake was perfect and the flavor was delightful. I would highly recommend visiting Uncle Fluffy for those who are looking for a unique and delicious dessert experience.

Order accepted but not delivered. Call answered after 22 attempts only to be informed that they cannot deliver due to technical issues. I have ordered from them several times earlier and have always been appreciative of their cheesecakes but this time it has been a big bummer since I wanted to surprise my husband on his birthday. Only if someone picked up the call on time and informed me about their issues with delivery; I would have arranged for another cake. I like their cakes but am giving one star since I want the concerned department to read and understand what has happened. Bakers hold a great responsibility of making someone’s special day a memorable one!

Uncle fluffy cheese cakes r really amazing delicious superbbbbb. Really soft and moist from inside. But I got little disappointed with their price rise, before it was 19 aed now it is 25, the prices r over expensive. I would like to rate their cheese cakes 9 out of 10 on the scale where 10 is d highest satisfaction level. Keep making dese yummy yummy cheese cakes.

Reminded me of Rikuro cheesecake in Osaka - the cakes are light fluffy and cheesy. The lady behind the counter was friendly and nice as well. Would come back just for this!

نصابين ومحتالين جدا كثير ناس خدعوهم بالوكالة في البدايه تعامل جيد واحترام وبعد ماتدفع اكثر من 10 الف ريال الي هو مقدم العقد يتغير الاسلوب عشان تطفش وتلغي العقد ويأخذ المبلغ ويجبرك على إلغاء العقد بالطلبات المعقده وما يجي التعقيد الى بعد ماتدفع حق مقدم العقد نصب في نصب يعمي ممكن يتقدم 10 أشخاص للوكالة في منطقه ما يماطلون مع 10 ويعطون واحد الي بيدفع اكبر مبلغ ويلغي الباقي ويأخذ منهم مقدم عقد يعني 10 الف × 10 أشخاص =100الف ريال نصب واحتيال بدون اي عمال

Quite disappointed by the service and level of professionalism your team and company has towards clients. I placed an order at 1pm for a delivery for 2 pm.when followed up at 4 pm first your staff hung up after answering and second when i called back they say that dont deliver to the barsha2. Please fix your system and teach your staff to listen to what the clients are saying first rather than just speak over them. If i had been informed i wouldve sent my driver to pick up the order.

Very poor customer service. Ordered a cake for delivery, never received the cake, and they went MIA (reading and) not answering text messages nor phone calls. Happened 2 times, so this was not an incident but rather a trend

This fluffy cheese cake has its own auntenticity, and its unique to any cheesecakes that i tasted before, for sure each time i visit dubai mall, i wont miss a chance to buy again!

The online service is so unreliable!

I ordered one cheesecake at 1: 00 and I booked it for 2: 30. Its 4: 00 now and the employees never answer the phone. I must've called them 64 times and still no answer. One time they literally answered and just cut the phone. Uncle fluffy team, I tried ur cake once in Dubai Mall and I loved it but it's a shame that I have no way of eating it. Honestly I'm a little offended because u guys literally cut the phone on me. And please read this and get my cake because I placed and order for it.

Jiggly and tasty and explodes the taste buds friendly staff but mini space with a lot of people passing by from the metro

Went to dubai mall shop to try and its worth for 2hrs travel just to try it.two thumbs up. Got old mobile and didn't get nice shots of the cakes

This is a Japanese cheese cake which is really fluffy and tasty. No much sugar. Most of the people would love this fluffy cake. Available in chocolate flavor too.

My fave shop to go for.with the accommodating and friendly staff. (literally, weekly am purchasing good enough for a week to consume.that's how am crazy with the cake and tarts, not getting tired of eating those cake).
I can say, the cheesecakes are soo tasty and fabulous.my everyday favorite Japenese cheesecake to complete my day, perfect with a cup of coffee.and not to forget, I'm so in love with the cheese tart too.a deliciously fulfilling tart I've ever tasted.and a must try chocolate tart.oohh, that sweet melting
taste of chocolate and cheese tart together is to die for. Yummy fluffy and delicious.

My mum came one day from visiting Dubai Mall and a little box with some leftovers from an Uncle Fluffy cheesecake and ever since, I am obsessed. My hubby bought me the biggest version for my birthday and today, that I had to visit the mall, I could not help passing by and buying a middle size for my family. Lillian was also so enthusiastic that it was a pleasure to buy and have a great smile (I could feel it even behind the mask) serving you. THe cakes are superb, neither too sweet nor too heavy. They are soooo yummy and easy to eat! They are addictive! Love the cakes, love the shop, love the attention! Thanks!

The feeling of the cake melting in your mouth is unimaginably good. The taste is just perfect, its not overwhelmingly sweet. Eating makes you feel really warm inside. Lovely place, would go back, worth every penny.

Honestly this place has been really overhyped for no reason. I decided to visit this place with a friend on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant has literally no seating space, it is just a kiosk in the Dubai Mall metro link. We got a small sized cheesecake. Priced at AED18, it is quite costly. The cake was quite soft. But it was too eggy and dry. Sort of felt like a waste of money.: (

They are not on Deliveroo so I tried to order on their website.terrible experience. After the order was confirmed, I had to wait almost 2 hours, then I called and from the store, first they told me that there was a minimum order of 50 aed (absolutely not mentioned in their website), then they asked me if I wanted to reschedule for the morning after (?). So I cancelled the order.

The most amazing, fluffy, airy cheesecake. They even specially engraved my name for my surprise birthday. My husband doesn't eat dessert if it's not chocolate but even he said it was good (and they have a chocolate version). It was a huge hit with everyone, with surprised and amazed faces throughout the room. Definitely my favorite, and I'm super picky with dessert.

Tried Uncle Fluffy on the go, while we were at Dubai Mall. Small shop, but very nice and hard working staff. I always used to think (based on reviews) that these cakes are jiggly but this wasn’t so I was a bit disappointed but the taste was good, especially for people like me who don’t prefer too sweet. But no doubt the people working there were very brilliant and trying their best to catch the audience’s eye.
EDIT: after this review the bakery was kind enough to call us (they didn’t just replied but even contacted us personally) and offered us a complimentary dessert. They even gave us choice to order anything we want in any size we wish but my wife ordered the same regular cheesecake. The manager Negi, whom she talked on phone was very honest and explained that jiggly cheesecakes are the best when served fresh out of oven. He mentioned the time that the order will be delivered within an hour but to my wife’s surprise it came much earlier than what she expected and to her surprise it was one of the best cheesecakes she ever had. This one was more fresh, bouncy and totally melt in mouth. It had more flavor may be extra cream and the sponge was very soft. Before we had the cheesecake in Dubai Mall, we decided we ll be eating it again occasionally but after the new cake my wife had added it to her “favorites”. The thing we like the most after great service is, that the cake is very balanced in flavor and not too sweet.
